Abstract
The invention discloses a thawing device and a thawing control method, and relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances. The invention comprises a thawing bin, a device door body, a weighing sensor, a tray, a temperature sensor, a heating module and a fan; the power of the heating module and the rotational speed of the fan are dynamically adjustable. According to the invention, the display device, the main control board, the heating module, the weighing sensor, the temperature sensor and the fan are arranged, the weighing sensor is utilized to feed back the weight of the object to be treated, the thawing completion time is calculated, the heating module and the fan are started, the heating power and the fan rotating speed are dynamically adjusted at the same time, the object to be treated in the device is heated and thawed, the temperature sensor detects the temperature of food to judge whether the object to be treated is thawed completely or not, after thawing is completed, a related electric signal is fed back to the main control board, and the result is fed back to a user through the display device by the main control board.

Background
The unfreezing refrigerator is a refrigerator with a quick unfreezing function, unfreezing modes such as bubble unfreezing, natural unfreezing, cold-stored constant temperature unfreezing and microwave unfreezing can unfreeze frozen food quickly and conveniently, and for some meat products, a user often places the food in a refrigerator freezing chamber, and only when the food is needed to be used, the food can be unfrozen. A thawing chamber with a front opening is defined in the thawing bin and used for placing an object to be treated; the device door body is arranged at the front opening of the thawing chamber, can be opened in a rotating mode or opened in a pushing and pulling mode and is used for opening and closing the thawing chamber; the weighing sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner side of the thawing bin and is used for converting the detected weight signal into an electric signal and outputting the electric signal to the main control board; the tray is placed at the upper end of the weighing sensor and used for placing the object to be processed in the tray, the tray is of a shell structure and is used for preventing the object to be processed from falling, and when food is placed in the tray, the weighing sensor detects a corresponding weight signal and converts the weight signal into an electric signal to output and feed the electric signal to the main control board; the temperature sensor is arranged in the thawing bin and used for detecting the temperature in the thawing bin and feeding back the temperature to the main control board; the heating module is arranged in the unfreezing bin, is electrically connected with the main control board, can be dynamically adjusted in power and adopts a structure commonly used in the field; the fan is arranged in the unfreezing bin and is electrically connected with the main control board, the rotating speed of the fan can be dynamically adjusted, and the fan is of a structure commonly used in the field.
Preferably, the number of the temperature sensors is at least one, and the temperature sensors are infrared temperature sensors.
Preferably, the defrosting device further comprises a display device, wherein the display device is placed on the side wall of the defrosting bin or the door body of the defrosting bin and is used for displaying instructions given by the main control panel.

opening a thawing door body, placing food to be thawed in a tray, electrifying a thawing device, closing the door body of the device, and controlling a system to start;

step four, dynamically detecting temperature change in the thawing bin by a temperature sensor and feeding back the temperature change to a control system, wherein the control system dynamically adjusts the power of a heating module and the rotating speed of a fan according to the fed-back temperature;
and step five, in the time T, the temperature sensor detects whether food in the thawing bin reaches a preset temperature T1, if the temperature sensor detects that the thawing temperature reaches the preset temperature, relevant electric signals are fed back to the main control board, the main control board controls the heating module and the fan to be closed, signals of thawing results are fed back through the display device, a user can timely process the food, and if the food does not reach the preset temperature, T1-T0 is greater than 0, the step three is returned.
Preferably, when the heating module and the fan are started to thaw in the third step, whether the heating module and the fan can be started normally is judged, if yes, the object to be processed is thawed, and if not, a fault alarm is given and the thawing process is ended.
Preferably, when the main control board controls the heating module and the fan to be turned off in the fifth step, whether the heating module and the fan can be turned off normally is judged, if yes, a signal of a result of thawing is fed back, and if not, a fault alarm is given and the thawing process is ended.
