Abstract
The invention relates to a wellhead plate transfer system and an operation method thereof.A tray lifting device and a driving system are arranged between a hull main deck and a drill floor deck, the tray lifting device and the driving system are positioned on the same wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel, a vehicle supporting device is arranged on the wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel, and a moon pool trolley for transferring a wellhead plate is arranged on a main deck moon pool area outside the inner side of the wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel. The wellhead plate is lifted and transported to the tray lifting device from the drilling platform surface opening deck by the hull crane, is lowered to the hull main deck by the tray lifting device, is horizontally transported to the lower part of the driving system by the vehicle supporting device, is lifted and transported to the moon pool trolley by the driving system, and is horizontally transported to the moon pool by the moon pool trolley for lowering. The invention adopts a method combining a plurality of moving and transporting modes, realizes the high-efficiency transportation of the wellhead plate in a limited channel space, has mature and reliable technology, can reduce the participation of personnel, and can improve the efficiency and the safety of operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ocean engineering operation platform/ship, in particular to a wellhead plate transfer system of the ocean engineering operation platform/ship and an operation method thereof.
Background
The wellhead plate is a component of a guiding device of the marine drilling underwater equipment, and has the function of stably sitting on the seabed so as to fix the well position on the seabed. The wellhead plate is generally formed by welding steel plates and steel bars, and concrete is usually poured in the wellhead plate for balancing weight.
A blowout preventer group crane and a trolley in a main deck area of a drilling moon pool are mainly used for storing and transporting a blowout preventer and a lower marine riser assembly.
The bop stack transfer area in the drilling moon pool area often does not have enough space to store wellhead trays and other large subsea equipment. It is necessary to transfer the wellhead plate from the other open deck to the moon pool and lower it to the wellhead location.
Accordingly, there is a need for a dedicated wellhead plate transfer system and method of operation thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wellhead plate transfer system and an operation method thereof, the wellhead plate transfer system and the operation method thereof can transfer the wellhead plate from a drilling floor deck to a moon pool, can be widely applied to the field of ocean engineering, and have mature and reliable technology and lower technical risk and manufacturing, overhauling and maintenance costs.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a wellhead plate transfer system comprises a tray lifting device, a vehicle supporting device, a traveling system and a moon pool trolley, wherein the tray lifting device and the traveling system are installed between a main deck and a drilling platform deck of a ship body, the tray lifting device and the traveling system are located on the same wellhead plate longitudinal transport channel, the vehicle supporting device is installed on the wellhead plate longitudinal transport channel, and the moon pool trolley for transferring the wellhead plate is installed on a main deck moon pool area inside and outside the wellhead plate longitudinal transport channel.
Further, the wellhead plate is lifted and transported to the tray lifting device from the drilling platform surface opening deck by a ship crane, is lowered to the ship body main deck by the tray lifting device, is horizontally transported to the lower part of the traveling system by the vehicle supporting device, is lifted and transported to the moon pool trolley by the traveling system, and is horizontally transported to the moon pool by the moon pool trolley for lowering.
Furthermore, an auxiliary crane device is arranged at the lower part of the drill floor deck.
Further, tray elevating gear includes tray, stand, rack, lifting unit and direction platform, the stand both ends respectively with the hull drilling platform face deck with main deck fixed continuous, rack fixed mounting is on the stand, and direction platform installs on the stand, lifting unit fixed mounting is on direction platform, the tray edge links to each other with direction platform respectively.

Further, the vehicle supporting device comprises a vehicle supporting body, a driving device and guide rails, the two guide rails are fixedly connected with the main deck of the ship body, the vehicle supporting body is installed on the guide rails and can horizontally move along the guide rails, and the driving device is installed between the vehicle supporting body and the guide rails and provides driving power for the vehicle supporting body.
Furthermore, the crane system comprises two lifting beams and a double-track crane, the two lifting beams are respectively arranged on the deck of the hull drilling platform, and the double-track crane is arranged on the lifting beams.

A wellhead plate transfer operation method adopts a wellhead plate transfer system and comprises the following steps:

thirdly, starting a vehicle supporting device to horizontally move the tray and the wellhead plate to the lower part of the driving system;
and fourthly, the traveling system lifts the wellhead disc, the wellhead disc is lifted to the moon pool trolley, and finally the wellhead disc is moved to the center of the moon pool wellhead by the moon pool trolley.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The technologies of the lifting device, the trolley, the trailer, the auxiliary crane and the like adopted by the system are widely applied to the field of ocean engineering, the technology is mature and reliable, and the technical risk and the manufacturing, overhauling and maintaining costs are low;
(2) The invention adopts a mode of combining the supporting vehicle, the travelling vehicle and the lifting platform, and can realize the high-efficiency transportation of the wellhead disc in a limited channel space.
(3) The invention can also be used for transferring other large-size heavy underwater equipment between the wellhead of the main deck moon pool and the open deck of the drill floor.
(4) The invention can realize the linkage of each set of system, reduce the participation of personnel as much as possible, reduce the working strength of operators and improve the operation safety.

Please refer to fig. 1 and 2. The wellhead plate transfer system comprises a tray lifting device 1, a vehicle supporting device 2, a traveling system 3, a moon pool trolley 4 and the like. The tray lifting device 1 is arranged between a main deck of the ship body and a drilling platform deck,
a tray lifting device 1 is installed on one side between a main deck A and a drilling platform face B of a ship body 5, a traveling system 3 is installed on the other side, the tray lifting device 1 and the traveling system 3 are located on the same wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel, a vehicle supporting device 2 is installed on the wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel, and a moon pool trolley 4 for transporting the wellhead plate is installed on a main deck moon pool area outside the inner side of the wellhead plate longitudinal transportation channel. And an auxiliary crane device is arranged at the lower part of the deck B of the drilling platform.
The wellhead plate can be lifted and transported to the tray lifting device 1 from the open deck of the drilling platform surface B by a crane of the ship body 5, and is lowered to the main deck of the ship body 5 by the tray lifting device 1, then is horizontally transported to the lower part of the driving system 3 by the vehicle supporting device 2, is lifted and transported to the moon pool trolley 4 by the driving system 3, and finally is horizontally transported to the moon pool by the moon pool trolley 4 for lowering.
The present invention also has the following embodiments in addition to the above:
in a further embodiment of the present invention, please continue to refer to fig. 1 and 2. The pallet lifting device 1 of the present invention includes a pallet 11, a column 12, a rack 13, a lifting unit 14, a guide platform 15, and the like. The traveling system 3 of the present invention includes a suspension beam 31 and a double-track traveling vehicle 32. The two hanging beams 31 are respectively fixedly connected with the lower strengthening rib structures of the drilling platform deck of the ship body 5, and the double-track travelling crane 32 is arranged on the hanging beams 31. The guiding platform 15 continues to descend towards the main deck a of the hull 5 until the tray 11 is at a distance from the guiding platform 15 in height direction.
And thirdly, starting the vehicle supporting device 2 to horizontally move the tray 11 and the wellhead plate integrally to the lower part of the traveling system 3.
And fourthly, the traveling system 3 lifts the wellhead plate, the wellhead plate is lifted to the moon pool trolley 4, and finally the wellhead plate is moved to the center C of the moon pool wellhead by the moon pool trolley 4.
As mentioned above, the invention realizes the transfer of the wellhead plate from the ship drilling platform surface open deck to the center of the moon pool wellhead, reduces the participation of operators, and simultaneously can greatly improve the operation efficiency and the safety and the reliability.
