Furthermore, the starch is corn starch or potato starch, and through the arrangement, the using amount of chemical raw materials is greatly reduced, and the cost is effectively reduced.
Further, repeating the third step for 2-3 times until the mixture is uniform; the leather dust in the third step and the filling agent in the fourth step are combined by electrostatic adsorption, wherein the leather dust carries positive or negative charges, and the filling agent carries charges opposite to the leather dust, so that the adsorption is smoother and more stable, and the hand feeling is more comfortable.
Further, in the fifth step, the leather coated with the filler is spread and dried at the drying temperature of 23-35 ℃, so that the leather is fully fused with the filler, and the repairing effect is better.

Remarking: wherein the color fastness to light is grade 8, and the higher the grade is, the better the color fastness to light is; the corium feeling is 7 grades, and the larger the grade is, the better the corium feeling is; the roughness was graded as 7, with the larger the grade, the smoother.
The utilization rate of the defective leather is improved, the color fastness of the repaired leather is good, the texture of the leather is effectively improved, the hand feeling is comfortable, and the appearance is high-grade and high-grade.

Claims (7)
1. A leather repairing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: polishing the defective leather, and collecting the polished leather dust;
step two: leather dust and latex are mixed according to the proportion of 4-7: 3-6, fully mixing to prepare a filling agent;
step three: smearing the polished leather with leather dust and then rolling until the polished leather is uniform;
step four: repeatedly coating the leather which is coated with the leather dust for 2-5 times by using the filling agent;
step five: airing the coated leather to obtain a finished product;
in the second step, in the process of manufacturing the filler, firstly, latex is poured into the mixture for clockwise stirring, leather dust is slowly added in the stirring process, and the mixture is stirred until the leather dust is dissolved in the latex;
in the second step, the temperature in the process of manufacturing the filling agent is 20-28 ℃;
repeating the third operation for 2-3 times until the mixture is uniform; and combining the leather dust in the third step with the filler in the fourth step by adopting electrostatic adsorption.
2. A leather repairing method according to claim 1, wherein in the first step, the defective leather is sanded to a thickness of 0.5-2 mm.

A leather repairing method according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the latex is composed of the following components by weight percentage: 10-20% of polyethylene, 7-9% of polyacrylamide, 3-5% of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 3-5% of chloropyridine, 20-28% of starch, 3-5% of active zinc oxide, 5-8% of formaldehyde, 3-5% of hydrochloric acid and the balance of water.
4. A leather repairing method according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the latex is composed of the following components by weight percentage: 10-27% of starch, 20-37% of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-18% of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 1-3% of formaldehyde, 1-3% of hydrochloric acid and 12-58% of water.
5. A method of repairing leather as claimed in claim 3 or claim 4, wherein said starch is corn starch or potato starch.
6. A leather repairing method according to claim 1, wherein in step five, the sheared and pressed leather is spread and dried, and the drying temperature is 23-35 ℃.
7. Leather, characterized in that it is finished according to the steps of the repairing method according to claim 1.
