Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt processing, in particular to a coal asphalt preparation and processing method.
Background
The asphalt is a black-brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and nonmetal derivatives thereof, is one of high-viscosity organic liquids, mostly exists in a liquid or semisolid petroleum form, has a black surface, is soluble in carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride, is a waterproof, moistureproof and anticorrosive organic cementing material, can be mainly divided into coal tar asphalt, petroleum asphalt and natural asphalt, and is mainly used for the industries of coatings, plastics, rubbers and the like and paving.
In the process of preparing and processing the asphalt, due to the quality requirements of the coal cinder raw material and the asphalt, the following problems exist in the actual operation process:
(1) in the preparation process of the coal tar pitch, generally, only the coal cinder is crushed and stirred, and the coal cinder is difficult to be completely and uniformly stirred with the extraction solution, so that the liquid content during solid-liquid separation is low, the production utilization rate of the coal cinder is low, and the quantity of the coal cinder raw materials required to be consumed during processing is increased.
(2) In the preparation process of the coal tar pitch, the temperature difference of each part of the coal slag is large in the heating process, and when the coal slag is stirred, the coal slag with low temperature needs to be stirred for many times until the outer side of the coal slag is contacted with a heating part, so that the coal slag is completely heated, and the time spent in preparation and processing is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a coal pitch preparation and processing method.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem is as follows: a coal tar pitch preparation and processing method uses coal tar pitch preparation and processing equipment which comprises a workbench, a heating device and a stirring device, and the specific method for preparing and processing the coal tar pitch by adopting the coal tar pitch preparation and processing equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, introducing coal cinder: introducing the coal cinder into a feeding hopper through a conveying belt, and finally, heating the coal cinder in a heating tank;
s2, uniformly stirring: the rotating column is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the coal cinder is stirred and crushed, and meanwhile, the extraction solution is introduced into the heating tank through the feeding pipe, so that the extraction solution is uniformly contacted with the coal cinder;
s3, grinding and separating: the first grinding frame and the second grinding frame are matched to grind and crush the coal cinder, and the crushed coal cinder is extruded through the cylindrical block, so that liquid in the coal cinder is extruded out quickly;
s4, collecting solid: the discharging pipe is matched with the blanking pipe, the separated solid is transported, and the solid is collected through the collecting tank;
s5, distillation and stirring: continuously heating the separated liquid through a heating tank, simultaneously stirring the separated liquid through the matching of an inclined thin rod and an arc-shaped plate to accelerate the distillation speed of the liquid, introducing a crosslinking agent into the heating tank, uniformly stirring the liquid, and finally processing the liquid into modified asphalt through crosslinking polymerization;
the upper end surface of the workbench is fixedly provided with a heating device, and the middle part of the heating device is fixedly provided with a stirring device;
the heating device comprises a heating tank, a feeding hopper, a feeding pipe, a heat conducting rod, a first grinding frame, a filter plate, a discharging pipe, a blanking pipe and a collecting tank, the heating tank is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the workbench, the feeding hopper is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper end of the heating tank, the feeding pipe is fixedly arranged on the upper end of the right side of the heating tank, the heat conducting rod is uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner end face of the heating tank along the circumferential direction, the first grinding frame is fixedly arranged on the inner end face of the middle part of the heating tank, the filter plate is fixedly arranged on the heating tank at one lower end of the grinding frame, the discharging pipe is fixedly arranged on the left lower end face of the heating tank at the upper side of the filter plate, the blanking pipe is fixedly arranged on the left lower end face of the discharging pipe, and the collecting tank is clamped below the blanking pipe on the upper end face of the workbench; fix feed hopper through the heating jar, let in the heating jar with the cinder through feed hopper, let in the heating jar with extraction solution through the inlet pipe, heat the cinder that is located heating jar middle part through the heat conduction pole, it is great to prevent the cinder difference in the heating jar, thereby processing time has been increased, grind through grinding frame one and grinding frame heat coordination to the cinder and smash, filter the cinder after accomplishing to grinding through the filter, fix the blanking pipe through the discharging pipe, transport the solid after the separation through the discharging pipe, lead to the solid through the blanking pipe, make it collect in falling into the collecting vat smoothly.
The stirring device comprises a motor I, a rotating column, a fixed long rod, a scraping plate and an inclined blade, the stirring rod, a second grinding frame, a cylindrical block, an inclined thin rod and an arc-shaped plate, wherein a first motor is fixedly installed on the upper end face of the middle part of the heating tank through a motor base, a rotating column is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the first motor through a coupler, a fixed long rod is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the upper side of the rotating column along the circumferential direction, a scraping plate is fixedly installed at the tail end of the fixed long rod, inclined blades are uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the fixed long rod along the circumferential direction, the stirring rod is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the fixed long rod along the circumferential direction, the second grinding frame is fixedly installed on the outer end face of the middle part of the rotating column, the cylindrical block is fixedly installed on the outer end face of the rotating column, the inclined thin rod is fixedly installed on the lower side of the cylindrical block, and the inclined arc-shaped plate is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the inclined thin rod; the rotating column is driven by the motor to rotate, the fixed long rod is fixed through the rotating column, the scraping plate, the inclined blade and the stirring rod are fixed through the fixed long rod, the coal slag attached to the inner end face of the heating tank is scraped through the scraping plate, the coal slag is crushed and stirred through the inclined blade and the stirring rod, the ground coal slag is extruded through the cylindrical block, the solid-liquid separation speed is accelerated, and the separated liquid is stirred through the inclined thin rod and the arc-shaped plate.

According to a preferred technical scheme, the discharging pipe comprises a pipe body, a second motor and a threaded rod, the pipe body is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the left side of the discharging pipe, the inclined angle between the pipe body and the horizontal plane is an obtuse angle, the second motor is fixedly installed at the left end of the pipe body through a motor base, and the threaded rod is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the second motor through a coupler; fix motor two through the body, drive the threaded rod through motor two and rotate to the solid after the separation is transported.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the coal tar pitch preparation processing method provided by the invention, the heating device is matched with the stirring device, the coal slag is crushed and ground, so that the coal slag is fully contacted with the extraction liquid, the production utilization rate of the coal slag is improved, the solid-liquid separation speed is increased, the production time is reduced, and meanwhile, the heat conduction treatment is carried out on the middle part of the coal slag in the heating and stirring process, so that the temperature difference of all parts of the coal slag is reduced, and the coal slag is fully heated.
2. According to the invention, through the arranged heating device, heat is transferred through the ceramic cylinder, the flux pipe and the long discharge pipe are fixed through the ceramic cylinder, the cross-linking agent is led into the heating tank through the flux pipe, the processed modified asphalt is discharged out of the equipment through the long discharge pipe, and the feeding and discharging of the flux pipe and the long discharge pipe are respectively controlled through the one-way valve I and the one-way valve II, so that the heat is prevented from being discharged, and meanwhile, raw materials are prevented from being discharged out of the long discharge pipe when the processing is not finished.
3. According to the coal cinder crushing device, the long round column is fixed through the rod body through the arranged heating device, heat is transferred at the same time, the long round column is positioned through the rod body, the serrated plate is fixed through the long cylinder, and the coal cinder is crushed through the matching of the long cylinder and the serrated plate.
4. According to the invention, the circular table plate is used for fixing the second sawtooth ring, the second grinding column is used for positioning, the grinding column is used for positioning, and the grinding column is used for positioning the second grinding ball and is matched with the grinding ball to grind the coal cinder.

A coal tar pitch preparation and processing method uses coal tar pitch preparation and processing equipment which comprises a workbench 1, a heating device 2 and a stirring device 3, and the specific method for preparing and processing the coal tar pitch by adopting the coal tar pitch preparation and processing equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, introducing coal cinder: the coal cinder is introduced into a feeding hopper 22 through a conveyor belt and finally enters a heating tank 21 for heating;
s2, uniformly stirring: the first motor 30 drives the rotating column 31 to rotate, so that the coal cinder is stirred and crushed, and meanwhile, the extraction solution is introduced into the heating tank 21 through the feeding pipe 23, so that the extraction solution is uniformly contacted with the coal cinder;
s3, grinding and separating: the first grinding frame 25 is matched with the second grinding frame 36 to grind and crush the coal cinder, and the crushed coal cinder is extruded through the cylindrical block 37, so that liquid in the coal cinder is extruded out quickly;
s4, collecting solid: the separated solids are transported by the matching of a discharge pipe 27 and a blanking pipe 28 and collected by a collecting tank 29;
s5, distillation and stirring: the separated liquid is continuously heated by the heating tank 21, and simultaneously the separated liquid is stirred by matching the inclined thin rod 38 with the arc-shaped plate 39, so that the distillation speed is accelerated, at the moment, a cross-linking agent is introduced into the heating tank 21 and is uniformly stirred, and finally the modified asphalt is processed by cross-linking polymerization;
the upper end surface of the workbench 1 is fixedly provided with a heating device 2, and the middle part of the heating device 2 is fixedly provided with a stirring device 3;
the heating device 2 comprises a heating tank 21, a feeding hopper 22, a feeding pipe 23, a heat conducting rod 24, a first grinding frame 25, a filter plate 26, a discharging pipe 27, a blanking pipe 28 and a collecting tank 29, wherein the heating tank 21 is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the workbench 1, the feeding hopper 22 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper end of the heating tank 21, the feeding pipe 23 is fixedly arranged on the upper end of the right side of the heating tank 21, the heat conducting rod 24 is uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner end face of the heating tank 21 along the circumferential direction, the first grinding frame 25 is fixedly arranged on the inner end face of the middle part of the heating tank 21, the filter plate 26 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the first grinding frame 25 on the heating tank 21, the discharging pipe 27 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the filter plate 26 at the left end of the heating tank 21, the blanking pipe 28 is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the left side of the discharging pipe 27, and the collecting tank 29 is clamped and positioned under the blanking pipe 28 on the upper end face of the workbench 1; fix feed hopper 22 through heating jar 21, let in heating jar 21 with the cinder through feed hopper 22, let in heating jar 21 with extraction solution through inlet pipe 23 in heating jar 21, heat the cinder that lies in heating jar 21 middle part through heat conduction pole 24, it is great to prevent that the cinder difference in temperature in the heating jar 21 is great, thereby processing time has been increased, grind the cinder and grind the hot cooperation of frame through grinding one 25 and grinding and smash, filter the cinder after the completion of grinding through filter 26, fix blanking pipe 28 through discharging pipe 27, transport the solid after the separation through discharging pipe 27, lead to the solid through blanking pipe 28, make it fall into collecting vat 29 smoothly and collect.

The feeding hopper 22 comprises a square table cylinder 221, a triangular plate 222 and a torsion spring 223, the square table cylinder 221 is fixedly installed on the left side of the upper end of the heating tank 21, the triangular plate 222 is uniformly and circumferentially and fixedly installed on the outer side of the upper end of the square table cylinder 221 through a pin shaft, the torsion spring 223 is sleeved outside the pin shaft, one end of the torsion spring 223 is fixedly connected with the square table cylinder 221, and the other end of the torsion spring 223 is fixedly connected with the triangular plate 222; the triangular plate 222 is positioned by the square table cylinder 221, and the triangular plate 222 is inclined downwards when receiving the pressure of the cinder by the torsion spring 223, so that the cinder smoothly drops, and returns to the original position when not receiving the pressure of the cinder, thereby preventing heat from entering the heating tank 21 from the feeding hopper 22.
The heat conducting rod 24 comprises a rod body 241, a long cylinder 242 and a serrated plate 243, the rod body 241 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the inner end face of the heating tank 21 along the circumferential direction, the long cylinder 242 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the rod body 241 through a rotating shaft, and the serrated plate 243 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the long cylinder 242 along the circumferential direction; fix long cylinder 242 through the body of rod 241, transmit the heat simultaneously, fix a position long cylinder 242 through the body of rod 241, fix serration plate 243 through long cylinder 242, cooperate with serration plate 243 through long cylinder 242, break the cinder.
The first grinding frame 25 comprises a circular ring plate 251, a first sawtooth ring 252, a first grinding column 253 and a first grinding ball 254, the circular ring plate 251 is fixedly installed on the inner end face of the middle part of the heating tank 21, the first sawtooth ring 252 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the inner end face of the circular ring plate 251, the thickness of the first sawtooth ring 252 is gradually increased from top to bottom, the first grinding column 253 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the first sawtooth ring 252 along the circumferential direction through a pin shaft, the outer end face of the first grinding column 253 is rough, and the first grinding column 253 is uniformly connected with the first grinding ball 254 along the circumferential direction in a sliding fit manner; the first sawtooth ring 252 is fixed through the circular ring plate 251, coal cinder smoothly enters a space between the first sawtooth ring 252 and the second sawtooth ring 362 to be ground through the first sawtooth ring 252 with the thickness gradually increasing from top to bottom, the first grinding ball 254 is positioned through the first grinding column 253, and the coal cinder is ground through the matching of the first grinding column 253 and the first grinding ball 254.
The discharge pipe 27 comprises a pipe body 271, a second motor 272 and a threaded rod 273, the pipe body 271 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the left side of the discharge pipe 27, the inclined angle between the pipe body 271 and the horizontal plane is an obtuse angle, the second motor 272 is fixedly installed at the left end of the pipe body 271 through a motor base, and the threaded rod 273 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the second motor 272 through a coupler; fix motor two 272 through body 271, drive threaded rod 273 through motor two 272 and rotate to the solid after the separation is transported.
The stirring device 3 comprises a first motor 30, a rotating column 31, a fixed long rod 32, a scraping plate 33, an inclined blade 34, a stirring rod 35, a second grinding frame 36, a cylindrical block 37, an inclined thin rod 38 and an arc-shaped plate 39, the upper end surface of the middle part of the heating tank 21 is fixedly provided with the first motor 30 through a motor base, the output shaft of the first motor 30 is fixedly provided with the rotating column 31 through a coupler, the outer end surface of the upper side of the rotating column 31 is uniformly and fixedly provided with the fixed long rod 32 along the circumferential direction, the tail end of the fixed long rod 32 is fixedly provided with the scraping plate 33, the outer end surface of the fixed long rod 32 is uniformly and fixedly provided with the inclined blade 34 along the circumferential direction, the outer end surface of the fixed long rod 32 is uniformly and fixedly provided with the stirring rod 35 along the circumferential direction, the outer end surface of the middle part of the rotating column 31 is fixedly provided with the second grinding frame 36, the outer end surface of the rotating column 31 is fixedly provided with the cylindrical block 37 on the lower side of the second grinding frame 36, the outer end surface of the cylindrical block 37 is provided with a threaded groove, the outer end face of the rotating column 31 is fixedly provided with an inclined thin rod 38 at the lower side of the cylindrical block 37, and the outer end face of the inclined thin rod 38 is uniformly and fixedly provided with an inclined arc plate 39; drive through a motor 30 and rotate post 31, fix fixed long rod 32 through rotating post 31, scrape flitch 33 and slope blade 34 and puddler 35 through fixed long rod 32 and fix, scrape flitch 33 and strike off the adnexed cinder of terminal surface in heating jar 21 through scraping the flitch 33, carry out breakage and stirring to the cinder through slope blade 34 and puddler 35, extrude the cinder after grinding through cylinder piece 37, thereby solid-liquid separation's speed accelerates, stir the liquid after the separation through slope slender pole 38 and arc 39.
The scraping plate 33 is an arc-shaped long plate, the outer end face of the arc-shaped long plate is fixedly provided with scraping columns through pin shafts, and arc-shaped long grooves are uniformly formed in the outer end face of each scraping column along the circumferential direction; the scraping columns are positioned through the arc-shaped long plates, and the coal slag attached to the inner end face of the heating tank 21 is scraped through the scraping columns with the arc-shaped long grooves.
