技术领域
本发明涉及一种底盘装甲涂料,具体是一种气雾型汽车底盘涂料,本发明还涉及了上述气雾型涂料的制备方法;具体涉及一种气雾型用于汽车底盘涂料或类似用途的保护涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
气雾型涂料,又名自喷漆或手摇自动喷漆。气雾型涂料是把树脂、溶剂、颜填料、抛射剂等装入气雾罐中,通过阀门释放装置控制,使混合物以气溶胶形式喷出的自加压包装形式的产品。气雾漆具有施工操作灵活简单、携带方便、喷涂雾化效果好、喷出率高等特点,打破了传统涂料的施工方法,轻松解决了传统涂料在户内外施工困难的难题
底盘涂料(又名底盘装甲),可以有效防护路面砂石对汽车车辆底盘的击打,防止轻微的拖底磨擦;预防酸、碱、盐对底盘铁板的腐蚀;防止底盘螺丝的松脱;降低行驶时噪音的传导,增加驾驶宁静感;阻止底盘铁板热传导,使驾驶室内冬暖夏凉。目前,市面上的底盘装甲主要为各种沥青类涂料,沥青涂料虽然具有优异的防腐性能,但是其缺点同样明显,主要表现在沥青在夏天车底温度高时容易滴落,散发出有害气体渗入车厢危害车主的健康,沥青漆膜在后期易脆化变硬脱落,耐老化性能差,不耐汽油,沥青材料易燃,车辆高速行驶时,对碎石撞击声、风噪的隔声效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种底盘装甲涂料及其制备方法,以克服常规气雾漆所述的技术缺陷,和应用领域受限等问题。本发明的另一个目的是提供该涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述现有普通沥青类涂料存在的问题。

所述一种气雾型汽车底盘涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按重量份配比,将500-2500目功能填料、纳米石墨烯、抗裂剂加热60-85度,真空脱水加入偶联剂并分散均匀,冷却常温;将复合树脂、环保溶剂、阻燃剂、200-2000目重防护抗锈剂、二元乙丙橡胶、氯磺化橡胶、分散防沉剂、色浆显色剂依次加入混合搅拌均匀浆料;按规定重量份比例分装浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上雌阀阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,填充相应环保抛射剂,包装即得成品。

9.如权利要求1所述的一种底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的氯磺化橡胶为氯磺化聚乙烯、改性氯磺化聚乙烯、氯磺化聚丙烯中的至少一种。
10. 如权利要求1所述的一种底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的分散防沉剂为EfkaFA4663、YRFC-02、FS-01、DA—50中的至少一种。
11.如权利要求1所述的一种底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述的色浆显色剂为上海银客化工热敏色浆、东莞腾达变色涂料公司热敏色浆、3,3-双(N-辛基-2-甲基吲哚)邻苯二甲内酯、广州科迪油性色浆色精、苏州世名科技的油性色浆色精中的至少一种。
12.如权利要求1所述的一种底盘装甲涂料,其特征在于,所述底盘装甲涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:按重量份配比,将500-2500目功能填料、纳米石墨烯、抗裂剂加热60-85度,真空脱水加入偶联剂并分散均匀,冷却常温;将复合树脂、环保溶剂、阻燃剂、200-2000目重防护抗锈剂、二元乙丙橡胶、氯磺化橡胶、分散防沉剂、色浆显色剂依次加入混合搅拌均匀浆料;按规定重量份比例分装浆料到气雾罐中,然后装上雌阀阀门并封口,用气雾剂灌封机按规定重量份配比,填充相应环保抛射剂,包装即得成品。
