Principle of operation

When the damaged or replaced traffic sign needs to be recovered, the motor A203 can rotate reversely by the same working principle; when the traffic sign needs to be scrubbed, the water tank 31 sprays water to the traffic sign through the water pipe and the water spraying head, the telescopic rod B3602 extends to a certain position, the motor F3601 is started to drive the telescopic rod B3602 to rotate, further drive the gear on the rotating rod 3604 to rotate, further drive the special-shaped plate 3605 and the control rail 3606 to rotate, the small cylinder on the controlled block 3607 moves in the groove on the special-shaped plate 3605, and drive the controlled block 3607 to move back and forth in the control rail 3606, so that the wiping brush 3608 makes spiral motion from inside to outside or from outside to inside, and the traffic sign is wiped cleanly; when paint needs to be repaired, a needed paint color is selected, the motor C3411 is started to drive the cam 3410 to rotate, the cam 3410 drives the spring A3414 to move up and down, when the spring A3414 moves downwards, the round ball 3415 plugs the round hole in the side surface of the hollow rod 3413, when the spring A3414 moves downwards to a certain position, the round hole in the left side surface of the transition box 3412 is aligned with the opening of the guide pipe 3403 in the lower end of the sliding hopper 3404, the motor C3411 drives the bevel gear B3409 to rotate, further drives the bevel gear A3408 to rotate, further drives the support rod 3407 to rotate, further drives the gear H3406 to rotate, the gear H3406 drives the gear on the sliding hopper 3404 to rotate, so that the round hole in the gear H3406 is aligned with the needed paint opening, and paint flows into the sliding hopper 3404 along the guide pipe 3403 and further flows into the transition box 341; when painting, the motor C3411 rotates to drive the cam 3410 to rotate, the cam 3410 drives the spring a3414 to move up and down, when the spring a3414 moves upwards to a certain position, the round hole in the left side surface of the hollow rod 3413 is aligned with the round hole in the side surface of the fixed block a3416, the vertical rod on the fixed pipe 3511 presses the ball 3415, paint in the transition box 3412 moving inwards by the ball 3415 flows into the fixed pipe 3511 along the hollow rod 3413 and further flows into the paint guide pipe 3510, and at this time, the paint is sprayed out by the paint spraying head 3509 to replenish paint for the label needing to be replenished; the motor D3502 is started to drive the longitudinal transmission mechanism 3503 to work, the motor E3504 is started to drive the transverse transmission mechanism 3505 to work, the longitudinal transmission mechanism 3503 controls the sliding rod A3506, the transverse transmission mechanism 3505 controls the sliding rod B3507 to work, the sliding rod A3506 and the sliding rod B3507 jointly control the domination block 3508, the domination block 3508 can flexibly work up and down and left and right, and paint can be sprayed to a place where paint is needed.
