本发明涉及电力巡检技术领域,具体为一种无人值守的无人机坞系统。
背景技术
无人机以其无视地形、灵活高效、可拓展性强等特点,近些年被广泛应用于电力、石油、交通等行业的巡视巡检工作中,为进一步提升其可推广性,无人机自主控制及自主飞行技术在近年也得到了飞速发展,人机协同的自主巡检在电网巡检应用中正逐步推广开来。目前无人机精细化巡检工作主要利用多旋翼无人机沿电网杆塔逐一开展,但电网线路跨度大,输电线路长度均在几十至上百公里,特高压线路可至上千公里,为保证无人机续航需在中途配置充电续航及起降维护机坞。
当前的起降维护机坞多设置于高塔之上,其虽然可以一定程度上封闭保护无人机,但是由于高空气流环境复杂,且机坞裸露在外,导致机坞的箱体外部经常被捕鸟网、塑料袋、风筝线等杂物缠住,进而导致机坞舱门无法正常开启,严重危害无人机起降安全。
基于以上问题,如何设计一种无人机的起降维护机坞,在无需人工值守并定期清除杂物的前提下,确保无人机正常起降,就成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
通过公开专利检索,发现以下对比文件:
CN111733716B公开了一种驻塔式无人机起降系统,其包括开口向上并固设在杆塔上的停机箱,以及固设在无人机底部的正负极分体导电支架;停机箱的顶部对称并滑动连接有箱体滑盖,停机箱的内部转动嵌装有开口向上设置并由正负极分体导电支架提供旋转动力的充电转座,该停机箱的内壁上设有传动单元,且停机箱的底部设有向上穿透充电转座并为正负极分体导电支架提供充电电能的供电单元;传动单元的动力输入端均与充电转座动力连接,且传动单元的动力输出端均与箱体滑盖动力连接。该驻塔式无人机起降系统可在无人机起落时利用其自重及飞行姿态变化实现精准停靠功能,无需设置电机等带电设备,可有效提高起降系统的安全性能、起降精度及使用寿命。
经分析,上述公开专利为申请人的前期研发成果,但是上述专利只解决了停机箱舱门的无供电开闭问题,并未解决在无需人工值守条件下,停机箱避免杂物缠绕问题,并且上述公开与本申请的结构及功能均不相同,因此不影响本申请的新颖性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种无人值守的无人机坞系统,该系统可将停机箱收纳入内嵌式箱体之中,并且以折叠展开式结构的停机箱为无人机提供起降维护及充电续航,有效避免了杂物缠绕而导致的停机箱无法正常开启问题。

无人机停放:如图1无人机降落在停机箱内部以后,待无人机降落停稳,停机箱由伺服电缸带动在升降舱室内下降,进而导向辊对停机箱四面进行转动约束,进而使停机箱四面收拢,使得无人机被密封保护在停机箱内部。
无人机起飞:无人机准备起飞时,停机箱上升并展开成水平面,如图2所示,而后无人机准备起飞。
无人机控制信号中继,无人机操作员发送的控制信号,通过无人机坞系统的中继模块中继发送给无人机,无人机向操作员回复的信号也通过无人机坞的中继模块进行中继。
最后,本发明的未述之处均采用现有技术中的成熟产品及成熟技术手段。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种无人值守的无人机坞系统,其特征在于:包括内嵌式箱体、充电平台及停机单元,其中内嵌式箱体的上表面垂向开设有升降舱室,该升降舱室中部的侧壁上固接充电平台,且升降舱室的底部升降调节连接停机单元;所述停机单元的中部垂向穿透充电平台,停机单元的顶部与升降舱室开口处的侧壁滑动导向连接,该停机单元包括伺服电缸及折叠展开式结构的停机箱;所述伺服电缸的两端分别固定架设在升降舱室的底板以及充电平台的底面上,且伺服电机的输出端向上穿透充电平台并固定支撑停机箱;所述升降舱室开口处的侧壁上转动嵌装有多个旋转支撑在停机箱外壁上的导向辊,该停机箱包括水平底板、高立板、矮立板及侧板,其中水平底板的底面向上凹陷并配合扣装在充电平台的顶面上,水平底板的底面中部固接伺服电缸的输出端,且水平底板的顶面边缘处通过多个弹簧合页铰装连接高立板、矮立板及侧板;所述高立板、矮立板及侧板的外壁均由导向辊支撑定位,其中高立板与矮立板对向设置;所述侧板设有多个且对向设置,该侧板的顶面固装有沿水平方向延伸并密封连接高立板最高位与矮立板最高位的盖板,其中多块盖板的端面上均设置有插接密封的齿纹;所述水平底板上垂向穿透固接有多个充电端子,且水平底板的顶面中部设置有向上凸出的停机座;所述充电端子与设置在充电平台上的充电触点配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人值守的无人机坞系统,其特征在于:所述升降舱室底部的边缘处开设有排水槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人值守的无人机坞系统,其特征在于:所述内嵌式箱体的顶面中部向下凹陷并嵌装有为停机单元提供电能的供电单元,且内嵌式箱体的顶面两侧固装有为供电单元补充电能的太阳能板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无人值守的无人机坞系统,其特征在于:所述充电平台底面的边缘处固装有多个斜撑杆,且充电平台的外周与升降舱室的侧壁之间留设有漏水间隙;所述斜撑杆的另一端均固定连接在升降舱室的侧壁上。
