技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯技术领域,具体为一种汽车室内灯。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车已经大量进入普通家庭,据统计,2017年,我国的机动车保有量已经超过2亿辆,但车内因清洗麻烦,不及时,已经成为细菌、病毒和微生物滋生的温床,长时间不清洁的车辆内部常常伴有异味,车内卫生堪忧,现有部分车辆配备了空调杀菌系统,但无法进行车门、座位、脚垫等位置的杀菌,不断滋生的微生物和细菌对车内驾驶员和乘客的健康造成较大的威胁,是各种传染性疾病的重要传播途径,特别是部分家庭用车中有儿童经常乘坐,车内的细菌往往会导致儿童的呼吸道不适。
随着越来越多的企业、科研院所和个人在关注车内卫生问题,并提出了一些相应的解决方案。例如:利用臭氧为汽车空调杀菌消毒,但臭氧发生器需要高电压启动,能耗和安全风险都较大,此外臭氧对人体和汽车塑料内饰件都是有害的。而利用紫外线为汽车空调杀菌消毒,多采用紫外线汞灯,但存在效率低、发热量大、使用寿命短、无法瞬间启停、体积庞大、容易破碎等缺陷:此外还采用光触媒、固态二氧化氯、纳米银等杀菌方法,但普遍存在杀菌效果不佳、持续时间不长、结构复杂等问题。
如何保证车内的卫生清洁,是我们目前所面临的一大难题,仅仅依靠前面所述的空调杀菌系统和臭氧及紫外汞灯等技术,较难满足杀菌要求,所以需要一种体积小,快速启动,可根据需要自动启动杀菌功能的系统。
发明内容
为了解决这一问题,本发明提出一种汽车室内灯,通过在汽车室内灯上加入深紫外LED杀菌模块,可长期有效杀灭车内的细菌,营造良好的车内卫生环境,可快速启动,快速关闭,方法简单,易于实现,经济可行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种汽车室内灯,包括室内照明灯、室内灯控制器和室内灯开关,所述室内灯控制器分别与室内照明灯和室内灯开关电连接,还包括传感器和深紫外LED,所述传感器和深紫外LED均与室内灯控制器电连接,所述传感器、深紫外LED、室内照明灯和室内灯开关均设在车内。
作为优选,所述深紫外LED的发生波长为200-310nm。
作为优选,所述深紫外LED的发生波长为250-315nm。
作为优选,所述深紫外LED的数量至少为1颗。
作为优选,所述深紫外LED的发生波长为265、275、285和310nm中的一种。
作为优选,所述传感器为光电传感器或压力传感器或光电传感器与压力传感器的组合。
作为优选,所述传感器的数量为至少1个。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的汽车室内灯通过在汽车室内灯上加入深紫外LED杀菌模块,通过深紫外LED的波长设计实现紫外线的杀菌功能,实现有效杀灭车内的细菌,营造良好的车内卫生环境。并且本发明的汽车室内灯可实现快速启停,方法简单,易于实现,经济可行。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
一种汽车室内灯,包括室内照明灯1、室内灯控制器2和室内灯开关3,所述室内灯控制器2分别与室内照明灯1和室内灯开关3电连接,还包括传感器4和深紫外LED5,所述传感器4和深紫外LED5均与室内灯控制器2电连接,所述传感器4、深紫外LED5、室内照明灯1和室内灯开关3均设在车内;所述深紫外LED5的发生波长为200-310nm;所述深紫外LED5的发生波长为250-315nm;所述深紫外LED5的数量至少为1颗;所述深紫外LED5的发生波长为265、275、285和310nm中的一种;所述传感器4为光电传感器或压力传感器。
在具体实施时,室内照明灯1、室内灯控制器2和室内灯开关3可以采用现有的车内照明灯的安装位置和型号保持不变,同时在车内增设深紫外LED5,同时深紫外LED的波长模拟紫外线灯的有效杀菌波长200-310nm或250-315nm,再或者是265、275、285和310nm中的一种,同时增设传感器4,根据传感器4的类型,如果选择光电传感器则安装在车内坐垫旁从而检测车内座位上是否有人,如果选择压力传感器则直接安装在车内坐垫下,也可以实现检测车内座位上是否有人,车内照明灯、室内灯控制器和室内灯开关实现传统的车灯开关和照明,同时当室内照明灯全部关闭且车内座位上无人时,室内灯控制器2控制深紫外LED5开启对车内进行杀菌。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种汽车室内灯,包括室内照明灯(1)、室内灯控制器(2)和室内灯开关(3),所述室内灯控制器(2)分别与室内照明灯(1)和室内灯开关(3)电连接,其特征在于:还包括传感器(4)和深紫外LED(5),所述传感器(4)和深紫外LED(5)均与室内灯控制器(2)电连接,所述传感器(4)、深紫外LED(5)、室内照明灯(1)和室内灯开关(3)均设在车内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述深紫外LED(5)的发生波长为200-310nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述深紫外LED(5)的发生波长为250-315nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述深紫外LED(5)的数量至少为1颗。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述深紫外LED(5)的发生波长为265、275、285和310nm中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述传感器(4)为光电传感器或压力传感器或光电传感器与压力传感器的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车室内灯,其特征在于:所述传感器(4)的数量为至少1个。
