Abstract

本发明属于光催化环保技术领域,具体为家居使用的一种多功能空气净化照明系统。本发明的多功能空气净化照明系统,包括用于照明的LED照明系统、用于空气净化的功能系统以及检测控制系统。所述的LED照明系统、空气净化功能系统由检测控制系统所控制,以确定其运行的时间和相应的功率。本发明使用365nm~400 nm的紫外LED 光源来破坏细菌、病毒等微生物机体内DNA 的结构,实现灭菌功能;同时使用紫外LED光源照射纳米光催化填充层来促进有机物的降解、消除异味,催化剂可长期重复使用;本发明可有效提升家居环境的清洁度与舒适度,而且环保、节能、成本低廉。

Description

一种多功能空气净化照明系统
技术领域
本发明属于光催化环保技术领域,具体涉及家居使用的一种多功能空气净化照明系统。
背景技术
如今,健康、舒适与便捷已经成为了现代家居的潮流,不论是室内装修还是家用电器,都力求保证居住者的用户体验。在家居生活之中,厨房、厕所等地方往往是比较脏乱的地方,厨余垃圾、卫生间系统都会产生一定的异味,滋生病菌,即使经常清洗,也容易成为家居的脏角,难以处理。不仅如此,在空气污染与雾霾越来越严重的现状下,单纯的通风透气已经不能彻底解决室内异味与空气健康问题,一种低廉环保,能够有效去除异味,并且降解室内有害气体的装置急待发明。
光催化降解有机污染物是当下处理空气污染物备受关注的方法,能够高效、环保地将带有恶臭的可挥发性有机物降解为二氧化碳与水等清洁物质。然而,光催化方法虽然在实验室以及一部分工业领域已经得到了证实与应用,但是针对于家居的光催化装置仍然有待改进和完善。
有很多技术可以用于杀灭空气中的细菌,如化学杀菌、抽样杀菌、传统的低压汞灯紫外杀菌等。化学杀菌技术是利用化学试剂来杀菌,化学试剂容易残留在物体的表面,产生的有害物质不容易降解,对人体和环境都带来潜在的危害;臭氧杀菌技术是利用高电压激发空气放电产生臭氧,臭氧以氧原子的氧化作用破坏微生物膜的结构以实现杀菌作用;紫外杀菌的原理是紫外光子的能量被DNA中的碱基对吸收,引起遗传物质发生变异,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖,从而达到杀菌的目的。可以看到的是,前两种方法并不适合于家居环境的空气杀菌,而紫外杀菌则可以在控制下在卫生间、厨房等封闭空间实现杀菌功能。常用的紫外光源是低压汞灯,利用低气压汞蒸气放电产生紫外辐射。但家居内采用低压汞灯存在一些缺点:一是低压汞灯的放电物质汞是一种重金属,如破损泄漏后对人体的危害很大,玻璃灯管破损后也不利于修理维护;二是低压汞灯的使用寿命较短,能耗也较高,不利于大范围推广和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中遇到的不足和困难,提供一种结构合理,设计有效,效果显著的多功能空气净化照明系统。
本发明提供的多功能空气净化照明系统,是将LED照明系统、空气净化系统以及检测控制系统集成于一体,能够在照明的同时完成VOCs降解、异味气体去除以及杀菌等功能,以数显可控方式形成一种有效的多功能空气净化照明装置,从而应对当下家居环境中的异味问题以及空气污染问题。
所述的空气净化系统,包括紫外LED 封装器件、紫外LED驱动器、光催化填充层,这3部分组成空气净化主体模块;其中,光催化填充层厚度约为5~10cm,其内包含直径为5mm的球形光催化剂,所述球形光催化剂为纳米二氧化锰水溶性涂膜或者纳米二氧化锰覆膜;所述紫外LED 封装器件紫外LED的峰值波长为365 nm~ 400 nm,具有一定的杀菌能力并且不会对人体造成危害。当紫外LED发出的紫外光照射到光催化填充层时,引发光催化反应,促进可挥发有机物的降解,从而实现空气净化功能。
本发明中,所述LED照明系统,包括白光LED 封装器件和白光LED驱动器。
本发明中,所述检测控制系统,包括VOCs检测器和计时开关。
作为优选,所述空气净化系统还包括空气润化器,该空气润化器位于空气净化主体模块的后部,与空气净化主体模块连接,该空气润化器包括单独的水雾系统和加热系统,用于对净化过的空气进行润化,并可进行湿度调节。
作为优选,所述空气净化系统还包括漩涡风扇,该漩涡风扇装置包括一组可拆卸外壳与风扇,所述可拆卸外壳与风扇嵌套设置,可以取下进行清洗和重装催化剂,风扇施加有一定电压。漩涡风扇装置设置在空气净化主体模块的进气口中,由漩涡风扇驱动产生漩涡循环气流,收集家庭密闭空间内的污染气体,加速有机物的降解,提高除异味的效果。
作为优选,所述检测控制系统分别外接用于手动控制LED照明和空气净化系统开关和多个按钮。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:
具有照明、空气净化和检测控制功能的多功能空气净化照明系统,利用可见和紫外LED实现了家居环境照明系统所需的照明功能和扩展功能,实现了家居环境的空气净化功能、空气检测功能与现有的LED照明功能的集合,能够有效去除家居环境内的VOCs以及臭气,实现空气净化的健康净化功能,达成环保照明效果。
除此之外,本发明使用365nm~400 nm的紫外LED 光源来破坏细菌、病毒等微生物机体内DNA 的结构,实现灭菌功能,并避免了臭气和有害气体残留对人体的危害;同时,本发明使用紫外LED光源照射纳米光催化填充层来促进有机物的降解、消除异味,可长期重复使用,避免了频繁更换催化剂的维护成本,是一种环保、节能、低成本的多功能空气净化系统。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1 ~图3 所示的一种多功能空气净化照明系统,包括基板和基块,在基板上集成了两个功能系统,即LED照明系统、空气净化系统;在基块上则集中了整个装置的开关和检测系统。LED照明系统、空气净化系统均受检测控制系统11的控制。
所述LED照明系统包括白光LED驱动器1 和白光LED封装器件5,并且和空气净化系统共明,白光LED 驱动器1 和白光LED封装器件5采用相应的电连接。这里的LED照明系统采用5000 K 的白光LED封装器件5来进行封装。白光LED封装器件5表面安装有灯罩。当照明开关打开时,白光LED 光源为家居环境提供照明;照明开关关闭后,白光LED 也随即关闭。
所述空气净化系统包括紫外LED 驱动器2、若干紫外LED 封装器件4、空气加热加湿驱动器3、可拆卸小水囊8和一组漩涡风扇7。基板上位于空气净化系统光照的部分填充有由纳米二氧化锰覆膜制成的球状光催化剂并混合有荧光材料。除异味LED 驱动器2发出的365nm光和纳米光催化填充层6组合,具有较强的光催化去污作用,能够分解带异味的VOCs气体分子,降解空气的有害成分,实现空气净化的功效。而可拆卸外壳和漩涡风扇7之间施加一定的电压,漩涡风扇可以产生流畅的微旋风,强力吸收房间内的异味。整个系统单两侧通风,室内空气在风扇驱动风作用下进入空气净化器,在经历过光催化降解和随后的空气润滑器加热加湿后重新回归家居环境,实现空气循环。
所述光催化去异味装置采用峰值波长365 nm 的LED 封装器件4结合纳米二氧化锰光催化填充层6来除异味。当紫外LED发出的紫外光照射到光催化填充层时,产生催化物来有效分解由油气和有机物释放出的有害化合物及其释放的异味气体,促进可挥发性有机物的降解,从而实现除异味的作用。与此同时,光催化填充层采用可替换式球形纳米催化剂,并混合有荧光材料,可以与LED照明系统共辉,产生具有一定杀菌效果的复合光,再加以合理的设计,不仅美观而且十分实用。
所述空气润化装置由一组可拆卸的储水腔8和加湿加热驱动器3组成,被光催化去异味装置去除处理过的洁净空气与水汽混合,增加其中水分,延管线重新回流到室内,成为有利于人体健康的洁净暖空气,在净化室内空气的同时润化家居环境。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能空气净化照明系统,其特征在于包括LED照明系统、空气净化系统以及检测控制系统;其中:
所述的空气净化系统,包括紫外LED 封装器件、紫外LED驱动器、光催化填充层,这3部分组成空气净化主体模块;其中,光催化填充层厚度为5~10cm,其内包含直径为5mm的球形光催化剂,所述球形光催化剂为纳米二氧化锰水溶性涂膜或者纳米二氧化锰覆膜;所述紫外LED 封装器件紫外LED的峰值波长为365 nm~ 400 nm;当紫外LED发出的紫外光照射到光催化填充层时,引发光催化反应,促进可挥发有机物的降解,从而实现空气净化功能;
所述LED照明系统,包括白光LED 封装器件和白光LED驱动器;
所述检测控制系统,包括VOCs检测器和计时开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能空气净化照明系统,其特征在于,所述空气净化系统还包括空气润化器,该空气润化器位于空气净化主体模块的后部,与空气净化主体模块连接,该空气润化器包括单独的水雾系统和加热系统,用于对净化过的空气进行润化,并可进行湿度调节。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能空气净化照明系统,其特征在于,所述空气净化系统还包括漩涡风扇,该漩涡风扇装置包括一组可拆卸外壳与风扇,所述可拆卸外壳与风扇嵌套设置,可以取下进行清洗和重装催化剂,风扇施加有一定电压;漩涡风扇装置设置在空气净化主体模块的进气口中,由漩涡风扇驱动产生漩涡循环气流,收集家庭密闭空间内的污染气体,加速有机物的降解,提高除异味的效果。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的多功能空气净化照明系统,其特征在于,所述检测控制系统分别外接用于手动控制LED照明和空气净化系统开关和多个按钮。
