技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于一种家用或商用空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气循环净化
装置。
背景技术
[0002] 橱柜、酒柜、冷柜、冰箱等贮物式家用电器由于经常贮存不同的物品,而且在有限的封闭空间内,很容易滋生细菌、产生异味,造成贮存空间内空气的污染,并导致贮存物品加速腐烂或变质。
[0003] 现有技术中,橱柜、酒柜、冷柜、冰箱等贮物式家用电器一是使用高压负离子来除除臭、保鲜、杀菌。但高压负离子会产生高压,能耗较高,且因贮物空间内空气不循环,造成除臭、杀菌、保鲜不彻底,容易留下死角等缺点。另一种是用紫外线灯管产生的紫外线照射进行杀菌。紫外线杀菌灯实际上是属于一种低压汞灯。低压汞灯是利用较低汞蒸汽压(<10-2Pa)被激化而发出紫外光,其发光谱线主要有两条:一条是253.7nm波长;另一条是185nm波长。被吸收的紫外线实际上作用于细胞遗传物质即DNA,它起到一种光化作用,紫外光子的能量被DNA中的碱基对吸收,引起遗传物质发生变异,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖后代,达到杀菌的目的。但紫外线灯管的使用寿命短、功耗大、成本高,照射的覆盖范围有限。而且,传统紫外线灯要达到杀菌效果需采用UV-C级(200-280nm)紫外线,这个波段的紫外线如果防护不当会加速周围塑料材质老化,人体皮肤长期接触也将引起病变,而且正常使用寿命短,失效后废弃物污染环境。
[0004] 为了解决以上缺点,本实用新型在橱柜、酒柜、冷柜、冰箱等贮物式家用电器内增加一个低成本、功耗小、寿命长、安装方便的多功能空气循环净化装置。
实用新型内容
[0005]为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种空气循环净化装置能够实现彻底杀菌,并对人体和环境无任何伤害。
[0006] 为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型公开一种空气循环净化装置包括:一风机,用于强制流通空气,所述风机与一风道相连;一光触媒滤网,所述光触媒滤网完全覆盖所述风道;一 LED激发光源,所述LED激发光源用于照射所述光触媒滤网;所述LED激发光源的波长范围为320-400nm。
[0007] 更进一步地,所述光触媒滤网的基材由金属镍组成,所述光触媒滤网表面还包括二氧化钛纳米涂层。
[0008] 更进一步地,所述LED激发光源还包括一散热片。
[0009] 更进一步地,所述风道的出风口处等距离设置至少两组平行的隔板。
[0010] 更进一步地,所述风道的进风口为所述风机的出风口。所述风机的四周部分填充双面泡棉胶以固定所述风机并缓冲所述风机工作时产生的振动。
[0011 ] 与现有技术相比较,本技术方案所采用的光触媒底材以及表面纳米涂层都属于无机材料,在使用过程以及失效后均不会产生对人体和环境有危害的物质;而激发光源应用的也是目前最先进的LED技术,该光源具有使用寿命长、环保、低能耗等优点,所产生的紫外线属于UV-A级(320-400nm),属于对人体安全波段。可以使用在冰箱、冷柜、餐具储存柜等对保鲜、杀菌、除异味有要求的器具内,也可以单独作为家庭的空气净化器使用。

具体实施方式
[0016] 图1是本实用新型所涉及的空气循环净化装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,该空气循环净化装置由上盖I和底座8组成。当该空气循环净化装置被运行于一贮物空间时,带有细菌、异味的污染空气通过入风口 12吸入,通过净化后的空气从出风口 11排出。
[0017] 该空气循环净化装置具体包括上盖1、工作指示电路板2、控制电路板3、LED散热片4、LED5、无机过滤网(或称光触媒滤网)6、风机7、底座8。当电路提供电源时,控制电路3启动风机7,将贮物空间带有细菌、异味的污染空气通过上盖I的入风口 12吸入到净化风道。同时,控制电路3启动净化风道内的LED5发出紫外线光源进行杀菌,同时利用LED光源触发净化风道内的无机过虑网6,使其产生氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,来破坏细菌的细胞I吴和固化病毒的蛋白质,杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,达到杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁的目的,最后通过上盖I的出风口 11将净化后的空气排入贮物空间内。贮物空间的空气可以通过以上风道周期循环的净化,达到最佳的杀菌、除臭效果,并对贮存的物品起到保鲜的作用。
[0018] 光触媒在光的照射下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力极强的自由氢氧基和活性氧,具有很强的光氧化还原功能,可氧化分解各种有机化合物和部分无机物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,可杀灭细菌和分解有机污染物,把有机污染物分解成无污染的水(H20)、二氧化碳(C02)和其它无害物质,因而具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防霉、防污自洁、净化空气功能。
[0019] 本实用新型所使用的光触媒滤网6的基材由金属镍构成,该光触媒滤网6的表面包括一纳米涂层,该纳米涂层可以是二氧化钛。
[0020] 光触媒滤网6的附近放置一UV-LED灯5,用于产生320-400nm波段之间的紫外线。该紫外线触发光触媒滤网6生成自由氢氧基和活性氧。流经该光触媒滤网6的空气中的污染物能被自由氢氧基和活性氧直接分解成无味无毒的物质,同时自由氢氧基和活性氧分解细菌细胞壁,以达到杀菌的效果。
[0021] 本实用新型中使用一风机7将空气强行进行循环流通,如图2中所示。该风机7和一隔板14将该空气循环净化装置完全隔绝为入风道和出风道。利用风机7的运转,待净化空气通过入风口 12进入入风道后进入风机7,再通过风机7的出风口经光触媒滤网6过滤后从出风口 11流出。与现有技术中所使用的风扇比较起来,该结构的设计能实现对待净化空气的一吸一出,使空气完全循环过滤,不会出现杀菌死角的问题。
[0022] 风机7的入风口位于风机7的出风口,该风机7的风道的出风口分布至少两组导流板13。该导流板13等距离分布于出风口处,相互平行,用于使杀菌除臭后的新鲜空气能够均匀柔和地从出风口流出。
[0023] 风机7的四周填充部分双面泡棉胶,用于固定风机7,缓冲风机7振动。该杀菌除臭保鲜器还设置一蓝光指示灯(图中未示出)。当该杀菌除臭保鲜器运行时,指示灯常亮。

1.一种空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,包括: 一风机,用于强制流通空气,所述风机与一风道相连; 一光触媒滤网,所述光触媒滤网完全覆盖所述风道; 一 LED激发光源,所述LED激发光源用于照射所述光触媒滤网,所述LED激发光源的波长范围为320-400nm。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,所述光触媒滤网的基材由金属镍组成,所述光触媒滤网表面还包括二氧化钛纳米涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,所述LED激发光源还包括一散热片。
4.如权利要求1所述的空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气循环净化装置还包括一隔板,所述风机与所述隔板将所述风道分割为入风风道和出风风道。
5.如权利要求4所述的空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,所述出风风道的出风口处等距离设置至少两组平行的导流板。
6.如权利要求1所述的空气循环净化装置,其特征在于,所述风机的四周部分填充双面泡棉胶以固定所述风机并缓冲所述风机工作时产生的振动。
