本发明公开了一种家居空气净化机器人,包括外壳,所述机器人外壳的上表面安装有太阳能电池板和晶体石膏灯,机器人外壳的底部四角通过支架安装有滚轮。本发明中,通过吸附膜和过滤网的过滤作用,能将室内空气中含有的颗粒物去除,通过紫外线杀菌器能够将空气中生物污染物、化学污染物去除,同事利用臭氧消除器消除紫外线杀菌器杀菌时产生的臭氧,减少臭氧对人体的危害,且机器人上安装有晶体石膏灯,晶体石膏灯不仅能够当作照明使用,而且还是天然的负离子散播源,可以会发负离子,改善室内空气质量,其含有的电磁波和光波还对人的头脑清醒、身心健康就有调节作用,机器人外壳上还安装有太阳能电池板,节约了电量,更环保。

本发明涉及机器人技术领域,尤其涉及一种家居空气净化机器人。
背景技术
室内空气质量会影响人们的身体健康和对环境舒适度的体验,质量好的室内空气,有益于身心健康。使用空气进化器能有效改善室内空气质量,空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。
由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一,现在有很多针对室内空气质量净化的装置,如过滤器,但是过滤器基本只能除去颗粒污染物,生物污染物(细菌、霉菌、病毒等)、化学污染物(醛类、醚类、挥发性有机物)基本不能除去,甚至转化成毒性更大的中间产物,而且现有空气净化器都是通过供电网络直接供电,对电能消耗较大,为此我们提出一种家居空气净化机器人,用来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种家居空气净化机器人。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种家居空气净化机器人,包括机器人外壳、进气扇、风机、吸附膜、过滤网、负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌器、太阳能电池板、臭氧消除器、晶体石膏灯、出气扇、电源插座、蓄电池和滚轮,所述机器人外壳的上表面安装有太阳能电池板和晶体石膏灯,机器人外壳的底部四角通过支架安装有滚轮,机器人外壳的两侧壁上均开有通孔,一侧通孔内安装有进气扇,另一侧通孔内安装有出气扇,且安装出气扇的一侧侧壁上还安装有电源插座,机器人外壳的内部安装有固定筒、负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌器、臭氧消除器和蓄电池,紫外线杀菌器包括紫外线杀菌灯和S形导管,紫外线杀菌灯安装在紫外线杀菌器的内部侧壁上,臭氧消除器包括加热器与臭氧滤网,固定筒内安装有风机、吸附膜和过滤网,吸附膜位于风机与过滤网之间,固定筒的一端连接有通孔,另一端通过导管与负离子发生器的输入端连接,负离子发生器的输出端通过导管连接在S形导管的输入端,S形导管的输出端与臭氧消除器的一端连接,臭氧消除器的另一端通过导管连接有通孔,负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌器和臭氧消除器均通过支架安装在机器人外壳的内部,太阳能电池板的输出端与电源插座的输出端均与蓄电池的输入端连接,风机、负离子发生器、紫外线杀菌器和臭氧消除器均通过导线与蓄电池的输出端连接。

优选的,所述紫外线杀菌器的外壳为不锈钢或铝合金。
本发明中,通过吸附膜和过滤网的过滤作用,以及负离子发生器的吸附作用,能将室内空气中含有的颗粒物去除,通过紫外线杀菌器能够将空气中生物污染物(细菌、霉菌、病毒等)、化学污染物(醛类、醚类、挥发性有机物)去除,同事利用臭氧消除器消除紫外线杀菌器杀菌时产生的臭氧,减少臭氧对人体的危害,且机器人上安装有晶体石膏灯,晶体石膏灯不仅能够当作照明使用,而且还是天然的负离子散播源,可以会发负离子,改善室内空气质量,其含有的电磁波和光波还对人的头脑清醒、身心健康就有调节作用,机器人外壳上还安装有太阳能电池板,节约了电量,更环保。

工作原理:接通电源,空气通过风机3的吸气通过进风扇2进入固定筒15内,经过固定筒15内安装的吸附膜4和过滤网5的过滤作用,能将空气中含有的颗粒物去除,负离子发生器6能使空气中的微粒带电,然后被吸附,过滤后的空气进入S形导管17,微生物粘连在培养皿上,经过紫外线杀菌灯16的杀菌作用,杀死空气中含有的微生物和化学污染物,负离子发生器6和紫外线杀菌灯16工作过程中产生的臭氧经过臭氧消除器9的消除作用被分解。太阳能电池板8可在太阳光下产生电能储存在蓄电池13中,晶体石膏灯10既能当照明用还能净化空气。
