Abstract
本发明涉及一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置及加工方法,包括固定于地面上的第一支架、第二支架和第三支架,其特征是:所述第一支架上设有第一涂布辊,第一涂布辊前侧设有第一涂布头,第二支架上设有牛皮纸动力辊,牛皮纸动力辊上方设有压紧辊,第三支架上设有第二涂布辊,第二涂布辊上方设有第二涂布头,第二涂布头后侧上方设有石料仓,石料仓的出口后侧设有沥青喷洒臂,沥青喷洒臂后方设有钢网输送机,钢网输送机上设有养生网带。本发明的有益效果是:摆脱了以往工程车摊铺的繁琐性,自动化程度高,提高了工作效率;减少了人力及物力需求,降低了加工成本;摆脱了以往路面抗裂贴生产时的间断性以及天气选择性,实现了批量生产。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明属于道路养护施工材料加工技术领域,特别涉及一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置及加工方法。
(二)背景技术
伴随着我国高速事业的快速发展,高速路面的养护需求逐年扩大,针对小的零散性的修补项目,采用路面抗裂贴是最为快捷有效的方法。该工艺避免了工程车施工的高投入,简化了施工工序,提高了工作效率。针对路面贴的加工工艺,目前主要是采用工程车洒喷、人工辅助的方法,该方法往往效率较低,且需要占用大量的人力和物力。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种工作效率高、操作方便、节省人力物力、适应范围广的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置及加工方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,包括固定于地面上的第一支架、第二支架和第三支架,其特征是:所述第一支架上设有第一涂布辊,第一涂布辊前侧设有第一涂布头,第二支架上设有牛皮纸动力辊,牛皮纸动力辊上方设有压紧辊,第三支架上设有第二涂布辊,第二涂布辊上方设有第二涂布头,第二涂布头后侧上方设有石料仓,石料仓的出口后侧设有沥青喷洒臂,沥青喷洒臂后方设有钢网输送机,钢网输送机上设有养生网带。
所述石料仓的出口处设有料门,料门包括料门板,料门板安装于料门轴上,料门轴安装于料门安装板上部,料门安装板焊接于石料仓壁板上。
所述料门安装板下部安装有石料辊轴。
所述第一支架上安装有位于第一涂布辊上方的防裂布动力辊。
所述石料仓安装于料仓架上。
所述养生网带绕于链轮上,链轮安装于钢网输送机上。
所述料仓架侧面设有固定于地面上的主电机。
所述压紧辊安装于带座轴承上,带座轴承顶部安装有螺杆。
一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)、将防裂布在第一涂布辊的位置由第一涂布头进行下涂布;
(2)、将牛皮纸在牛皮纸动力辊的位置与涂布好的防裂布下端面贴合,并通过压紧辊进行初步压紧;
(3)、压紧后在第二涂布辊的位置进行上涂布,然后通过石料仓料门撒石料,同时沥青喷洒臂喷洒沥青;
(4)、成型的路面抗裂贴在养生网带上进行破乳硬化;
(5)、破乳硬化后进行二次压紧;
(6)、二次压紧后收卷得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是:摆脱了以往工程车摊铺的繁琐性,自动化程度高,提高了工作效率;减少了人力及物力需求,降低了加工成本;摆脱了以往路面抗裂贴生产时的间断性以及天气选择性,实现了批量生产。

(五)具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括固定于地面上的第一支架1、第二支架2和第三支架3,第一支架1上设有第一涂布辊4,第一涂布辊4前侧设有第一涂布头5,第二支架2上设有牛皮纸动力辊6,牛皮纸动力辊6上方设有压紧辊7,第三支架3上设有第二涂布辊8,第二涂布辊8上方设有第二涂布头9,第二涂布头9后侧上方设有石料仓10,石料仓10的出口后侧设有沥青喷洒臂11,沥青喷洒臂11后方设有钢网输送机12,钢网输送机12上设有养生网带13。石料仓10的出口处设有料门14,料门14包括料门板15,料门板15安装于料门轴16上,料门轴16安装于料门安装板17上部,料门安装板17焊接于石料仓10壁板上。料门安装板17下部安装有石料辊轴18。第一支架1上安装有位于第一涂布辊4上方的防裂布动力辊19。石料仓10安装于料仓架20上。养生网带13绕于链轮21上,链轮21安装于钢网输送机12上。料仓架20侧面设有固定于地面上的主电机22。压紧辊7安装于带座轴承23上,带座轴承23顶部安装有螺杆24。
采用本发明的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置及加工方法,压紧辊7竖直方向上下可调,通过带座轴承23实现移动,带座轴承23安装在第二支架2上,转动螺杆24即可带动带座轴承23在第二支架2的轨道内上下移动,以满足路面抗裂贴的不同厚度需求。来自放卷装置的防裂布在第一涂布辊4的位置由第一涂布头5进行下涂布,牛皮纸在牛皮纸动力辊6的位置与涂布好的防裂布下端面贴合,并通过上部压紧辊7对路面贴初步压紧,路面贴在第二涂布辊8的位置进行上涂布,紧接着石料仓10的料门14撒石料,沥青喷洒臂11喷洒沥青,然后初步成型的路面抗裂贴在养生网带13部分破乳硬化,最后由成品碾压装置压紧,由收卷装置收卷成品制得。通过料门14控制石料仓10的出料间隙,满足路面抗裂贴不同的厚度需求。

1.一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,包括固定于地面上的第一支架(1)、第二支架(2)和第三支架(3),其特征是:所述第一支架(1)上设有第一涂布辊(4),第一涂布辊(4)前侧设有第一涂布头(5),第二支架(2)上设有牛皮纸动力辊(6),牛皮纸动力辊(6)上方设有压紧辊(7),第三支架(3)上设有第二涂布辊(8),第二涂布辊(8)上方设有第二涂布头(9),第二涂布头(9)后侧上方设有石料仓(10),石料仓(10)的出口后侧设有沥青喷洒臂(11),沥青喷洒臂(11)后方设有钢网输送机(12),钢网输送机(12)上设有养生网带(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述石料仓(10)的出口处设有料门(14),料门(14)包括料门板(15),料门板(15)安装于料门轴(16)上,料门轴(16)安装于料门安装板(17)上部,料门安装板(17)焊接于石料仓(10)壁板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述料门安装板(17)下部安装有石料辊轴(18)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述第一支架(1)上安装有位于第一涂布辊(4)上方的防裂布动力辊(19)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述石料仓(10)安装于料仓架(20)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述养生网带(13)绕于链轮(21)上,链轮(21)安装于钢网输送机(12)上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述料仓架(20)侧面设有固定于地面上的主电机(22)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面抗裂贴加工装置,其特征是:所述压紧辊(7)安装于带座轴承(23)上,带座轴承(23)顶部安装有螺杆(24)。
9.一种沥青路面抗裂贴加工方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)、将防裂布在第一涂布辊的位置由第一涂布头进行下涂布;
(2)、将牛皮纸在牛皮纸动力辊的位置与涂布好的防裂布下端面贴合,并通过压紧辊进行初步压紧;
(3)、压紧后在第二涂布辊的位置进行上涂布,然后通过石料仓料门撒石料,同时沥青喷洒臂喷洒沥青;
(4)、成型的路面抗裂贴在养生网带上进行破乳硬化;
(5)、破乳硬化后进行二次压紧;
(6)、二次压紧后收卷得到成品。
