For the above adjustment requirement, the inner wall of the cleaning unit 6 may be arranged in segments, and each segment of the inner wall may be adjusted and arranged along the radial direction of the cleaning unit 6. Preferably, the lacerating tool 200 is a steel needle or a blade arranged along the traveling direction of the wild jujube; the scraping knife 300 is a scraper, or may be a structure similar to a scraping knife on a wire scraper; the brush 400 is a bristle brush or steel brush, and a food grade stainless steel brush, or a rigid plastic brush or palm brush should be used, since the pulp under the brush can also be used for other food processing. Based on the above-described configuration, the outer peripheral surface of the removing unit 6 is provided with an outlet for discharging date pit 524, in addition to an outlet for discharging the removed pulp, such as a pulp outlet 522 and a remaining pulp outlet 523. The embodiment also relates to a wild jujube pulp removing device, which is beneficial to solving the problem of water pollution in the wild jujube pit processing process. The wild jujube pulp removing apparatus of this embodiment adopts the same design concept as the embodiment, and an exemplary structure thereof is shown in fig. 4.
In the apparatus of this embodiment, the conveying part 5 takes the form of a conveyor belt, the conveyor belt of the conveying part 5 travels by roller driving on the driving shaft 50, and edge side plates 501 are provided on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the wild jujubes from rolling off. Meanwhile, the conveying portions 5 are arranged in three groups which are arranged in sequence and have a fall, and the three groups of conveying portions 5 are respectively provided with the lacerating portion 2, the scraping portion 3 and the brushing portion 4. Wherein, the first group is provided with a pre-cooling bin 1, and the wild jujube discharged from the pre-cooling bin 1 enters a first group of conveying parts 5 and is processed by a cutting part 2 arranged above the first group of conveying parts. Then, the wild jujube falls into the conveying part 5 of the second group from the tail end of the conveying part 5 of the first group and is processed by the scraping part 3 arranged above the wild jujube; and then enters the conveying part 5 of the third group for processing by the brushing part 4.
It should be noted that the speed of travel and the overall length of the conveyor belt of each set of conveyor sections 5 can be flexibly set to suit the characteristics of different processing links. Preferably, the three groups of conveying parts 5 are arranged in sequence, and the advancing speed of each group of conveyor belts is gradually increased in sequence so as to respond to different speed requirements of the scratching part 2, the scraping part 3 and the brushing part 4; such as the lacerated portion 2 and the doctored portion 3, at a slower speed, and the brushing portion 4 at a faster speed.
The above-mentioned lacerating part 2, scraping part 3 and brushing part 4 form a cleaning space with the surface of the conveyor belt of the conveying part 5, and the height of the cleaning space, the lacerating tool 200 on the lacerating part 2, the scraping tool 300 and the pulp cavity 512 on the scraping part 3, and the brush 400 on the brushing part 4 can be referred to the configuration in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Above the second set of transport sections 5, inside the scraping section 3, a pulp chamber 512 is provided, a pulp outlet 522 of the pulp chamber 512 discharges pulp from one side of the transport section 5, below which pulp outlet 522 a pulp bin 502 can be provided to collect the pulp. On the conveyor side of the third group of conveyor sections 5, a short side plate 501 may be provided, and the rows of brushes 400 on the brushing section 4 may be arranged obliquely, so that the pulp brushed by the rows of brushes 400 is discharged from one side of the conveyor section 5 along the oblique direction of the brushes 400 and collected by the remaining meat bin 503 below. A date pit bin 504 can be arranged below the tail part of the third group of conveying parts 5 for collecting the processed date pits.
