The gas-liquid mixed micro-flow liquid nitrogen temperature-reducing and dust-suppressing atomizing mechanism 5 comprises a liquid nitrogen tank 33, a liquid nitrogen pump 34, a liquid pumping pipe 35, a liquid feeding pipe 36 and a temperature-reducing and dust-suppressing atomizing component 37, the liquid nitrogen tank 33 is arranged on the side wall of one side of the crushing external fixing body 1, the liquid nitrogen pump 34 is arranged above the liquid nitrogen tank 33, the liquid pumping pipe 35 is communicated between the input end of the liquid nitrogen pump 34 and the liquid nitrogen tank 33, the cooling and dust suppression atomization component 37 is arranged in the crushing external fixing body 1, the liquid feeding pipe 36 is communicated between the output end of the liquid nitrogen pump 34 and the temperature-reducing and dust-suppressing atomizing component 37, the cooling and dust suppression atomization component 37 comprises an atomization cavity 32 and an atomization sheet 38, the atomization cavity 32 is arranged in the crushing outer fixing body 1, one side lateral wall that crushing external fixation body 1 was kept away from in atomizing chamber 32 is equipped with atomizing mouth 39, atomizing piece 38 is located in atomizing mouth 39, liquid delivery pipe 36 runs through and smashes external fixation body 1 lateral wall and atomizing chamber 32 intercommunication.

1) pre-cooling: sending an instruction to a controller 46 through a touch screen 47 to control the atomization sheet 38 and the liquid nitrogen pump 34 to work, wherein the liquid nitrogen pump 34 pumps liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank 33 into the atomization cavity 32 through a liquid pumping pipe 35 and a liquid feeding pipe 36 in a micro-flow manner, the atomization sheet 38 atomizes the liquid nitrogen in the atomization cavity 32 to form a gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid, and the gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid is released to the atomization dust suppression cavity 40, the outer eccentric rotation type unstable roller 3, the secondary thread grinding mechanism 4 and the self-rising separation type material receiving and sampling device 6, and the gasified liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and cools to enable the whole device to be in a low-temperature state;
2) feeding: pouring polyethylene glycol to be crushed from the feeding hopper 7 and sliding downwards along the elastic blanking pipe 20 to the roller 14 through the sleeve feeding hopper 18;
3) crushing: the touch screen 47 sends instructions to the controller 46 to control the swinging motor 8, the eccentric rotating motor 16 and the crushing motor 25 to rotate simultaneously, the swinging motor 8 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the rotating shaft 9 rotates to drive the plugging side plate 10 to rotate, the plugging side plate 10 drives the swinging shaft 11 to rotate circumferentially around the axis of the rotating shaft 9, the swinging shaft 11 drives the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 to do centrifugal rotation to perform swinging beating crushing on materials, meanwhile, the eccentric rotating motor 16 drives the eccentric rotating disc 13 to rotate, the eccentric rotating disc 13 drives the eccentric rotating shaft 15 to rotate circumferentially around the central axis of the eccentric rotating disc 13, under the action of gravity, the roller 14 always keeps a vertical downward state, as the eccentric rotating shaft 15 drives the rotating sleeve 17 to rotate circumferentially, the rotating sleeve 17 drives the roller 14 to perform unstable state rotation up and down and left and right, and the side wall of the roller 14 performs unstable state rotation and close extrusion on the elastic self, therefore, materials arranged at different positions of the roller 14 can be crushed in an extrusion mode, the roller 14 extrudes the swinging hammer 24 to enable the swinging hammer 24 at the position, in contact with the roller 14, to retract into the sliding sleeve 22, the whole length of the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 is reduced, and therefore the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 on the swinging shaft 11 generates asymmetric irregular centrifugal force, and the materials can be conveniently and thoroughly crushed; the material which is completely crushed at the first stage slides downwards to a second stage crushing box 30 through a first stage crushing screen 19, and the primary crushed material which slides downwards from the first stage crushing screen 19 is further crushed by the reverse rotation of a driving threaded crushing shaft 28 and a driven threaded crushing shaft 29;
4) material receiving: the material bearing box 44 bears the material after the second-stage crushing to obtain a primary medicinal polyethylene glycol finished product;
5) and (4) sampling and inspecting finished products: sending an instruction to the controller 46 through the touch screen 47 to control the vibration of the vibration motor 45, driving the material bearing box 44 by the vibration motor 45 to vibrate the large-particle material to the upper end of the material bearing box 44, vibrating the small-particle material to the lower end of the material bearing box 44, vibrating for 60-90 minutes, extracting the upper-layer material by a worker to check the crushing degree of the material particles, and checking to be qualified to obtain the finished medicinal polyethylene glycol product.
When the device is used specifically, firstly, an instruction is sent to the controller 46 through the touch screen 47 to control the atomization sheet 38 and the liquid nitrogen pump 34 to work, the liquid nitrogen pump 34 pumps liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank 33 into the atomization cavity 32 through the liquid pumping pipe 35 and the liquid feeding pipe 36 in a micro-flow mode, the atomization sheet 38 atomizes the liquid nitrogen in the atomization cavity 32 to form a gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid, and the gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid is released to the positions among the atomization dust suppression cavity 40, the outer eccentric rotation type unstable roller 3, the secondary thread grinding mechanism 4 and the self-lifting separation type material receiving and sampling device 6, and gasified liquid nitrogen absorbs heat and cools to enable the whole device to be in; polyethylene glycol to be crushed is poured from a feeding hopper 7 and slides down into a roller 14 through a sleeve feeding hopper 18 along an elastic blanking pipe 20, a touch screen 47 sends an instruction to a controller 46 to control a swinging motor 8, an eccentric rotating motor 16 and a crushing motor 25 to rotate simultaneously, the swinging motor 8 rotates to drive a rotating shaft 9 to rotate, the rotating shaft 9 rotates to drive a plugging side plate 10 to rotate, the plugging side plate 10 drives a swinging shaft 11 to rotate circumferentially around the axis of the rotating shaft 9, the swinging shaft 11 drives an elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 to rotate centrifugally to beat and crush materials, meanwhile, the eccentric rotating motor 16 drives an eccentric rotating disc 13 to rotate, the eccentric rotating disc 13 drives an eccentric rotating shaft 15 to rotate circumferentially around the central axis of the eccentric rotating disc 13, the roller 14 is always kept in a vertical downward state under the action of gravity, and the rotating sleeve 17 rotates circumferentially along with the eccentric rotating shaft 15, the rotating sleeve 17 drives the roller 14 to rotate in an up-, the side wall of the roller 14 rotates and closely extrudes the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 in an unstable irregular rotating manner, so that materials arranged at different positions of the roller 14 can be crushed in an extruding manner, the roller 14 extrudes the swinging hammer 24 to enable the swinging hammer 24 at the position in contact with the roller 14 to retract into the sliding sleeve 22, the whole length of the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 is reduced, the centrifugal force generated by swinging is reduced, so that the elastic self-adaptive rotating swinging hammer 12 on the swinging shaft 11 generates an asymmetric irregular centrifugal force, meanwhile, the swinging hammer 24 and the side wall of the roller 14 extrude and crush the materials between the side wall of the roller 14 and the side wall of the swinging hammer 24, the extruding and crushing and the rotating hammer sheet type crushing are combined to realize complete and complete crushing of the materials, the complete and complete crushing of the materials is facilitated, the primary temperature-reducing and dust-suppressing atomizing component 41 atomizes micro-flow liquid nitrogen to form gas-liquid mixed two-phase, the material melting caused by local friction temperature rise is avoided, the polyethylene glycol crushing quality is ensured, meanwhile, the liquid nitrogen in the atomized liquid nitrogen fluid effectively absorbs dust in the roller 14, the dust is prevented from dispersing to affect the health of workers, the first-stage crushing screen 19 sieves the first-stage crushed material, the first-stage crushed material falls into the second-stage crushing box 30 from the first-stage crushing screen 19, the crushing motor 25 drives the crushing driving gear 26 to rotate, the crushing driving gear 26 drives the crushing driven gear 27 to rotate reversely, the crushing driving gear 26 and the crushing driven gear 27 respectively drive the driving thread crushing shaft 28 and the driven thread crushing shaft 29 to rotate reversely to further crush the primarily crushed material sliding down from the first-stage crushing screen 19, and the second-stage crushing screen sieves the material subjected to second-stage crushing by the driving thread crushing shaft 28 and the driven thread crushing shaft 29, the completely crushed materials slide down to the self-lifting separate type material receiving sampling inspection device 6 through the secondary crushing screen, and the materials which are not completely crushed are left on the secondary crushing screen to be completely crushed along with the rotation of the driving threaded crushing shaft 28 and the driven threaded crushing shaft 29; the material bearing box 44 bears the material after the second-stage crushing to obtain a primary medicinal polyethylene glycol finished product; the second-level cooling dust suppression atomizing assembly 42 and the third-level cooling dust suppression atomizing assembly 43 form a gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid through micro-flow liquid nitrogen atomization, material melting caused by local friction heating is avoided, the smashing quality of polyethylene glycol is guaranteed, meanwhile, liquid nitrogen in the atomized liquid nitrogen fluid effectively absorbs dust in the smashed external fixing body 1, an instruction is sent to the controller 46 through the touch screen 47 to control the vibration motor 45 to vibrate, the vibration motor 45 drives the material bearing box 44 to vibrate, large-particle materials are vibrated to the upper end of the material bearing box 44, small-particle materials are vibrated to the lower end of the material bearing box 44, after vibration is carried out for 60-90 minutes, workers extract upper-layer materials to check the smashing degree of the material particles, and the qualified medical polyethylene glycol finished product is obtained.
