Therefore, the excessive disinfection is avoided, and the disinfection safety and the disinfection efficiency are ensured.

The cab disinfection system can detect the life body in the cab in real time so as to determine whether the life body enters the cab in the disinfection process. The cab provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the cab disinfection system is arranged on the cab, so that the personal health of a driving operator in special working environments such as infectious diseases and medical pollution is guaranteed.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an excavator which is provided with the cab shown in the figure 7.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an excavator according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the excavator may include: a power mechanism 51, a traveling mechanism 52, a transmission mechanism 53, and an operator's cab 54.
The transmission mechanism 53 is connected to the power mechanism 51 and the traveling mechanism 52, and is configured to transmit power of the power mechanism 51 to the traveling mechanism 52 and control operation of the traveling mechanism 52. The cab 54 is arranged on the traveling mechanism 52 to start the power mechanism 51 and control the transmission parameters of the transmission mechanism 53 to realize the control of the traveling parameters of the traveling mechanism 52.

Claims (10)

1. A cab decontamination system, comprising:
the life body detection unit is arranged in the cab and used for detecting whether a life body exists in the cab or not;
a sterilizing unit;
and the control unit is connected with the life body detection unit and the disinfection unit and used for controlling the disinfection unit to be opened or closed according to the detection result of the life body detection unit on the life body.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the control unit comprises:
a control switch connected with the sterilizing unit; the control switch is used for switching on or off the disinfection unit;
a processor connected with the living body detection unit and the control switch; the processor controls the on or off of the control switch based on the detection result of the living body.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the control unit further comprises:
the first end of the current detection unit is connected with the control switch, the second end of the current detection unit is connected with the disinfection unit, and the third end of the current detection unit is connected with the processor; the current detection unit is used for detecting the operating current of the disinfection unit and sending the operating current to the processor, so that the processor determines the operating state of the disinfection unit.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the control unit further comprises:
and the display unit is connected with the processor and used for setting a disinfection mode and displaying the running state of the disinfection unit.
5. The system of claim 2, further comprising:
the vehicle-mounted power supply is connected with the control switch and provides driving voltage for the disinfection unit and the control switch through the control switch;
and the power supply conversion module is used for converting the vehicle-mounted power supply into a first voltage for driving the control switch and a second voltage for driving the processor.
6. A cab sterilization method for use in the cab sterilization system of any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
detecting whether a living body exists in a cab;
controlling the disinfection unit to perform a disinfection operation when it is detected that the living body is not present in the cab.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said controlling the sterilization unit to perform a sterilization operation comprises:
acquiring disinfection cycle times;
judging whether the disinfection cycle number reaches a preset cycle threshold value;
and when the disinfection cycle number reaches the preset cycle threshold value, closing the disinfection unit.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein said controlling the sterilization unit to perform a sterilization operation comprises:
detecting whether the living body enters the cab in the disinfection process;
and when the living body is detected to enter the cab, closing the disinfection unit.
9. A cab, comprising:
a driving cabin;
the cab decontamination system of any one of claims 1-5, disposed on the cab.
10. An excavator, comprising:
a power mechanism;
a traveling mechanism;
the transmission mechanism is connected with the power mechanism and the travelling mechanism and is used for transmitting the power of the power mechanism to the travelling mechanism and controlling the running of the travelling mechanism;
the cab of claim 9, disposed on the undercarriage.
