Abstract
The application relates to the field of skin care products, and particularly discloses water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder and a preparation method thereof. The water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18-24 parts of kaolin; 5-8 parts of sodium alginate; 0.1-0.3 part of borneol; 0.26-0.72 part of humectant; 37-45 parts of a filling agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing kaolin, sodium alginate and a filler, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture; and (2) adding borneol and a humectant into the first mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder. The water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder has the advantages that the better permeation effect is obtained, and meanwhile, stimulation to the skin is not easy to generate; in addition, the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and convenience in preparation.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soft mask powder is a powdery film powder consisting of a soft mask powder base material and a filling material, and belongs to a removable mask. The soft membrane has higher density, can completely isolate the contact between the skin and the air, seals the skin, enables the skin to absorb the essence components in the facial mask, and has better moisturizing effect, so the soft membrane powder is popular with people.
After the facial mask of a consumer is formed, the mask prepared from the mask powder gradually releases moisture, a large amount of water drops permeate to the surface of the skin, and the moisture left on the surface of the skin directly or indirectly enters the interior of the skin under the pressure action of the mask, so that the moisture is supplemented to the skin.
In the related art, in order to enable the soft membrane to release moisture gradually, sodium chloride is generally required to be added into the soft membrane powder, and the moisture in the soft membrane is released towards the skin by utilizing osmotic pressure brought by the sodium chloride, so that the water replenishing effect of the soft membrane on the skin is better.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventors believe that sodium chloride also causes some irritation to the skin while increasing the osmotic pressure of the soft membrane, and particularly consumers with water-deficient skin such as sensitive skin, after-sun skin, and severely dry skin are prone to prick or even to be allergic after use, and thus there is room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to enable the soft membrane powder to obtain a better permeation effect and simultaneously not easily stimulate the skin, the application provides the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder and the preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following components in parts by weight:
18-24 parts of kaolin;
5-8 parts of sodium alginate;
0.1-0.3 part of borneol;
0.26-0.72 part of humectant;
37-45 parts of a filling agent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the components are added and compounded according to a specific proportion, so that the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder is easy to disperse uniformly and is not easy to form granules in the blending process, the components are well mixed uniformly, and the soft film is beneficial to forming tiny continuous pores after being formed by matching kaolin, sodium alginate, borneol and humectant according to specific contents, so that moisture and nutrient substances in the soft film permeate towards the surface of the skin under the action of the continuous pores and promote the skin to absorb under the sealing action of the soft film, and the moisturizing effect of the skin is better and visible, sodium chloride which has an irritation effect on the skin is not added in the formula of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder, but the soft film prepared from the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder has a better water permeating and water yielding effect, so that the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder is milder and has no irritation, the water-deficient skin is not easy to have stabbing pain or even allergic phenomenon after being used, so that the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft mask powder is more in line with the requirements of the masses.
Preferably, the humectant consists of the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-0.3 part of erythritol;
0.1-0.3 part of betaine;
0.06-0.12 part of sodium hyaluronate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the erythritol, the betaine and the sodium hyaluronate with specific proportions are added to be matched with the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the borneol for use, so that rich continuous pore canals can be generated after the soft membrane powder is formed, the permeability of the soft membrane is better, and the soft membrane is favorable for supplementing sufficient moisture to the skin and supplying nutrition required by the skin at the same time, and the skin is smoother.
Preferably, the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-8 parts of calcium sulfate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the calcium sulfate is added, so that the dispersion of each component in the soft film powder can be promoted to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the film forming property of the soft film powder is better, so that each component can be better dispersed in the soft film, and the synergistic effect of each component in the soft film is better.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the calcium sulfate to the sodium alginate is 1 (0.9-1.1).
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through adding the calcium sulfate and the sodium alginate complex formulation of specific mass ratio for the mantle powder has the elasticity of preferred after the film forming, the mantle can laminate the skin better and be difficult for the fracture, thereby reduce the gap that the mantle formed at the subsides in-process of applying, thereby make the mantle to the closed effect preferred of skin, be favorable to moisture and the nutrient substance in the mantle to get into skin, and simultaneously, still make the mantle take off to peel off more conveniently, make the mantle take off to peel off the in-process and be difficult for causing the injury to skin.
Preferably, the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1 to 0.3 portion of sal ammoniac;
0.1-0.3 part of pearl powder;
0.1-0.3 part of nicotinamide;
0.1-0.3 part of glutathione.
By adopting the technical scheme, the skin conditioner is added, so that the skin can be effectively relaxed and moistened, and the oil secretion of the skin can be balanced, so that the skin problem is reduced, and the skin conditioner can further help to supplement skin moisture and nutrient substances, so that the skin is healthier.
Preferably, the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
18-24 parts of diatomite.
By adopting the technical scheme, through the matching of the diatomite and the kaolin, the dispersibility of each component in the soft film powder is better, and meanwhile, the soft film has better adsorbability, so that various dirt garbage of the skin can be effectively removed, and the deep cleaning effect is obtained.
Preferably, the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
tetrasodium pyrophosphate 0.8-1.2 parts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the tetrasodium pyrophosphate and the metal ions in the soft membrane powder formula have better chelation, a water-soluble chelate is generated, the chelate is not easy to dissociate after being chelated with the metal ions, and the metal ions have better dispersibility in the inorganic filler, so that the tetrasodium pyrophosphate has better chelation effect in the formula, the phenomena of color change, deterioration and turbidity change caused by metal are reduced, and the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder has better quality.
Preferably, the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder further comprises the following components in parts by weight:
4-6 parts of silica.
By adopting the technical scheme, the silica is added, so that the fluidity of each component in the soft mask powder formula is favorably improved, the dispersion effect of each component in the soft mask powder is favorably improved, the components in the soft mask powder can be favorably cooperated to play a better role, and a soft mask formed by the soft mask powder can play a better water replenishing and moisturizing effect.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following steps:
mixing kaolin, sodium alginate and a filler, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture;
and (2) adding borneol and a humectant into the first mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the filler are mixed and stirred uniformly, so that the dispersing effect of each component in the first mixture is better, the dosage of the borneol and the humectant in the formula of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane is less, the borneol and the humectant are added into the first mixture, so that the borneol and the humectant can be rapidly dispersed, and the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder with better dispersion uniformity is obtained.
Preferably, in the step (1), after the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the filler are added, the stirring time is 25-35min, and in the step (2), after the borneol and the humectant are added, the stirring time is 8-12 min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the components in the water-disinhibiting ice-moistening soft membrane powder are quickly and uniformly dispersed by controlling the stirring time in the step (1) and the step (2), so that the water-disinhibiting ice-moistening soft membrane powder can form a uniform soft membrane, and the quality of the water-disinhibiting ice-moistening soft membrane is stable.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. because this application adopts kaolin, sodium alginate, borneol and the cooperation of humectant of specific content for form the continuous pore of preferred after the mantle powder shaping, thereby be favorable to moisture and nutrient substance in the mantle to ooze to the skin surface under the action of gravity, and through the special seal effect of mantle, thereby supply sufficient moisture for the skin, and because not add sodium chloride in this application formulation, make this application mild not amazing, be difficult for bringing the stinging sensation to the hydropenic skin, thereby give the comfortable experience of consumer.
2. In the application, sodium hyaluronate, erythritol and betaine are preferably adopted for matching, so that moisture and nutrient substances can be favorably leaked out of the soft film, and the water replenishing and moisturizing effects of consumers are better.
3. This application is through adding specific content's calcium sulfate for the elasticity of mantle improves after the shaping, makes the mantle apply the difficult fracture of in-process at the subsides, thereby makes the sealed effect preferred of mantle, is favorable to improving the moisturizing effect of mantle powder, still makes the mantle peel off the difficult fracture of splitting of in-process simultaneously, and the mantle is also difficult for the adhesion at facial, makes taking off of mantle peel off more convenient.
4. According to the method, the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the filler are mixed at first, stirred for a certain time and uniformly dispersed, then the borneol and the humectant are added, and stirred for a certain time, so that the mixing and dispersing of the components are more uniform, and the soft film with stable quality is favorably formed.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The information on the source of the raw materials in the examples and comparative examples of the present application is shown in Table 1.

Examples 1 to 4
The water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following components: kaolin, sodium alginate, borneol, a humectant and a filler.
The humectant is one or more of betaine, erythritol, urea and sodium hyaluronate.
The bulking agent is glucose.
The amounts (kg) of the components of the water-soluble ice-moisturizing soft film powders of examples 1 to 4 are shown in Table 2.

In examples 1 to 3, the preparation method of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following steps:
firstly, putting kaolin, sodium alginate and glucose into a stirring pot, stirring for 25min at the rotating speed of 40r/min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
And (2) adding borneol, betaine, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate into the first mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder.
In example 4, the preparation method of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder comprises the following steps:
firstly, putting kaolin, sodium alginate and glucose into a stirring pot, stirring for 25min at the rotating speed of 40r/min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
And (2) adding borneol, erythritol, sodium hyaluronate and urea into the first mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder.
Examples 5 to 7
The difference from example 3 is that: calcium sulfate is also added into the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder.
The amounts (kg) of the components of the water-soluble ice-moisturizing soft film powders in examples 5 to 7 are shown in Table 3.

In the step (1), the calcium sulfate, the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the glucose are put into a stirring pot together and are stirred uniformly.
Examples 8 to 10
The only difference from example 3 is that: adding cyanide, pearl powder, nicotinamide and glutathione into the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder.
The amounts (kg) of the components of the water-soluble ice-moisturizing soft film powders of examples 8 to 10 are shown in Table 4.

In the step (2), cyanide, pearl powder, nicotinamide and glutathione are added to the first mixture together with borneol, betaine, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate and stirred uniformly.
Examples 11 to 12
The only difference from example 3 is that: diatomite, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, silica and essence are also added into the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane powder.
The amounts (kg) of the components of the water-soluble ice-moisturizing soft film powders of examples 11 to 12 are shown in Table 5.

Compared with example 3, the difference is only that:
in the step (1), 15kg of kaolin is added, 3kg of sodium alginate is added, and 0.1kg of borneol is added.
Comparative example 2
Compared with example 3, the difference is only that:
in the step (1), 30kg of kaolin is added, 9kg of sodium alginate is added, and 0.3kg of borneol is added.
Experiment 1
Test objects: 42 healthy adult volunteers aged 18-55 years were selected, divided into 14 groups, exposed to the same atmosphere for 2 hours, and then rested for 30 minutes for experimental testing.
The using method comprises the following steps: after skin cleaning, 10g of the water nourishing ice moisturizing soft membrane powder prepared in each example and comparative example is added with 40mL of water and stirred into transparent gel, and a water nourishing ice moisturizing soft membrane jelly is obtained.
The test method comprises the following steps: the prepared water-nourishing ice-moistening soft membrane jelly corresponding to each embodiment and comparative example is uniformly applied to the facial skin of a corresponding subject, the jelly is taken down after 15 minutes, the skin moisture content after stripping the soft membrane is tested by a skin moisture content tester CM825 for 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours according to light industry standard QB/T4256-2011' guidelines on evaluating moisture-preserving efficacy of cosmetics), the skin irritation degree of the subject is judged according to corresponding records, and the jelly is scored according to the use feeling of the subject, wherein 0 is no irritation, and 1-3 are mild irritation, moderate irritation and severe irritation respectively.
The experimental data of experiment 1 are detailed in table 6.

According to the data of the stimulation degree in the table 6, the formula of the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft mask powder is mild and non-stimulating, so that a testee is not easy to generate stabbing pain in the process of applying the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft mask powder, the skin of the testee is not easy to tension due to stabbing pain in the process of applying the soft mask, and the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft mask powder is more beneficial to the absorption of the skin on water and nutrient substances in the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft mask powder.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 3 and the comparative examples 1-2 in the table 6, the moisturizing effect of the soft membrane powder is obviously improved by adding the kaolin, the sodium alginate, the borneol and the humectant in a specific proportion for compounding, so that the soft membrane can form better continuous pores after being formed, and moisture and nutrient substances in the soft membrane can be favorably seeped to the surface of the skin, and therefore, under the special action of sealing and heating the soft membrane, the soft membrane can favorably absorb enough moisture and help the skin to deeply moisturize, so that the skin can obtain better moisturizing and moisturizing effects, and the skin can be more moisturized and smooth, the application can ensure that the soft membrane powder still has excellent permeation effect after being formed under the condition of not adding sodium chloride, so that the moisture and nutrient substances in the soft membrane can be more quickly absorbed by the facial skin, and the moisturizing and moisturizing effect on the skin of a subject can be improved, thereby allowing the skin moisture content of the subject to be higher.
According to the comparison of the data of the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 4 in the table 6, the skin moisture content of the subject is obviously improved by adding the sodium hyaluronate, the betaine and the erythritol in specific proportions to compound with the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the borneol, and when the soft membrane powder adopts other moisturizing systems, the skin moisture content of the subject is lower, so that after the sodium hyaluronate, the betaine and the erythritol are added to the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the borneol together, the moisture and nutrient substances in the soft membrane can be favorably seeped to the surface of the skin, the skin can be favorably supplemented with sufficient moisture, and the moisturizing effect on the skin of the subject is better.
According to the data comparison examples of the example 3 and the examples 5 to 7 in the table 6, the skin moisture content of the subject is further improved by adding the calcium sulfate in a specific ratio, and the calcium sulfate can improve the elasticity of the soft film to a certain extent, so that the soft film is not easy to crack in the application process, and meanwhile, the soft film keeps the effect of close fit to the skin, the sealing effect of the soft film on the skin is further improved, and the skin moisture content of the subject is further improved to a certain extent.
According to the comparison of the data of the example 3 and the examples 8 to 10 in the table 6, the skin moisture content of the subject is obviously improved by adding the sal ammoniac, the pearl powder, the nicotinamide and the glutathione, and the result proves that the sal ammoniac, the pearl powder, the nicotinamide and the glutathione have obvious water replenishing and moisturizing effects after being added together, so that the water replenishing and moisturizing effects of the skin are better.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.

and (2) adding borneol and a humectant into the first mixture, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder.

The method for preparing the water-nourishing ice-moistening soft film powder according to claim 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step (1), after the kaolin, the sodium alginate and the filler are added, the stirring time is 25-35min, and in the step (2), after the borneol and the humectant are added, the stirring time is 8-12 min.
