the wheelchair comprises a wheelchair main body, a seat assembly, armrests, a roller assembly and a pedal assembly, wherein the roller assembly and the armrests are respectively installed at the left end and the right end of the seat assembly, the backrest assembly is fixedly installed on the rear side of the seat assembly, and the pedal assembly is hinged to the lower end of the front side of the seat assembly;
the leg auxiliary treatment device is arranged between the seat assembly and the pedal assembly and comprises a shank fixing piece, a moving assembly and an auxiliary treatment assembly, wherein the shank fixing piece is of a cylindrical structure, the upper end of the moving assembly is fixedly connected with the seat assembly, the lower end of the moving assembly is fixedly connected with the pedal assembly, the shank fixing piece is arranged on the moving assembly and can move up and down along the moving assembly under the action of the moving assembly, and the auxiliary treatment assembly is fixedly and detachably arranged on the inner side wall of the shank fixing piece;
the auxiliary treatment assembly comprises a heating layer, an air-entrapping layer and a drug delivery layer which are sequentially attached to the inner side wall of the shank fixing piece outwards and are detachably mounted, an air-entrapping port is formed in the air-entrapping layer, and a plurality of arc-shaped protruding parts are formed in the air-entrapping layer and are arrayed on one side of the air-entrapping layer facing the drug delivery layer;
the movable assembly comprises a screw rod, a nut and a rotating part, one end of the screw rod penetrates through the pedal assembly and is connected with the rotating part, the nut is rotatably sleeved on the screw rod and is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the shank fixing piece, and the rotating part can drive the nut to move up and down along the screw rod and further drive the auxiliary treatment assembly to move up and down.
2. The wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connection part is formed on an outer side wall of the lower leg fixing member, and the connection part is connected and fixed to the nut.

The medical rehabilitation wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pedal assembly is provided with a limiting mechanism corresponding to the moving assembly, the limiting mechanism comprises an installation part and a limiting part connected with one end of the installation part, the installation part is connected to the lower end of the pedal assembly, the limiting part extends towards the rotating part and is adapted to the periphery of the rotating part, and the rotating part is clamped and fixed or loosened.

The wheelchair as claimed in claim 3, wherein the limiting portion comprises a first limiting member, a second limiting member and an elastic member, the middle portions of the first limiting member and the second limiting member are connected by the elastic member to form a limiting space corresponding to the rotating portion, and the mounting portion is connected to an end of the first limiting member away from the limiting space.
5. The medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 4, wherein a hand insertion hole is formed at one end of the mounting portion adjacent to the first stopper.

The wheelchair as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotation part has a polygonal column structure, and a plurality of anti-slip grooves are formed on the outer circumference of the rotation part, and a plurality of anti-slip protrusions corresponding to the anti-slip grooves are formed on the inner side wall of the space.

The wheelchair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower ends of the inner sidewall of the lower leg fixing member are formed with annular limiting grooves, the limiting grooves are circumferentially spaced with positioning slots, and the heating layer is formed with positioning hooks corresponding to the positioning slots.

The medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 8, wherein an abdomen fixing mechanism is further connected to a lower end of the back fixing mechanism, the abdomen fixing mechanism including an abdomen fixing band and a locking member installed on the abdomen fixing band for locking or unlocking the abdomen fixing band.
10. The medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 9, wherein the shoulder fixing straps and the abdomen fixing straps are made of elastic material.
