Wherein the handle body comprises a first housing 11 and a trigger assembly 12, the first housing 11 having a first interior cavity in which at least a portion of the trigger assembly 12 is disposed for connection with the first housing 11, the trigger assembly 12 being movable in the X-direction relative to the first housing 11; the second shell is connected with the first shell 11, and the second shell is provided with a second inner cavity communicated with the first inner cavity of the first shell 11; the air pipe 3 is arranged in the first inner cavity and the second inner cavity in a penetrating way, one end of the air pipe 3 is arranged outside the second shell, a suction nozzle part 31 for adsorbing human tissues is arranged at the end of the air pipe 3, the other end of the air pipe 3 is used for being connected with a negative pressure device (not shown), and preferably, the other end of the air pipe 3 extends out of the first shell 11 to be connected with the negative pressure device. The elastic wire pull rod 4 is arranged in the second inner cavity in a penetrating way, one end of the elastic wire pull rod 4 is connected with the elastic wire 100 sleeved on the suction nozzle part 31 of the air pipe 3, and the other end of the elastic wire pull rod is fixedly connected with the trigger component 12, so that the elastic wire pull rod 4 can move along with the trigger component 12 along the X direction. The elastic thread cutting rod 5 is connected to the second housing and is rotatable relative to the second housing, and a blade 51 for cutting the elastic thread 100 is provided on the elastic thread cutting rod 5. One end of the push rod 6 is fixedly connected with the trigger assembly 12, and the other end is used for pushing the elastic thread cutting rod 5, specifically, the push rod 6 can move along the direction (namely, the X direction) from the second shell to the first shell 11 under the action of the trigger assembly 12, during the movement, the push rod 6 can generate thrust in the Y direction (taking fig. 1 as an example, the Y direction is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface) or the Z direction on the elastic thread cutting rod 5, and along with the larger movement stroke of the push rod 6, the thrust is larger until the push rod 6 can push the elastic thread cutting rod 5 to rotate, so that the elastic thread cutting rod 5 rotates until the cutting edge 51 thereof cuts off the elastic thread 100.
The working principle of the structure is as follows: when the suction nozzle portion 31 of the air tube 3 is aligned with human tissue, the negative pressure device is activated to suck the human tissue, the operator pulls the trigger assembly 12, the trigger assembly 12 moves along the direction from the second housing to the first housing 11, at this time, the elastic wire pull rod 4 and the push rod 6 also move along with the trigger assembly 12, during this process, the elastic wire 100 is gradually tightened, the elastic wire cutting rod 5 is gradually pushed to rotate (for example, in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface when the elastic wire cutting rod 5 is pushed), and when the elastic wire cutting rod 5 rotates to contact with the elastic wire 100, the cutting edge 51 on the elastic wire cutting rod 5 cuts off the elastic wire 100 under the action of the pushing force, so that the automatic cutting of the elastic wire 100 is realized.
By adopting the scheme, the ligature device of the embodiment can realize automatic cutting of the automatic elastic line 100 through the matching of the push rod 6 and the elastic line cutting rod 5, is convenient for a doctor to operate, and reduces the risk of cutting operation in the operation process. The elastic thread cutting rod 5 of the embodiment realizes cutting thread in a rotating mode, and has the advantages of simple structure, small installation space requirement and simple and ingenious movement principle.
Of course, instead of using the push rod 6 to push the elastic thread cutting rod 5 to rotate in the present embodiment, a screw or the like may be used to drive the elastic thread cutting rod 5 to rotate.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second housing of the present embodiment may be assembled from two housing pieces that cooperate with each other. The second shell comprises a first section 21, a second section 22 and a third section 23 which are sequentially connected, wherein the first section 21 is used for being sleeved outside a suction nozzle part 31 of the air pipe 3, the third section 23 is used for being connected with the first shell 11, and the second section 22 is used for connecting the first section 21 and the third section 23. Preferably, the outer dimension of the second section 22 is smaller than the outer dimension of the third section 23 such that the portion of the stretch wire tie rod 4 for connection with the stretch wire 100 is located outside the second lumen. More specifically, the elastic wire rod 4 may be disposed below the air tube 3 along the Z direction, and the upper portion of the second section 22 of the second housing along the Z direction and the upper portion of the third section 23 along the Z direction are substantially flush, that is, the lower portion of the second section 22 along the Z direction and the lower portion of the third section 23 along the Z direction are not flush, that is, the size of the second section 22 is smaller than the size of the third section 23 along the Z direction, so that the elastic wire rod 4 may be disposed outside the second section 22, so that the doctor can conveniently connect the elastic wire 100 to the elastic wire rod 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first section 21 of the second housing is provided with a first stopper 211 for cooperating with the blade 51 of the elastic thread cutting bar 5 to cut the elastic thread 100. The elastic thread cutting rod 5 can be arranged below the elastic thread pull rod 4 along the Z direction, the cutting edge 51 extends upwards to cut the elastic thread 100 in a matched mode of the first stop block 211 and the cutting edge 51, the thread cutting efficiency can be improved, meanwhile, the situation that the cutting edge 51 pulls the elastic thread 100 in the thread cutting process and other tissues of a patient are cut by the cutting edge 51 is avoided, and the patient is caused to be unnecessarily wounded.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the stretch yarn cutting pole 5 of the present embodiment is provided with a groove 52 recessed in the Y direction, the groove 52 extending in the X direction, or the length direction of the groove 52 is substantially the same as the X direction. When the trigger assembly 12 is reset (i.e. the trigger assembly 12 is not pulled), the other end of the push rod 6 is located in the groove 52, at this time, the other end of the push rod 6 may or may not contact with the bottom of the groove 52, and when the push rod 6 moves along with the trigger assembly 12 in the X direction, the other end of the push rod 6 can be separated from the groove 52 to generate a Y-direction pressure on the elastic thread cutting rod 5, so that the elastic thread cutting rod 5 rotates around the Z axis, and the cutting edge 51 cuts off the elastic thread 100. More specifically, when the push rod 6 moves from the second housing to the first housing 11 but the other end of the push rod 6 does not exceed the end of the groove 52 in the length direction, the push rod 6 may not exert a force on the elastic thread cutting bar 5, and the elastic thread 100 is gradually tightened under the action of the elastic thread pulling bar 4; when the other end of the push rod 6 moves beyond the end of the groove 52 in the length direction, the other end of the push rod 6 generates a pushing force to the elastic thread cutting rod 5 in the process of continuing the movement, and the pushing force can cause the elastic thread cutting rod 5 to rotate around the Z axis to cut the elastic thread 100.
In another preferred embodiment, the elastic wire cutting rod 5 of the present embodiment may also be disposed on the Y-directional side of the second section 22 of the second housing, so that the groove 52 may be concavely disposed on the elastic wire cutting rod 5 along the Z-direction, and the length direction of the groove 52 is substantially the same as the X-direction. The push rod 6 generates a force in the Z direction on the elastic thread cutting rod 5 in the moving process, so that the elastic thread cutting rod rotates around the Y axis, and the cutting edge 51 cuts off the elastic thread 100.
Further, in the groove 52 of the present embodiment, both ends in the length direction thereof are provided with inclined side walls, and the portion of the push rod 6 extending into the groove 52 is arc-shaped. By adopting the scheme, the push rod 6 can smoothly slide into the groove 52 and slide out of the groove 52, and the use of the ligature device can be ensured to be smooth.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, at least part of the stretch yarn cutting rod 5 extends into the first inner cavity of the first housing 11, and an elastic member 7 for connecting with the stretch yarn cutting rod 5 is disposed in the first inner cavity of the first housing 11, and the elastic member 7 is used for resetting the rotated stretch yarn cutting rod 5, so that the convenience of the ligature device is further improved. Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first section 21 of the second housing may further be provided with a second stopper 212, and the second stopper 212 is used for limiting the elastic cord cutting bar 5 when the elastic cord cutting bar 5 is reset. With the above-mentioned arrangement, the elastic member 7 and the second stopper 212 cooperate to enable the stretch wire cutting rod 5 to be substantially parallel to the air tube 3 (or the second housing) in a non-tangential state (i.e., in a state in which the trigger assembly 12 is not pulled), which is advantageous for reducing the overall volume of the ligature apparatus.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a positioning column 231 is provided on the outer side of the second housing of the present embodiment, and the elastic wire cutting rod 5 can be connected to the second housing through the positioning column 231. The structure is simple, the connection mode of the second shell and the elastic thread cutting rod 5 is simplified, and the integral structure of the ligature device is further simplified. It should be noted that the positioning post 231 does not fix the elastic wire cutting rod 5 to the second housing, and the elastic wire cutting rod 5 can rotate around the positioning post 231.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, one end of the elastic wire pull rod 4 for connecting with the elastic wire 100 is provided with a first hole 41 for accommodating a knotting portion of the elastic wire 100, the first hole 41 is penetrated by a second hole (not shown) toward the side wall of the suction nozzle portion 31 of the air tube 3, and the second hole is larger than the outer diameter of the elastic wire 100 and smaller than the outer dimension of the knotting portion, so that when the elastic wire pull rod is required to be used, a doctor can penetrate the elastic wire 100 into the first hole 41 through the second hole, then knotte the elastic wire 100 to form the knotting portion, then put the knotting portion into the first hole 41, and the elastic wire pull rod 4 is matched with the knotting portion through the first hole 41 to tighten the elastic wire 100. Preferably, in order to avoid the knotting portion from being released from the first hole 41, the first section 21 of the second housing may further be provided with a limiting portion 213 for limiting the elastic thread 100, and the limiting portion 213 has a cylindrical inner cavity, and the inner cavity may be wrapped on the outer side of the elastic thread 100.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to specific examples, which are provided to facilitate understanding of the method and core ideas of the present invention; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will have variations in the specific embodiments and application scope in accordance with the ideas of the present invention, the present description should not be construed as limiting the present invention in view of the above.
