Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of henhouses, in particular to a multilayer henhouse convenient for excrement cleaning and a cleaning method thereof.
Background
The chicken is a kind of poultry. China is the earliest country in the world for domesticating and raising chickens, has at least a history of more than four thousand years, and chicken meat and eggs cannot become mass-produced commodities until around 1800 years.
The chicken is usually cultivated in a group by a chicken house at present, and the chicken is divided according to the cultivation mode: a flat breeding house, a cage breeding house and a free-ranging house.
Wherein, the flat culture house: laying a layer of padding on the ground, then putting the chickens into a henhouse for breeding, starting from chicks and breeding until adult chickens. Foreign meat chicken houses, except europe, are basically closed flat-breeding houses with microclimate control systems.
Cage culture: the method is characterized in that the chickens are placed in a coop for breeding, the coop is provided with an A-type laminated coop and an H-type laminated coop, most of domestic egg chicken houses are cage-breeding houses, and the coop is also specially used for breeding broilers, the welfare of the chickens in the coop is not good, but the breeding density is the largest, the benefits generated by the coop are also huge, and the overall investment of the coop is also very large.
Free-range breeding house: the chicken house is a model for welfare breeding and comprises an indoor rest room, an outdoor playground in rainy days and on the asparagus days and a playground outside the whole chicken house, and chickens not only have the outdoor playground of the chickens, but also have the place where the chickens inhabit the chickens and can go out and reach the activities in severe weather. Such a chicken house building has been forcibly executed in europe, and farms in australia are also using such chicken houses to produce organic eggs and organic chicken meat which are sold at higher prices.
The chicken coop in the market is mostly a simple cage-shaped structure, and chicken manure is inconvenient to clean.
For example, chinese utility model with patent number CN202021007266.6 discloses a chicken coop that easy clearance dismouting of agricultural cultivation specifically includes in the chicken coop: the device comprises a top cover plate, a hinge, a supporting rod, a frame, a handle, a henhouse door, a roller, a transverse plate, a collecting basin, a handle, a side door, a switch, a limit bolt and a buckle; the utility model discloses a chicken coop, including top apron, frame, diaphragm, handle, side door, top apron below fixed connection frame, be equipped with the chicken coop door on the frame openly, be equipped with the handle on the chicken coop door, hinge fixed connection chicken coop door and frame, the frame bottom is equipped with the bracing piece, the frame side is equipped with the side door, be equipped with the padlock on the side door, the diaphragm below is equipped with collects the basin, collect pelvic floor portion and gyro wheel swing joint, be equipped with the handle on the collection basin, frame side fixed connection limit bolt, limit bolt fixed connection switch.
The henhouse only has a single-layer mechanism, so that the space utilization rate is low; and the mode that the excrement falls down from the transverse plate with the net-shaped hollow structure is adopted, and the expansion into a multilayer structure is not suitable.
In addition, the chicken can lay eggs in the chicken house sometimes, and the mode of manual picking is mostly adopted in the prior art, which is troublesome.
Therefore, the inventor designs a multilayer henhouse convenient for excrement cleaning and a cleaning method thereof, which are used for solving the problems.

Specifically, water and chicken manure are discharged into the manure discharge pipe 502 and then flow into the filter cavity 503, and are filtered by the filter screen 504, so that solid-liquid separation is realized, undissolved chicken manure is left on the filter screen 504 and guided to the manure discharge pipe 505 to be discharged, and the mixed liquid passing through the filter screen 504 is discharged from the liquid discharge pipe 506.
Example 4
In embodiment 3, when egg collection is performed, the partition plate 103 needs to rotate counterclockwise continuously and does not need to be washed again, so that the water pump 304 needs to be turned off; the two are controlled independently, the operation is required to be carried out twice, and the improvement space exists.
On the basis of the example 3, the method comprises the following steps,
further comprises a cam 401 and a contact switch 402;
the cam 401 is connected to the right end of the first shaft 206, the contact switch 402 is installed on the bottom surface of the fixed seat 209 corresponding to the cam 401, and the contact switch 402 controls the water pump to be started and stopped.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to realize the counterclockwise deflection of the partition 103, the first shaft 210 drives the second shaft 206 to rotate unidirectionally through the handwheel 211, and the cam 401 synchronously rotates unidirectionally; referring to the drawing, the part A of the cam 401 contacts and presses the contact switch 402 first, so that the water pump 304 is started to supply water, which corresponds to the dung cleaning operation; the cam 401 continues to rotate, the part A is far away from the contact switch 402, so that the water pump 304 is turned off, and the egg collecting operation is performed at the moment;
it should be noted that when the device is reset (i.e. the partition plate 103 needs to rotate clockwise to a horizontal position), the main valve is closed or the external power supply of the water pump 304 is cut off, so that the situation that the water pump 304 is started and water is supplied during reset is avoided.
It should be noted that the control method of the electrical components is the prior art, and is explained here in order to avoid redundancy of description; and the present invention is primarily intended to protect mechanical equipment, the control means and circuit connections will not be explained in detail herein.
