Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structures, features, and effects of the present application, reference should be made to the drawings and to the detailed description.
The electronic device 100 may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistance, a personal digital assistant), an intercom, a smart watch, etc., or may be a vehicle-mounted mobile device, an intelligent home appliance, a cash desk, etc. The structure, function and related method flow of the electronic device 100 will be described in detail below using a PDA as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, an electronic device 100 having a heat generating unit 1, a display screen 2, and a heat conducting unit 3 is disclosed.
The heat generating unit 1 includes at least one of a CPU, a communication chip, or a management chip, mainly considering that a chip is a main heat generating device in the electronic apparatus 100, is a portion of the electronic apparatus 100 having the highest temperature, and the generated heat is most easily utilized.
The display screen 2 is a multi-layer structure and comprises a cover plate 4 and a display layer 5, wherein the cover plate 4 is made of glass, the display layer 5 comprises backlight and liquid crystal, and the display screen 2 can also comprise a touch layer, a polarizing layer and the like. It will be appreciated that on flexible screens, the cover plate 4 may be other flexible films, such as CPI (Colorless Polyimide) films, and even the cover plate 4 may be diamond glass (coated with nano-sized diamond crystal coating on plastic polymer sheets) because diamond has excellent thermal conductivity and facilitates the diffusion of heat on the display screen 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the heat conducting unit 3 may be a single element or a multi-element composite device, and is preferably a composite device, for example, the heat conducting unit 3 is a composite device including a contact portion 6 and a heat conducting portion 7, wherein the contact portion 6 contacts the display screen 2, and the heat conducting portion 7 extends from the contact portion 6 to the heat generating unit 1.
The contact portion 6 is made of transparent heat-conducting material, so as to avoid shielding the display screen of the display screen 2, and the contact portion 6 is arranged to cover substantially the whole display screen 2, preferably more than 90% of the display screen 2; further, the thickness of the central portion of the contact portion 6 is smaller than that of the edge portion, so that heat can be quickly diffused through the display screen 2 when being conducted to the edge portion of the contact portion 6. The contact portion 6 may be disposed between the cover plate 4 and the display layer 5, so as to conduct heat directly to the cover plate 4, directly heat the cover plate 4, prevent fog on the surface of the cover plate 4, and quickly dissipate heat through the cover plate 4, and meanwhile, the cover plate 4 provides protection for the contact portion 6. The contact portion 6 is preferably a graphene film.
It will be appreciated that the contact portion 6 may contact only a portion of the display screen 2, such as only an edge portion of the display screen 2; it will be appreciated that the contact portion 6 has the same overall thickness, with no thickness variation.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment (not shown, the following description) the contact portion 6 may be made of an opaque material, which only contacts the edge portion of the display screen 2, and does not obstruct the display screen of the display screen 2.
It will be appreciated that the contact 6 may be part of the display 2, and thus, in reverse, one or more layers of the display 2 may be considered as the contact 6; for example, the contact portion 6 is a part of the cover 4, and when the material of the cover 4 has good heat conduction performance, the heat conduction portion 7 may directly extend from the cover 4, and the contact portion 6 is not separately provided.
The heat conducting part 7 may include an intermediate member 8 extending from the contact part 6 and a bonding member 9 contacting the heat generating unit 1. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the intermediate member 8 and the attaching member 9 may be made of the same material as the contact portion 6 and integrally formed, for example, graphene films; in other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the heat conducting part 7 may also include a first heat conducting silica gel contacting the contact part 6 and a second heat conducting silica gel contacting the heat generating unit 1, and heat pipes contacting the first heat conducting silica gel and the second heat conducting silica gel, respectively. It will be appreciated that other thermally conductive materials or heat transfer means (such as convection heat transfer by a fan) may be used to direct heat to the display screen 2.
It will be appreciated that a single or multiple heat generating units 1 may be used to provide heat to the display screen 2 and a single or multiple heat conducting units 3 may be used to direct heat to the display screen 2. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the plurality of heat conducting units 3 may conduct heat through a plurality of heat conducting paths and may guide heat to different portions of the display screen 2. The single heat conducting unit 3 may also have one or more heat conducting paths: a heat conduction path directs heat from a heat generating unit 1 to the display screen 2; the multiple heat conduction paths formed by the branches may be used to guide the heat of the multiple heat generating units 1, and then the heat is concentrated to the display screen 2 or is dispersed and guided to different parts of the display screen 2 after the heat is concentrated, or the multiple heat conduction paths formed by the branches may guide the heat generated by the single heat generating unit 1 to different parts of the display screen 2.
Although the foregoing process is generally performed automatically after the electronic device 100 is turned on, that is, after the electronic device is turned on, the heat generating unit 1 starts to operate and the heat conducting unit 3 automatically guides heat to the display screen 2; it can be understood that the foregoing heating process may also be controlled, for example, a switch may be provided, and when the display screen 2 needs to be heated, the switch is turned on to conduct the heat conduction path, so as to heat the display screen 2; or when the electronic device 100 judges that the position of the electronic device enters a high temperature area from a low temperature area, the electronic device automatically heats the display screen 2; or when the electronic device 100 detects that the ambient temperature is lower than a set threshold, the heat conduction path is automatically conducted, and the display screen 2 is heated, and the threshold can be set manually, for example, 15 °, 10 °, 0 °, etc.
It will be appreciated that, in another embodiment, the electronic device 100 has a scanning window 10, so that the optical character is collected through the scanning window 10, and the heat generated by the heat generating unit 1 can be guided to the scanning window 10 by the heat conducting unit 3, so as to heat the scanning window 10, and meanwhile, the scanning window 10 is thinner than other parts of the electronic device 100, which is also more beneficial to heat dissipation, and even the scanning window 10 can be made of the transparent heat conducting material, which is more beneficial to heat dissipation.
The electronic device has the following beneficial effects:
the traditional mobile phone heat dissipation mode mainly dissipates heat through a mobile phone rear shell or a frame, but the rear shell and the frame are usually held by a user hand, so that heat dissipation is inconvenient. This application not only passes through display screen 2 diffusion with the heat that generates heat module and goes out, and the heat can be to display screen 2 heating simultaneously, prevents that display screen 2 from fogging.
The above detailed description is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so that all technical and scientific variations which employ the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
