(1) Printing an acrylic resin printing layer, wherein a radio frequency data chip is placed in the acrylic resin printing layer in the printing process;
(2) Uniformly paving a glass bead layer by using an acrylic resin printing layer as a matrix and using a bead planting device;
(3) Paving an aluminized layer above the glass bead layer, and laminating the acrylic resin printing layer, the glass bead layer and the aluminized layer to form a reflective printing layer;
(4) Crimping a colloid layer under the reflective printing layer prepared in the step (3);
(5) And pressing a waterproof layer on one side of the acrylic resin printing layer, which is away from the glass bead layer.
2. The power distribution line corrosion-resistant light-reflective flexible label sign according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the acrylic resin print layer is 100-150 μm.

The anti-corrosion reflective flexible label tag for a distribution line according to claim 1, wherein the glue layer in the step (4) comprises a glue type active agent layer, a viscose agent layer, a chemical corrosion prevention glue layer and a back-strap glue paper, and the glue type active agent layer, the viscose agent layer, the chemical corrosion prevention glue layer and the back-strap glue paper are sequentially pressed to the reflective printing part prepared in the step (3) during manufacturing, wherein the glue type active agent layer is in contact with the aluminized layer.
