In a specific embodiment, the organic mildew preventive comprises at least one of organic copper salt, organic tin salt, phenols, imidazoles, pyridines, thiazoles, quaternary ammonium salt derivatives and organic acid salt; wherein the organic copper salt comprises at least one of 8-hydroxyquinoline copper, thiediazole copper, copper rosinate, fatty acid copper, carboxymethyl chitosan/copper benzoate salt and copper acid salt; the organic tin salt comprises at least one of tributyltin chloride, triethyltin chloride and triphenyltin chloride; the phenols comprise at least one of p-chloro-m-xylenol, dichlorophenol methane and o-phenylphenol, the imidazoles comprise at least one of benzimidazole, imidazolidinyl urea and bis-hydroxymethyl imidazolidinyl urea, the pyridine comprises at least one of tetrachloro-4-methylsulfonylpyridine, sodium pyrithione and pyridine quaternary ammonium salt type haloamine, the thiazole comprises at least one of 3-hydroxyisothiazole, thiazolamide, ethaboxam and fluorothiazole pyrithylketone, the quaternary ammonium salt derivative comprises at least one of tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, methacryloyloxyethyl-n-hexadecyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride, organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent and chitosan quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent, and the organic acid salt comprises at least one of calcium propionate, sodium sorbate and sodium benzoate. The organic mildew preventive and the antibacterial agent have excellent antibacterial and mildew-proof effects and stable antibacterial performance.
In particular embodiments, the inorganic antimicrobial agent comprises at least one of basic copper sulfate, copper hydroxide, silver-loaded titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silver-loaded silica, and cuprous oxide. The inorganic mildewcide has excellent antibacterial and mildewproof effects and stable antibacterial performance, and has antibacterial and mildewproof synergistic effects with the organic mildewcide.
In another embodiment or on the basis of the material embodiment of the mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer 12, the thickness of the mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer 12 is 0.05mm to 0.5 mm. Through the control and optimization of the material of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12 or the thickness of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12, the antibacterial and mildew-proof effects of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12 can be improved, and meanwhile, the bonding strength of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12 to the fireproof layer 11 and the waterproof layer 13 is enhanced.
The waterproof layer 13 contained in the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 and the mildew-proof and antibacterial layer play a role in water-proof synergy, and the waterproof and water-proof functions endowed to the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 are improved. In an embodiment, the material of the waterproof layer 13 includes at least one of a waterproof roll and a waterproof film, wherein the waterproof roll and the waterproof film include a paper-filled asphalt felt and a material made of neoprene, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, polyvinyl chloride, polyisobutylene, polyurethane, and the like. In another embodiment or on the basis of the material embodiment of the waterproof layer 13, the thickness layer of the waterproof layer 13 is 1mm to 2 mm. By controlling and optimizing the material of the waterproof layer 13 or further the thickness thereof, the waterproof performance of the waterproof layer 13 can be improved, so that the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 is endowed with excellent waterproof performance, and the mechanical performance of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 is improved together with other functional layers contained in the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1.
In a further embodiment, on the basis of the mildewproof and fireproof composite wallboard of each embodiment, the mildewproof and fireproof composite wallboard of the embodiment of the invention further comprises a sound insulation layer or further comprises a sound insulation layer and a surface layer, such as a sound insulation layer 14 and a surface layer 15 shown in fig. 1. When the sound insulation layer 14 is further included, the sound insulation layer 14, the waterproof layer 13, the mildewproof and antibacterial layer 12 and the fireproof layer 11 are sequentially laminated and combined from the sound insulation layer 14 to the fireproof layer 11. When the sound insulation layer 14 and the surface layer 15 are also included, the surface layer 15, the sound insulation layer 14, the waterproof layer 13, the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12 and the fireproof layer 11 are sequentially laminated and combined from the surface layer 15 to the fireproof layer 11. Like this, puigging 14 gives mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel sound insulation effect, and surface course 15 plays the decorative effect, improves the various alternative of mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel.
The material of the sound insulation layer 14 may be at least one of sound insulation cotton and sound absorption cotton. Such as, but not exclusively, an acoustic cotton layer. In another embodiment or in addition to the material embodiment of the soundproof layer 14, the thickness of the soundproof layer 14 is 8mm to 12 mm. By controlling and optimizing the material of the sound-insulating layer 14 or further the thickness thereof, the sound-insulating effect of the sound-insulating layer 14 can be improved, thereby giving the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard 1 excellent sound-insulating performance, and improving the mechanical properties of the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard 1 together with other functional layers contained in the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard 1.
The material of the facing 15 may be selected according to the decorative requirements, such as but not limited to, panelling plywood. In another embodiment or on the basis of the material embodiment of the facing layer 15, the thickness layer of the facing layer 15 is 15mm to 18 mm. Through the control and optimization to the material of surface course 15 or further to its thickness, can improve the decorative effect of surface course 15, improve various alternative, but also with other functional layers that mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1 contains, improve mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1's mechanical properties together.
Therefore, the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wall board 1 in each of the above embodiments has excellent waterproof, mildew-proof and fireproof performances and a firm structure through the contained structures of each layer and the synergistic effect among the layers. And moreover, a sound insulation layer 14 and a surface layer 15 can be further added, so that the mildewproof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 has various options of sound insulation and decoration.
Based on the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 in each embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard. The preparation method of the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard comprises the following steps:
s01: and a mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer is formed between the fireproof layer and the waterproof layer.
In step S01, the fireproof layer, the waterproof layer, and the mildew-proof antibacterial layer are all the fireproof layer 11, the waterproof layer 13, and the mildew-proof antibacterial layer 12 included in the above mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard 1. Therefore, for the sake of saving the text, the materials and thicknesses of the fire-proof layer, the water-proof layer, the mildew-proof layer and the fungus-proof layer in step S01 will not be described in detail herein. The method of forming the mildewproof and bacteriostatic layer may be a method conventional in the art.
In an embodiment, the method for forming the mildew-proof and antibacterial layer on the surface of the fireproof layer in the step S01 includes the following steps:
the preparation comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100: and (1) mixing the resin adhesive with a mixed adhesive solution of an antibacterial and mildewproof agent, forming a film on the surface of the fireproof layer and/or the waterproof layer by using the mixed adhesive solution, and then attaching the surface of the fireproof layer and/or the waterproof layer containing the mixed adhesive to form a mildewproof and mildewproof antibacterial layer.
Wherein, the preparation method of the mixed glue solution can be that 100 parts of resin glue is weighed according to the parts by weight, 1-5 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent and/or organic mildew preventive are weighed according to the parts by weight; mixing the raw materials together, stirring uniformly by a high-speed stirrer at the rotation speed of 300-800 rpm for 10-20 minutes, standing for 20 minutes after uniform mixing, and removing bubbles.
The method for forming the film on the surface of the fireproof layer and/or the waterproof layer by the mixed glue solution can be that the liquid mixed glue solution is coated on the surface of the fireproof layer and/or the waterproof layer by brushing or rolling, the glue coating amount is 7-10 dm/kg, after drying, the surface of the fireproof layer and/or the waterproof layer containing the mixed glue is attached, and certain pressure is applied, so that a mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer is formed between the fireproof layer and the waterproof layer.
In a further embodiment, after the step of forming the mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer, the following steps are included:
s02: and forming a sound insulation layer or sequentially forming the sound insulation layer and a surface layer on the surface of the waterproof layer, which is far away from the mildew-proof antibacterial layer.
The sound-insulating layer and the surface layer formed on the outer surface of the waterproof layer in step S02 are both the sound-insulating layer 14 and the surface layer 15 contained in the above mildew-proof fire-retardant composite wallboard 1. Therefore, for the sake of saving the text, the material, thickness, etc. of the sound insulation layer and the facing layer in step S02 will not be described in detail. The method of forming the acoustical layer and the facing layer may be a method conventional in the art.
Certainly, after the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard is prepared by the preparation method of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard, the preparation method further comprises the step of shaping the prepared mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard.
According to the preparation method of the mould-proof and fireproof composite wallboard disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the mould-proof and antibacterial layer is directly formed between the waterproof layer and the fireproof layer, so that the prepared mould-proof and fireproof composite wallboard has excellent waterproof, mould-proof and fireproof performances, or a layer structure such as a sound insulation layer is further formed on the outer surface of the waterproof layer, and the prepared mould-proof and fireproof composite wallboard further has excellent sound insulation effect, decorative effect and other functions. In addition, the preparation method of the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard provided by the embodiment of the invention is mature in process, and the prepared mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard is stable in structure and performances such as water resistance, mould-proof fireproof performance and the like, and is high in efficiency.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a wall body. The wall body comprises a wall body and the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard arranged on the wall body. The mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard is the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard or the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard prepared by the preparation method of the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard. Thus, the wall has excellent waterproof, mildew-proof and fireproof performances, or further has various options of sound insulation and decoration. And because the size of the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard can be flexibly designed, the size of the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard contained in the wall body can be adjusted, and the mould-proof fireproof composite wallboard can be conveniently installed and replaced.
In the embodiment, the structure of the wall body is as shown in fig. 2 to 4, and the wall body 2 includes at least two vertical support columns 21 arranged vertically and at least two transverse rods 22 arranged transversely. Wherein, vertical support column 21 arranges the setting along the wall extending direction, and horizontal pole 22 forms a plurality of grids 23 with the crisscross installation of vertical support column 21, the above mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1 sets up in grid 23. The wall body 2 comprises a grid 23 formed by vertical support columns 21 and cross bars 22, so that the wall body 2 can realize a frame structure, namely, a wall body with a frame structure can be realized, so that the modular production and installation are facilitated. Because the vertical supporting columns 21 and the cross bars 22 form the grids 23, the number of the vertical supporting columns 21 and the number of the cross bars 22 are at least two, in this embodiment, the number of the vertical supporting columns 21 and the number of the cross bars 22 are multiple, that is, preferably more than two, and the vertical supporting columns 21 and the cross bars 22 can be specifically adjusted and selected according to the requirements of the wall body related to the size. In addition, the vertical support posts 21 arranged side by side should be understood to be arranged in parallel or approximately in parallel, and the adjacent cross bars 22 are also preferably arranged in parallel or approximately in parallel.
In the embodiment, the distance between two adjacent vertical supporting columns 21 arranged side by side is, that is, the width of a single grid 23 is 600mm and 1200mm, specifically, 600mm, 800mm, 900mm, and 1200 mm. In another embodiment, the distance between two adjacent cross bars 22 is 600mm and 1200mm, specifically 600mm, 800mm, 900mm and 1200 mm. Therefore, the specification of the grating 23 may be 600 × 600mm, 800 × 800mm, 900 × 900mm, 1200 × 1200mm, or the like. Through the interval of control two adjacent vertical support posts 21 side by side and/or the interval of two adjacent horizontal poles 22, can control and adjust the mechanical properties of wall body 2 on the one hand, can adjust the size of grid 23 simultaneously, also is the size of indirect adjustment mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel 1 promptly. Therefore, the mechanical property, the mildew-proof and fireproof effect and the installation efficiency of the frame wall of the wall body 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between two adjacent vertical supporting columns 21 side by side and/or the distance between two adjacent cross rods 22.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, at least two grooves or through holes 211 are formed in the vertical support columns 21 at intervals, the opening direction of the grooves or through holes 211 faces one side of adjacent vertical support columns 21 side by side, and the end of the cross bar 22 is clamped in the grooves or through holes 211, so that the vertical support columns 21 and the cross bar 22 are installed and connected. Therefore, the grooves or the through holes 211 are formed in the vertical supporting columns 21 at intervals, so that the cross rods 22 are conveniently connected with the vertical supporting columns 21, and the frame installation efficiency of the wall body 21 is improved.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the end of the cross bar 22 is provided with a protrusion 221 adapted to the groove or through hole 211, and the cross bar 22 is respectively clamped in the groove or through hole 211 formed on the adjacent vertical supporting column 21 through the protrusions 221 at the two ends, so as to realize the connection between the vertical supporting column 21 and the cross bar 22. Through add the arch 221 at horizontal pole 22 both ends, on the basis of making things convenient for being connected of horizontal pole 22 and support column 2, improve joint strength between horizontal pole 22 and the vertical support column 21.
In addition, the frame structure wall body 2 composed of the vertical supporting columns 21 and the cross bars 22 may be one layer or may be two or more layers. One level should understand that there is only one vertical support column 21 in a column of vertical support columns 21; two levels it should be understood that there are two vertical support columns 21 in a column of vertical support columns 21.
In the specific embodiment, the vertical supporting columns 21 and the cross bars 22 may be aluminum profiles, i-beams, etc., but may also be other materials in the building field.
On the basis of the frame structure of the wall body 2 in the above embodiments, the above-mentioned manner of disposing the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 in the grid 23 included in the wall body 2 may be at least one of the following manners:
the first method comprises the following steps: in a further embodiment, the vertical support posts 21 and/or the cross bar 22 are provided with clamping grooves (not shown in fig. 2 to 4) on the side close to the grating 23. The clamping groove is used for clamping the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1, and particularly, the edge of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 is arranged in the grating 23 contained in the wall body 2.
And the second method comprises the following steps: hanging pieces (not shown in fig. 2 to 4) are arranged on the vertical supporting columns 21 and/or the cross bars 22, and the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 is arranged in a grid 23 contained in the wall body 2 through the hanging pieces.
And the third is that: add the mounting panel (fig. 2 to 4 do not show), a fixed surface laminating of this mounting panel surface and mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1, and seted up the mounting hole on the mounting panel, the locating hole has also been seted up simultaneously on vertical support post 21 and/or the horizontal pole 22 simultaneously, the mounting part advances line location installation and is fixed through the mounting hole of mounting panel and vertical support post 21 and/or the locating hole of horizontal pole 22, thereby realize the fixed mounting and the location of mounting panel, also be the fixed mounting and the location that realize mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1, thereby set up mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1 in the grid 23 that wall body 2 contains. Wherein, the mounting plate can be one or two. When being two, two mounting panels are fixed the laminating respectively on two relative surfaces of mould proof fire-proof composite wall panel 1, then fix a position the installation and fix through the mounting hole of mounting panel and the locating hole of vertical support column 21 and/or horizontal pole 22 to realize the fixed mounting and the location of two mounting panels.
Above-mentioned mode with mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel 1 setting in grid 23 can be one of them, also can be the mode combination more than two kinds, can realize mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel 1's installation facility on the one hand, like installation mode in the first and the second, also can improve the steadiness of mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel 1 installation simultaneously, like the third kind installation mode.
In the wall body 2 according to the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the wall body 2 further includes a base 24 and a keel 25, and one end of the vertical supporting column 21 is fixedly mounted on the base 24 through the keel 25. Wherein, the base 24 is used for contacting with the ground, and is used as the support function of the wall body 2, and simultaneously plays a leveling role, and improves the levelness requirement of the wall body installation. The keel 25 can effectively enhance the installation strength between the vertical supporting columns 21 and the base 24, thereby improving the stability of the wall body 2. When the wall body 2 is of the one-layer frame structure, only one vertical supporting column 21 is arranged on one base 24; when the wall body 2 is the two-layer frame structure, two vertical supporting columns 21 are installed on a base 24 side by side.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the base 24 includes a fixing plate 241, an adjusting rod 242 for horizontal adjustment of the fixing plate 241 extends from a surface of the fixing plate 241 facing the ground, and the adjusting rod 242 may be multiple, such as 4 or 6, which directly abuts against the floor or the ground, at this time, the vertical supporting column 21 is fixed to a surface of the fixing plate 241 facing away from the ground, that is, a surface facing away from the adjusting rod 242, through the keel 25, such as by, but not limited to, rivets, that the vertical supporting column 21 is fixed to the fixing plate 241 through three of the keel 25 and the fixing plate 241. The adjusting rod 242 may be, but not limited to, a hexagonal fixing machine wire.
In an embodiment, a splicing foot fixing rod (not shown in fig. 2 to 4) extends from a surface of the fixing plate 241 facing away from the ground, that is, a surface of the adjusting rod 242 facing away from the ground, and at this time, while the vertical supporting column 21 is fixedly installed on the surface of the fixing plate 241 facing away from the ground through the keel 25, an end of the vertical supporting column 21 is further connected to the splicing foot fixing rod through, for example, an inserting rod. Thereby improving the stability and firmness of the installation of the vertical support column 21 and the base 24.
In a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the wall further includes a cover plate 3, and the cover plate 3 is laid on a wall surface of the wall, specifically, on a wall surface facing indoors, and covers the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 and the wall body 2 (including covering the supporting columns 21, the cross bars 22, the bases 24, the keels 25, and other components). By additionally arranging the cover plate 3, the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard 1 and the wall body 2 contained in the wall body are hidden, so that the wall body looks integral and is decorative. Or in a further embodiment, a closing plate 4 is additionally arranged on the top of the wall body containing the cover plate 3, as shown in fig. 5, the closing plate 4 and the cover plate 3 together hide the mildew-proof and fire-proof composite wall plate 1 and the wall body 2 contained in the wall body, so that the wall body appears to have a sense of unity. The cover plate 3 and the closing plate 4 can be fixedly mounted with the wall body 2 through connecting pieces such as rivets or screws.
The wall body of each embodiment can adjust and control the height of the wall body to be less than or equal to 4500mm by controlling the height of the vertical supporting columns 21 or further controlling the height of the parts such as the base 24 and the like. Of course, the height of the wall can be larger than 4500mm according to the actual requirement. Meanwhile, the width of the wall body can be adjusted according to the adjustment of the distance between the adjacent vertical supporting columns 21 side by side and the length or the number of the cross rods 22, such as the adjustment of 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm and the like. Of course, the length of the wall body can be other sizes according to the actual application requirement. In addition, the thickness of the whole wall body can be controlled and adjusted to be less than or equal to 160 mm. But of course may be larger than 160mm according to the needs of the actual application.
The above technical solution is illustrated by a plurality of examples below.
1. Embodiment of the mildew-proof and fire-proof composite wallboard
Example 11
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. The mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard comprises a polyurethane foam board (15 mm)/a mildew-proof antibacterial layer (0.25 mm)/a waterproof coiled material (1 mm)/a soundproof cotton layer (10 mm)/a surface plywood (18mm) which are sequentially laminated and combined. Wherein, the material of the mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer comprises 100 parts of LDJ-246 phenolic glue, 0.5 part of 8-hydroxyquinoline copper and 3 parts of silver-loaded titanium dioxide (the grain diameter is less than or equal to 50um), and the integral thickness of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard is controlled to be about 40 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 100 parts of LDJ-246 phenolic glue, 0.5 part of 8-hydroxyquinoline copper and 3 parts of silver-loaded titanium dioxide (the particle size is less than or equal to 50um), coating the mixture on a polyurethane foam board in a roll coating mode, naturally drying the mixture by fingers, and attaching the mixture to the surface of a waterproof coiled material with the thickness of 1 mm; and finally, bonding a10 mm soundproof cotton layer and a bonded outer 18mm plywood by using the waterproof coiled material with the semi-solid glue film to finally obtain the composite wallboard with the five-layer structure of about 40 mm.
Example 12
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. This mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel is including range upon range of combination in proper order: 16mm of aluminum-based composite fire-proof plate, 0.05mm of mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer, 2mm of polyurethane waterproof coiled material, 12mm of soundproof cotton layer and 18mm of surface plywood. Wherein, the material of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer comprises 100 parts of polyethylene latex, 1 part of silver-loaded titanium dioxide, and the overall thickness control of the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard is about 46 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 100 parts of polyethylene latex and 1 part of silver-loaded titanium dioxide (the particle size is less than or equal to 50um), coating the mixture on the surface of the aluminum-based composite fireproof plate in a roll coating mode, wherein the thickness of the mixture is 0.05mm, and naturally drying the mixture and then attaching a polyurethane waterproof coiled material; and finally, bonding a 12mm soundproof cotton layer and a 18mm plywood with a bonding surface layer by using a semi-solid adhesive film on the surface of the waterproof roll to finally obtain the composite wallboard with the five-layer structure of about 46 mm.
Example 13
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. This mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel is including range upon range of combination in proper order: 10mm of aluminum-based composite fire-proof plate, 0.5mm of mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer, 2mm of butyl rubber waterproof coiled material, 12mm of sound-absorbing cotton layer and 18mm of surface plywood. The mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer is made of 100 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, 0.5 part of thiediazole copper, 0.5 part of imidazolidinyl urea, 0.5 part of thiazole amide and 3.5 parts of silver-loaded silicon dioxide (the particle size is less than or equal to 50 microns), and the overall thickness of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard is controlled to be 42 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: 100 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, 0.5 part of thiediazole copper, 0.5 part of imidazolidinyl urea, 0.5 part of thiazole amide and 1.5 parts of silver-loaded silicon dioxide (the particle size is less than or equal to 50um) are fully and physically stirred and uniformly mixed, then the mixture is coated on the surface of the aluminum-based composite fireproof plate in a roll coating mode, the thickness of the mixture is 0.5mm, and the mixture is naturally finger-dried and then is attached to a butyl rubber waterproof coiled material; and finally, bonding a 12mm sound absorption cotton layer and a 18mm plywood with a bonding surface layer by using a semi-solid adhesive film on the surface of the waterproof roll to finally obtain the five-layer-structure composite wallboard with the thickness of about 42 mm.
Example 14
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 100 parts of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, 0.5 part of triethyltin chloride, 0.5 part of copper rosinate, 0.5 part of fluorothiazole pyrithylone and 3.5 parts of zinc oxide are fully and physically stirred and uniformly mixed, then the mixture is coated on the surface of a 20mm gypsum fireproof plate in a roll coating mode, the thickness of the gypsum fireproof plate is 0.3mm, and the gypsum fireproof plate is attached to a paper-based asphalt felt waterproof coiled material after natural finger drying; and then coating the other side of the felt with the 0.2mm thickness of the waterborne polyurethane adhesive to bond a10 mm soundproof cotton layer and a 15mm plywood on the bonding surface layer, and finally obtaining the five-layer structural composite wallboard with the thickness of about 47 mm.
Example 15
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. This mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel is including range upon range of combination in proper order: 15mm of magnesium oxychloride fireproof plate, 0.5mm of mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer, 2mm of polyurethane waterproof coiled material, 12mm of soundproof cotton layer and 16mm of surface plywood. The mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer is made of 100 parts of polyvinyl formal modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 0.5 part of thiabendazole copper, 0.5 part of benzalkonium chloride, 0.5 part of ethaboxam, 1.0 part of calcium propionate, 1.0 part of o-phenyl phenol and 1.5 parts of cuprous oxide, and the overall thickness of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard is controlled to be 45 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: 100 parts of polyvinyl formal modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 0.5 part of thiediazole copper, 0.5 part of benzalkonium chloride, 0.5 part of ethaboxam, 0.5 part of o-phenylphenol, 0.5 part of calcium propionate and 1.5 parts of cuprous oxide are fully and physically stirred and uniformly mixed, then the mixture is coated on the surface of a 14mm magnesium oxychloride fireproof plate in a rolling coating mode, the thickness of the fireproof plate is 0.5mm, and the fireproof plate is naturally attached to a polyurethane waterproof coiled material after finger drying; and then bonding a 12mm soundproof cotton layer and a 16mm plywood with a bonding surface layer by using a polyurethane water-discharging coiled material with a semi-solid glue film, and finally obtaining the composite wallboard with the five-layer structure of about 45 mm.
Example 16
The embodiment provides a mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel. This mould proof fire prevention composite wall panel is including range upon range of combination in proper order: polyurethane foam fireproof plate (18 mm)/mildew-proof antibacterial layer (0.3 mm)/polyurethane waterproof coiled material (1 mm)/sound-absorbing cotton layer (12 mm)/surface plywood (18 mm). The mildew-proof and bacteria-inhibiting layer is made of 100 parts of polyethylene latex, 0.5 part of thiediazole copper, 0.5 part of benzalkonium chloride, 1.0 part of calcium propionate, 1.0 part of o-phenylphenol and 1.5 parts of cuprous oxide, and the overall thickness of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard is controlled to be 49 mm.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: after 100 parts of polyvinyl formal modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 0.5 part of carboxymethyl chitosan/copper benzoate, 0.5 part of triphenyltin chloride, 0.5 part of ethaboxam and 1.0 part of copper hydroxide are fully and physically stirred and uniformly mixed, the mixture is coated on the surface of a 18mm polyurethane foam fireproof plate in a roll coating mode, the thickness of the mixture is 0.3mm, and the mixture is naturally dried and then is attached to a polyurethane waterproof coiled material; and then bonding a 12mm sound absorption cotton layer and a 18mm plywood with a bonding surface layer by using a polyurethane water-discharging coiled material with a semi-solid adhesive film to finally obtain the composite wallboard with the five-layer structure of about 49 mm.

The mildewproof and fireproof composite wallboards provided in examples 11 to 16 were installed in the grids 23 included in the wall body 2 described above and shown in fig. 2 and 4, respectively, and formed into the frame-structured walls of examples 21 to 26 as described above and shown in fig. 2 to 5, respectively.
3. And (3) testing relevant performances of the mildew-proof fireproof composite wallboard and the frame structure wall:
the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wall boards provided in examples 11 to 16 and the frame structure walls provided in examples 21 to 26 were respectively tested for antibacterial, mildew-proof, waterproof, fireproof, soundproof and other relevant performances according to the industry standards:
the relevant performance tests of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wall and the frame structure wall show that the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has excellent waterproof, antibacterial and mildew-proof performances, good sound insulation and fireproof performances and high safety. Due to the excellent performance of the mildew-proof and fireproof composite wallboard disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the frame structure wall also has excellent waterproof, antibacterial and mildew-proof performances, and is particularly suitable for being applied in humid areas and environments. Simultaneously, the sound insulation and fire resistance performances are good, the safety is high, and the pollution such as noise can be avoided.

the resin adhesive comprises at least one of phenolic resin adhesive, polyvinyl formal modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, resin aqueous polyurethane adhesive and polyethylene latex.
4. The mildew-proof and fire-proof composite wallboard of claim 3, wherein the organic mildew-proof agent comprises at least one of organic copper salt, organic tin salt, phenols, imidazoles, pyridines, thiazoles, quaternary ammonium salt derivatives and organic acid salt;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises at least one of basic copper sulfate, copper hydroxide, silver-loaded titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silver-loaded silicon dioxide and cuprous oxide.
5. The mildewproof and fireproof composite wallboard of any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the material of the sound insulation layer is at least one of sound insulation cotton or sound absorption cotton; and/or
The material of the waterproof layer comprises at least one of waterproof coiled materials or waterproof films; and/or
The material of the fire-proof layer comprises at least one of a polyurethane foam fire-proof plate, an aluminum-based composite fire-proof plate, a magnesium oxychloride fire-proof plate and a gypsum fire-proof plate; and/or
The thickness layer of the surface layer is 15 mm-18 mm; and/or
The thickness layer of the sound insulation layer is 8 mm-12 mm; and/or
The thickness layer of the waterproof layer is 1 mm-2 mm; and/or
The thickness of the mildew-proof antibacterial layer is 0.05 mm-0.5 mm; and/or
The thickness of the fireproof layer is 10 mm-20 mm.
6. The method of making the mold and fire resistant composite wallboard of any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of forming the mildewproof and antibacterial layer between the fireproof layer and the waterproof layer comprises the steps of:
