The invention discloses an M100 methanol fuel for a vehicle and a preparation method thereof, wherein the M100 methanol fuel comprises a body, a plurality of box bodies are arranged in the body, the box bodies are movably matched and connected with the body, a plurality of trapezoidal bosses are arranged on the side wall of each box body and arranged at two sides of each box body; the lower end of the body is provided with a heating device which is fixedly connected with the body and fixedly connected with the box body; a driving device is arranged on one side of the heating device, the driving device is fixedly connected with the heating device, an ejection mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the driving device, the ejection mechanism is movably matched and connected with the driving device, and the ejection mechanism penetrates through the box body and extends to the bottom end of the box body; the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, higher working efficiency, more accurate positioning and higher manufacturing efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of vehicle methanol fuel, in particular to vehicle M100 methanol fuel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, all countries in the world pay more and more attention to the environmental problem, maintain the ecological environment, prevent and control pollution, and research on alternative fuels, particularly development and utilization of renewable resources to produce clean fuels, has become a major topic of all industrial countries in the world. The domestic development of methanol fuel and methanol fuel automobiles has various advantages and better development prospect. The developed fuel methanol meets the resource characteristics and environmental protection requirements of China. Most raw materials for producing methanol in China are high-sulfur high-ash low-grade coal, and the low-grade coal accounts for 40-50% of the national coal reserves and cannot be directly combusted. The coal-based fuel methanol is clean and reasonable utilization of inferior coal resources and conforms to the national conditions of 'rich coal and lean oil' in China.
Compared with gasoline vehicles, the methanol vehicle has the advantages of enhanced dynamic property, good acceleration performance, cleanness and environmental protection. The emission of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide of the methanol automobile can be reduced by 30-45%, and the emission of PM2.5 is reduced by times. The development of the methanol vehicle fuel has multiple advantages, the product has national recommendation standard, and the popularization is brought into the national strategy.
The methanol is used as a high-octane component, and after being mixed with the gasoline, the octane value of the methanol gasoline is improved by 3-5 units compared with that of national standard gasoline with the same grade, the octane value meets the regulation, the normal operation of an engine is ensured, no knocking occurs, and the power is fully exerted. However, since methanol and ethanol have great differences from the existing gasoline in the aspects of polarity, combustibility and the like, there are many problems in directly applying low-carbon alcohol to gasoline. Firstly, the heat value of low-carbon alcohol is low, the combustion speed is slow, and compared with the common gasoline, the theoretical air-fuel ratio of the alcohol-based gasoline for the automobile is low, so that the dynamic property of the automobile is reduced, the acceleration is poor, and the oil consumption of the automobile is increased; secondly, alcohols are easy to absorb water and generate liquid phase separation, and fuel oil stratification can occur when a vehicle is parked for a long time, so that the vehicle is not easy to start and has poor stability; thirdly, free water in the alcohol-based fuel has great harm to metal and can corrode various steel parts, such as steel oil tanks, oil drums, pipelines, valves and other parts. And fourthly, automobile parts such as internal combustion engines, spark plugs, oil nozzles and the like developed aiming at the hydrocarbon gasoline have obviously shortened service life when the alcohol-based fuel is used. Therefore, alcohol-based fuel suitable for vehicles needs to be developed, and for the problems, the problems of corrosivity, swelling property, stability and the like of the alcohol-based fuel are solved by adding a proper additive, however, at present, no additive capable of effectively solving all the problems of the alcohol-based fuel exists, so that an alcohol-based fuel additive with good stability, good intersolubility and strong universality needs to be urgently explored, and the alcohol-based fuel meeting different market requirements of vehicles, industries, even civil use and the like is prepared.
