本发明涉及一种潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶及其制备方法,潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶由A组分和B组分以质量比为(2.5—3):1混合均匀而成;其中,A组分由以下重量份的原料组成:30—50份环氧树脂,4—10份活性稀释剂,0.5—1份偶联剂,40—60份填料;B组分由以下重量份的原料组成:40—60份固化剂,40—60份填料。本发明的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶牢固地将混凝土与建筑用弹性密封胶粘接在一起,本发明的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶能实现聚硫密封胶、有机硅密封胶、聚氨酯等建筑用弹性密封胶材料在其表面的良好粘接,从而实现了对潮湿面混凝土的有效渗透进而实现良好的粘接且长期耐水性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体涉及一种混凝土底涂用的多种密封材料可与其粘接良好的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
无论是对于建筑的外周围护还是建筑室内装饰装修以及窗结构的围护和装饰结构,都可以将它们看成是单元组成,每个单元之间会产生接缝,绝大多数需要建筑用密封胶来密封填充,建筑用密封胶的使用寿命很大程度体现在它与基材的粘结性。混凝土结构广泛地应用于桥梁、公路、铁路、民用等工程中,在使用过程中,由于混凝土材料属于多孔结构,它与聚硫、有机硅、聚氨酯等弹性密封胶的粘接强度较低,很容易出现脱胶的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够使混凝土与弹性密封胶实现牢固粘接的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案在于采用了一种潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶由A组分和B组分以质量比为(2.5—3):1混合均匀而成;
其中,A组分由以下重量份的原料组成:30—50份环氧树脂,4—10份活性稀释剂,0.5—1份偶联剂,40—60份填料;
B组分由以下重量份的原料组成:40—60份固化剂,40—60份填料。
所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂中的一种或两种。
所述的活性稀释剂为:邻甲酚缩水甘油醚,碳十二-十四烷基缩水甘油醚或苯基缩水甘油醚中的一种或任意组合。
所述的偶联剂为:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,γ-环氧丙基醚丙基三乙氧基硅烷或γ-丙基三甲基硅烷中的至少一种。
所述的填料为活性硅微粉、高岭土或轻质活性碳酸钙中的一种或任意组合。
所述的固化剂为酰胺基胺,改性脂肪胺、脂环胺中的一种或任意组合。
所述酰胺基胺的胺值为280mgKOH/g、粘度为1000cp;改性脂肪胺的胺值为580mgKOH/g、粘度为2500cp;脂环胺的胺值为650mgKOH/g、粘度为1500cp。
本发明的技术方案还提供了一种潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A组分的制备:将重量份30—50份环氧树脂,4—10份的活性稀释剂,0.5—1份的偶联剂,40—60份的填料混合搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
B组分的制备:将重量份0—30份的改性脂肪胺固化剂,0~20份的酰胺基胺固化剂,10—30份的脂环胺固化剂,40—60份的填料混合搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
将制得的A组分与B组分按质量比(2.5—3):1混合搅拌均匀,即制得潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶。
制备的A组分的粘度为10-100e4cp。
制备的B组分的粘度为10-100e4cp。
本发明的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶由A组分与B组分组成,使用时,将A组分与B组分按比例混合并搅拌均匀制备得到潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,将形成潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶均匀涂覆在混凝土表面,然后再在潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶表面涂覆建筑用弹性密封胶,本发明的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶牢固地将混凝土与建筑用弹性密封胶粘接在一起,本发明的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶能实现聚硫密封胶、有机硅密封胶、聚氨酯等建筑用弹性密封胶材料的在其表面的良好粘接,从而实现了对潮湿面混凝土的有效渗透进而实现良好的粘接且长期耐水性好。本发明中的固化剂优先选用具有疏水基且对混凝土有较好浸润渗透和良好粘接性的改性脂环胺、改性脂肪胺、酰胺基胺。选用的脂环胺固化剂具有阻水性强、对混凝土渗透力佳的特点,改性脂肪胺具有阻水性强、固化较快的特点,低粘度的酰胺基胺除具有较强的阻水性外,还具有对混凝土粘接性能好、固化后韧性好的特点,固化剂的合理搭配使用不仅实现对潮湿或水下基材的良好及长久耐水粘接,还能实现固化过程中和弹性胶的良好胶接。
潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶由A组分与B组分组成,除了便于贮存外,施工方便,常温即可固化。
具体实施方式

实施例1
本实施例的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,由A组分和B组分以质量比为3:1的比例均匀混合而成;
其中,A组分由以下重量份数的组分组成:38份的双酚A型环氧树脂128,8份的活性稀释剂XY748,0.8份的偶联剂KH-560,35份的活性硅微粉,19份的轻质活性碳酸钙。所述B组分由以下重量份数的组分组成:18份的改性脂肪胺固化剂(胺值为580mgKOH/g、粘度为2500cp),18份的酰胺基胺固化剂(胺值为280mg KOH/g、粘度为1000cp),12份的脂环胺固化剂(胺值为650mgKOH/g、粘度为1500cp),35份的活性硅微粉,17份的轻质活性碳酸钙。
本实施例的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A组分的制备:将重量份为38份的双酚A型环氧树脂128,8份的活性稀释剂XY748,0.8份的偶联剂KH-560,35份的活性硅微粉,19份的轻质活性碳酸钙。所述B组分由以下重量份数的组分组成:18份的改性脂肪胺固化剂(胺值为580mgKOH/g、粘度为2500cp),18份的酰胺基胺固化剂(胺值为280mgKOH/g、粘度为1000cp),12份的脂环胺固化剂(胺值为650mgKOH/g、粘度为1500cp),35份的活性硅微粉,17份的轻质活性碳酸钙。将制得的A组分与B组分按质量比3:1混合搅拌均匀,即制得潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶。

将制得的A组分与B组分按质量比2.5:1混合搅拌均匀,即制得潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶。制备的A组分的粘度为21e4cp,制备的B组分的粘度为28e4cp。

取一定尺寸(80mm×25mm×8mm)的水泥块干湿各若干块(不同类型密封胶对应各1块),在每一块表面涂上潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶(实施例1、2、3对应潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶),待潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶表面表干后,分别涂上相同厚度的聚硫密封胶、有机硅密封胶、聚氨酯密封胶,待完全固化后(标准条件7天),放入水中,浸泡7天后看其粘接情况,密封胶与潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶或涂料(以下简称粘Ⅰ),潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶或涂料与混凝土的粘接(以下简称粘Ⅱ),粘Ⅰ、粘Ⅱ参照标准GB/T16997-1997《胶黏剂主要破坏类型的表示法》如粘Ⅰ密封胶内聚破坏是指:密封胶与本发明制备的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶之间的胶接强度大于密封胶本身的强度。
具体见下表(注:湿水泥块与潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶粘接后一直浸泡于水中)

2.根据权利要求1所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述的活性稀释剂为:邻甲酚缩水甘油醚,碳十二-十四烷基缩水甘油醚或苯基缩水甘油醚中的一种或任意组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,γ-环氧丙基醚丙基三乙氧基硅烷或γ-丙基三甲基硅烷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述的填料为活性硅微粉、高岭土或轻质活性碳酸钙中的一种或任意组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为酰胺基胺,改性脂肪胺、脂环胺中的一种或任意组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶,其特征在于:所述酰胺基胺的胺值为280mgKOH/g、粘度为1000cp;改性脂肪胺的胺值为580mgKOH/g、粘度为2500cp;脂环胺的胺值为650mgKOH/g、粘度为1500cp。
8.一种如权利要求1—7中任一条所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:A组分的制备:将重量份30—50份环氧树脂,4—10份的活性稀释剂,0.5—1的偶联剂,40—60份的填料混合搅拌均匀,制得A组分;
B组分的制备:将重量份0—30份的改性脂肪胺固化剂,0~20份的酰胺基胺固化剂,10—30份的脂环胺固化剂, 40—60份的填料混合搅拌均匀,制得B组分;
将制得的A组分与B组分按质量比(2.5—3):1混合搅拌均匀,即制得潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶的制备方法,其特征在于:制备的A组分的粘度为10-100e4cp。
10.根据权利要求8所述的潮湿混凝土面底涂用胶的制备方法,其特征在于:制备的B组分的粘度为10-100e4cp。
