s2: then adding 25% of VAE emulsion into the stirring kettle, and continuing stirring;
s3: adding 25% of rosin emulsion into a stirring kettle, and continuously stirring;
s4: adding 15% of polyurethane emulsion into a stirring kettle, and continuously stirring;
s5: and finally, adding 0.2% of defoaming agent prepared in advance according to the total amount, continuously stirring, adding 0.15% of wetting agent, continuously stirring, adding 0.3% of thickening agent, stirring till the mixture is completely mixed uniformly, and finally adding 0.15% of flame retardant, and uniformly stirring.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stirring time in steps S1 to S3 is 10 minutes, and the stirring time in step S4 is 2.5 hours.
