Example 1 of the invention: as shown in fig. 9, a crossing shore crane using a counterweight to save energy comprises a shore bridge supporting structure 1, two parallel shore bridge girders 2 arranged on the shore bridge supporting structure 1, an upper trolley 3 and a lower trolley 4 walking on the shore bridge girders 2, an upper trolley hanger 5, a lower trolley hanger 6 and a shore bridge machine room 7 arranged above the shore bridge girders 2. The upper trolley and the lower trolley can run simultaneously without mutual interference, and the working efficiency of the shore bridge is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to reduce energy consumption of the crossing shore bridge, an upper trolley energy-saving lifting system and a lower trolley energy-saving lifting system are further provided in the embodiment. In this embodiment, the upper trolley lifting wire rope 9 and the upper trolley energy-saving wire rope 10 are wound at the same position of the upper trolley lifting drum 18, and the winding directions of the upper trolley lifting wire rope 9 and the upper trolley energy-saving wire rope 10 are opposite. The lower trolley lifting steel wire rope 13 and the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope 14 are wound at the same position of the lower trolley lifting winding drum 24, and the winding directions of the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope 13 and the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope 14 are opposite. The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the application of the counterweight according to claim 2, wherein: the energy-saving steel wire rope (10) of the upper trolley is led out from a lifting winding drum (18) of the upper trolley, and extends to the balance fixed pulley block (21) of the upper trolley after bypassing the direction-changing pulley (28); the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) is led out from a lower trolley lifting reel (24), bypasses a redirection pulley (28) and then extends to a lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27).

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the use of the counterweight according to claim 3, wherein: the upper trolley balance fixed pulley block (21) comprises a plurality of fixed pulleys which are coaxially arranged, the upper trolley balance movable pulley block (20) comprises a plurality of movable pulleys which are coaxially arranged, and the number of the pulleys in the upper trolley balance fixed pulley block (21) is the same as that of the pulleys in the upper trolley balance movable pulley block (20); the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) is led out from an upper trolley lifting winding drum (18), firstly bypasses one fixed pulley in an upper trolley balance fixed pulley block (21), then extends downwards to the upper trolley balance movable pulley block (20), bypasses one movable pulley in the upper trolley balance movable pulley block (20), then extends upwards to the upper trolley balance fixed pulley block (21), sequentially bypasses different fixed pulleys and movable pulleys, and finally is fixedly connected with the shore bridge supporting structure (1);
the lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27) comprises a plurality of fixed pulleys which are coaxially arranged, the lower trolley balance movable pulley block (26) comprises a plurality of movable pulleys which are coaxially arranged, and the number of the pulleys in the lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27) is the same as that of the pulleys in the lower trolley balance movable pulley block (26); the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) is led out from a lower trolley lifting winding drum (24), firstly bypasses a fixed pulley in a lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27), then extends downwards to the lower trolley balance movable pulley block (26), bypasses a movable pulley in the lower trolley balance movable pulley block (26), then extends upwards to the lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27), and finally fixedly connects with the shore bridge supporting structure (1) after sequentially bypassing different fixed pulleys and movable pulleys.

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the application of the counterweight according to claim 2, wherein: the upper trolley lifting steel wire rope (9) and the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) are wound at the same position of the upper trolley lifting winding drum (18), and the winding directions of the upper trolley lifting steel wire rope (9) and the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) are opposite; the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope (13) and the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) are wound at the same position of the lower trolley lifting winding drum (24), and the winding directions of the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope (13) and the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) are opposite.

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the use of the counterweight according to claim 4, wherein: the two groups of upper trolley balance assemblies (11) are arranged, the two groups of upper trolley balance assemblies (11) are symmetrically arranged on the outer sides of two parallel shore bridge girders (2), and each upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) bypasses a different upper trolley balance assembly (11) and is fixedly connected with the shore bridge supporting structure (1);
the lower trolley balance assemblies (15) are two groups in total, the two groups of lower trolley balance assemblies (15) are symmetrically arranged on the outer sides of the two parallel shore bridge girders (2), and each lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) is fixedly connected with the shore bridge supporting structure (1) after bypassing one different lower trolley balance assembly (15).

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the use of the counterweight according to claim 4, wherein: the two upper trolley energy-saving steel wire ropes (10) are both extended to the upper trolley balance assembly (11) after being redirected by the redirection pulleys (28), and each upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) is fixedly connected with the shore bridge supporting structure (1) after bypassing different fixed pulleys in the upper trolley balance fixed pulley block (21) and different movable pulleys in the upper trolley balance movable pulley block (20);
the lower trolley balance assemblies (15) are provided with one group, the two lower trolley energy-saving steel wire ropes (14) are changed in direction by the direction changing pulleys (28) and then extend to the lower trolley balance assemblies (15), and each lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) is fixedly connected with the shore bridge supporting structure (1) after bypassing different fixed pulleys in the lower trolley balance fixed pulley block (27) and different movable pulleys in the lower trolley balance movable pulley block (26).

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the application of the counterweight according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the torque of the upper trolley balance component (11) acting on the upper trolley lifting drum (18) through the upper trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (10) is equal to the torque of the upper trolley lifting appliance (5) and the suspended empty container acting on the upper trolley lifting drum (18) through the upper trolley lifting steel wire rope (9); the torque of the lower trolley balance assembly (15) acting on the lower trolley lifting drum (24) through the lower trolley energy-saving steel wire rope (14) is equal to the torque of the lower trolley lifting appliance (6) and the suspended empty container acting on the lower trolley lifting drum (24) through the lower trolley lifting steel wire rope (13).
9. The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the application of the counterweight according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the upper trolley balance weight (19) and the lower trolley balance middle (25) are both positioned in a cavity of the shore bridge supporting structure (1).

The energy-saving traversing shore bridge with the application of the counterweight according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the device is characterized by further comprising a floating coupling (29), wherein two ends of the floating coupling (29) are in transmission connection with lower trolley lifting reduction boxes (23) in the two groups of lower trolley energy-saving lifting mechanisms (12) respectively; the energy-saving hoisting mechanism (8) of the upper trolley and the energy-saving hoisting mechanism (12) of the lower trolley are uniformly distributed in a shore bridge machine room (7), and the shore bridge machine room (7) is horizontally and symmetrically arranged above the shore bridge girder (2) by taking the axes of two parallel shore bridge girders (2) as axes; the upper trolley energy-saving hoisting mechanisms (8) are horizontally and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the axes of the two parallel shore bridge girders (2).
