The seventh motor 48 is fixed with two position switches 50, the two position switches 50 are circumferentially arranged, the two position switches 50 can control the rotation of the seventh motor 48, an included angle between the two position switches 50 is 270 degrees, a switch push sheet is fixed on the hook a37, when the hook a37 hooks the mouth of the medical garbage bag 33, the sixth motor 47 rotates, so that the hook a37 moves backwards, after the hook completely exits the bag collecting device 2, the seventh motor 48 rotates, so that the hook a37 rotates to drive the push sheet to rotate, so that the seventh motor 48 drives the hook a37 to rotate 270 degrees, after the hook rotates 270 degrees, the sixth motor 47 continues to rotate, so that the hook is driven to move behind the n-shaped plate 20, and the aluminum nail tightening device 3 starts to work. As shown in fig. 10-11, the bag pulling device 15 includes a sleeve 29 fixed in the box body 4, a guide rod 30 penetrates through the sleeve 29, a guide groove 31 is formed in the guide rod 30, the guide groove 31 includes two sections of linear grooves, a section of spiral groove is formed between the two sections of linear grooves, a screw penetrates through the sleeve 29 and is matched with the guide groove 31, a hook a37 is fixed in front of the guide rod 30, a rack connecting plate is fixed in back of the guide rod 30, a first gear and a first rack which are engaged with each other are arranged above the rack connecting plate, the first rack is fixed on the rack mounting plate, the first gear is fixed in the box body 4, a fourth motor 38 is arranged on an output shaft of the first gear, the fourth motor 38 can drive the first gear and the first rack to move, so as to drive the guide rod 30 to move along the horizontal direction, because the screw is worn to establish in the guide way 31, therefore guide bar 30 can rotate along with the orbit in the guide way 31 when moving, and two sections sharp recesses of guide way 31 can make couple a37 on the guide bar 30 hook the sack of medical trash bag 33 after the collection to the aluminium nail and prick device 3 rear, and the heliciform recess makes couple a37 rotate on one side and move backward, and the heliciform recess makes couple a37 rotate 270, and then aluminium nail is pricked the sack of disposal bag and is tightened to device 3. As shown in fig. 12-13, the inner side surface of the transverse plate of the n-shaped plate 20 is provided with two aluminum nail seals 23 in a staggered manner, and the two aluminum nail seals 23 are respectively communicated with the aluminum nail sliding groove 21, when the n-shaped aluminum nails are pushed into the n-shaped aluminum nail seals 23 through the aluminum nail sliding groove 21 by the pushing sheet 19, two vertical rods of the n-shaped aluminum nails can be pressed at the bag mouth of the medical garbage bag 33 in a staggered manner, so that the medical garbage bag 33 can be pricked.
As shown in fig. 19 to 20, a through hole b is formed in the side surface of the aluminum nail groove 18, a blind hole corresponding to the through hole b is formed in the aluminum nail box 17, a button 36 is arranged in the blind hole, and a pressure spring is arranged between the button 36 and the blind hole, so that the button 36 can extend out of the blind hole and be clamped in the through hole b, and therefore the aluminum nail box 17 is fixed on the mounting base a16, and when the aluminum nail box 17 needs to be taken out, the button 36 is pressed into the blind hole, and the aluminum nail box 17 can be taken out.
4 bottom of box be equipped with tray 32, tray 32 is equipped with pressure sensor, pressure sensor is connected with the controller, first motor 9 is connected to the controller electricity, when pressure sensor can measure the weight in the medical waste bag 33 overweight, the controller will open first motor 9 and make first motor 9 drive and draw a bag mechanism 10 and draw the bag, pack up the medical waste bag, prevent that the rubbish of puting in the medical waste bag 33 is too much, make medical waste bag 33 damage, lead to medical waste to reveal.
The upper portion of the box body 4 is provided with an ultrasonic detector 39, the ultrasonic detector 39 is connected with a controller, the controller is electrically connected with the first motor 9, when the ultrasonic detector 39 detects that the medical waste in the medical waste bag 33 is fully put in, the first motor 9 is started up to pack up the medical waste bag, and the medical waste in the medical waste bag 33 is prevented from overflowing from the medical waste bag 33.
The garbage bag throwing device is characterized in that a cross rod is fixed above the box body 4, two sections of screw rods with opposite spiral directions are arranged on the cross rod, a screw nut is arranged on each section of screw rod, a garbage throwing door is fixed above each screw nut, a fifth motor 40 is arranged at one end of each cross rod, and each fifth motor 40 drives each cross rod to rotate, so that each screw nut drives each garbage bag throwing door to move, the garbage throwing doors are opened, and medical garbage is conveniently thrown into the medical garbage bags 33 by medical staff.
The garbage throwing door is provided with a sensor, when the sensor senses that medical workers throw garbage, the third motor 35 automatically rotates to open the garbage throwing door, and the medical workers can throw the medical garbage into the medical garbage bag 33 conveniently.
The universal wheels 25 are hinged below the box body 4, and the universal wheels 25 can facilitate medical staff to push the box body 4.
The upper end cover 42 is hinged with the box body 4. When the medical waste bag 33 is completely packed, the upper end cap 42 can be lifted up to take out the medical waste bag 33.
The bag grabbing mechanism 10 is composed of three positions, wherein the first position is conveyed to the L-shaped baffle plate 11 through a conveyor belt; the second position is transported to the right of the cross bar in the first L-shaped slide bar 5; the third position is fully transported to the left of the second L-shaped slide bar 6 and the first L-shaped slide bar 5.
The sixth motor 47 drives the seventh motor 48 to have three states; the first state: when the medical garbage bag is not fully collected, the sixth motor 47 drives the hook a37 to move under the bag collecting opening 13, and the hook a37 is parallel to the bag collecting support plate 12; and a second state: when the medical garbage bag is fully collected, the sixth motor 47 drives the seventh motor 48 and the hook a37 to move backwards, the hook a37 drives the bag neck of the medical garbage bag 33 to move backwards, when the hook a37 moves between the bag collecting device 2 and the n-shaped plate 20, the seventh motor 48 stops rotating, at the moment, the sixth motor 47 is started to drive the hook a37 to rotate 270 degrees, at the moment, the hook a37 is in a vertical state, the sixth motor 47 continues to move backwards to drive the bag neck of the medical garbage bag 33 to penetrate through the n-shaped plate 20, and the aluminum nail tightening device tightens the medical garbage bag 33; and a third state: after the bag neck of the medical garbage bag 33 is tightened, the seventh motor is turned over to drive the sixth motor and the hook to move forwards, so that the hook a penetrates through the n-shaped plate 20 to be positioned below the bag collecting opening 13, the medical garbage bag 33 on the hook is taken out, the seventh motor 48 is turned over to drive the hook a37 to be turned over 270 degrees, and the hook a37 is parallel to the bag collecting support plate 12.
It should be noted that the positional relationships in the specification are controlled by position switches or photoelectric sensors, the position switches or the photoelectric sensors are connected to a controller, and the controller is electrically connected to all the motors, so that the controller controls all the motors, and can also manually control the on and off of all the motors, which is a common technique in the art, and the detailed description is omitted in this specification.
