Therefore, when the piston of the character-pressing hydraulic cylinder 120 extends downwards to drive the character-pressing plate 130 to press downwards, the limiting column 140 synchronously moves downwards relative to the fixed platform 110 to limit the rotational freedom degree of the piston of the character-pressing hydraulic cylinder 120, so that the character-pressing plate 130 is ensured not to rotate in the character-pressing process, and the character-pressing plate 130 can completely cover the character-pressing die holder 220 downwards. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the character pressing assembly 100 further includes a bottom plate 150 and a moving guide rail 160, wherein the bottom plate 150 is disposed right below the character pressing plate 130 and is used for supporting the base 221 of the character die holder 220. The two moving guide rails 160 are respectively arranged on two sides of the base plate 150, and the license plate conveying plate 310 is in sliding fit with the moving guide rails 160, so that the license plate conveying plate 310 is stably guided to be conveyed to a character pressing station of the character pressing assembly 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the loading and unloading assembly 400 includes a first material taking arm 410, a second material taking arm 420, and a moving mechanism 430, wherein the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 are arranged in parallel on two sides of the license plate conveying plate 310, and the moving mechanism 430 is configured to drive the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 to move linearly in a transverse direction relative to the license plate conveying plate 310 in a linkage manner. Thus, when the license plate conveying plate 310 returns the pressed license plate to the loading and unloading assembly 400, the moving mechanism 430 drives the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 in the same direction, so that the first material taking arm 410 is located above the pressed license plate, and the second material taking arm 420 is located above the blank license plate. Then, the first pick-up arm 410 picks up the embossed license plate downward, and the second pick-up arm 420 picks up the blank license plate downward. Then, the moving mechanism 430 reversely drives the first and second take-off arms 410 and 420 such that the first take-off arm 410 is positioned above the tray for storing the pressed license plates and the second take-off arm 420 is positioned above the license plate conveying plate 310. Finally, the first material taking arm 410 unloads the pressed license plate to finish the blanking of the pressed license plate, and the second material taking arm 420 places the blank license plate on the license plate conveying plate 310 to finish the feeding of the blank license plate. The first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 are synchronously moved through the moving mechanism 430 to carry out feeding and discharging, full-automatic feeding and discharging are achieved, the error rate is reduced, the time spent on feeding and discharging is shortened, and the processing efficiency of the word pressing machine is improved.
It should be noted that the moving mechanism 430 includes a loading and unloading frame 431, a slide 432, and a third linear moving mechanism 433; the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 are arranged on the sliding base 432, and the sliding base 432 is transversely arranged on the upper and lower side frames 431 in a sliding manner relative to the license plate conveying plate 310; the third linear moving mechanism 433 is in transmission connection with the sliding base 432 and is used for driving the sliding base 432 to move linearly transversely relative to the license plate conveying plate 310. Therefore, the third linear moving mechanism 433 drives the sliding base 432 to slide on the upper and lower material side frames 431, so as to drive the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 to move, and further, the moving mechanism 430 drives the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 to move linearly and transversely relative to the license plate conveying plate 310 in a linkage manner, so that the license plate conveying device has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in control. It should be noted that the third linear driving mechanism may be a linear driving module such as a cylinder driving module, a hydraulic cylinder driving module, a linear motion module or a ball screw linear transmission mechanism, and has the advantages of convenient control and stable motion output.
Specifically, the first material taking arm 410 and the second material taking arm 420 respectively comprise a telescopic cylinder 411 and a suction cup 412, and the suction cup 412 is arranged at the telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder 411. the character die library, the character die holder and the second linear driving mechanism are respectively arranged on the other side of the character pressing assembly; the second linear driving mechanism is used for driving the character die holder to enter a character pressing station of the character pressing assembly and driving the character die holder to retreat from the character pressing station of the character pressing assembly;
