The material return electromagnetic valve 63 is closed, and the ink pumped through the material return pipe 61 can flow back into the ink barrel 20 through the raw material feeding pipe 41, so that the ink recovery is realized. After the ink is recovered, the recovered ink is detected and re-blended according to computer software, so that the production quality of the ink is ensured.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the rear end of the machine body 1 is further provided with a sliding door 8, the sliding door 8 is horizontally slidably connected with the machine body 1, and the sliding door 8 plays a role in reducing dust entering the machine body 1. The implementation principle of the full-automatic ink supply equipment in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the device is not used, the ink adding headstock 331 is retracted into the machine body 1, and the stirring head 533 is moved to the upper part of the machine body 1; when the device is needed, a worker places the ink barrel 20 on the ink barrel bracket 21, starts the device, moves the ink barrel 20 upwards, moves the stirring head 533 downwards, and moves the ink adding headstock 331 towards the outside of the machine body 1, so that the pigment ink adding head 335 and the raw material ink adding head 432 are placed right above the ink barrel 20.
The pigment feeding pipelines 31 are arranged into six groups, each group of pigment feeding pipelines 31 is independently connected with an external pigment library, each group of pigment feeding pipelines 31 is conveyed and metered through one pigment feeding diaphragm pump 321, and finally, the pigment is conveyed into the ink barrel 20 through the six groups of pigment feeding pipelines 31, so that the pigment in the ink barrel 20 is added.
The feed end of raw materials charge-in pipeline 41 sets up to six, and the different outside raw materials storehouse is connected respectively to the feed end of six raw materials charge-in pipeline 41, and six raw materials charge-in pipeline 41 converge into one and carry and measure through the raw materials feeding diaphragm pump, and final raw materials realizes the interpolation of raw materials in the china ink bucket 20 in carrying china ink bucket 20 through a raw materials charge-in pipeline 41.
After the pigment and the raw materials are added and mixed, the stirring and discharging system 5 stirs the pigment and the raw materials in the ink barrel 20, and the stirred ink is extracted and conveyed into the four-color printing machine through the stirring and discharging system 5, so that the ink supply of the four-color printing machine is realized. In addition, when the unqualified ink quality is found after the trial printing of the four-color printing machine, the feed back system 6 can re-pump the unqualified ink in the four-color printing machine back to the ink barrel 20, and re-allocate the unqualified ink in the ink barrel 20, so that the accurate control of the ink quality is realized.
In this embodiment, the ink tanks 20 are set to four groups, and the related systems, pipes, and devices are all correspondingly set to ensure that the four ink tanks 20 can supply ink to one four-color printing machine or supply ink to multiple four-color printing machines at the same time, which is beneficial to improving the ink supply amount of the four-color printing machines and realizing continuous printing of the four-color printing machines.
