According to the invention, the mould is immersed into the high-concentration coagulant I, the finger part and the palm part have high-concentration coagulant I, then the mould attached with the coagulant I is immersed into the low-concentration coagulant II to form a concentration gradient, the concentration gradient causes the high-concentration solute to quickly diffuse towards the low-concentration direction, and dynamic balance is achieved within a short time, so that the thicknesses of the coagulants attached to the wrist part, the palm part and the finger part are relatively uniform, the thicknesses of the adhesive films are relatively uniform when latex is impregnated, and the thicknesses of the prepared gloves are relatively uniform.

Background
At present, the method of dipping a coagulant is often adopted for producing medical gloves at home and abroad, and ions with positive charges in the coagulant are combined with anions on the surface of rubber particles to quickly generate substances which are not easy to dissociate, so that colloidal particles lose charges and are coagulated. By adopting a coagulant dipping method, a mould is generally vertically dipped into a coagulant and then vertically taken out, the finger part of the mould is dipped in the coagulant for the longest time, and the action of gravity causes the concentration of the coagulant attached to the finger part to be the largest, and when latex is dipped, the latex film on the finger part is the thickest, so that the thickness of the finger part, the palm part and the wrist part of a pair of gloves is uneven, poor touch feeling is brought to a user, and the thinner thickness of the wrist part area reduces the strength and destroys the integrity of the latex film, so that the gloves are easy to tear during wearing.

(4) drying the mould attached with the second coagulant, then immersing the mould into latex, wherein the temperature of the latex is 40 ℃, the residence time of the mould in the latex is 15 seconds, taking out the mould attached with the latex, drying, then immersing the dried mould into softened water, performing pre-leaching to form a pre-leached latex film, then taking out, drying, wherein the pre-leaching duration is 30 seconds, and the temperature of the softened water is 80 ℃;
(5) dipping the dried mould with the pre-leached latex film into the coating, wherein the mould stays in the coating for 12 seconds, and then crimping the pre-leached latex film to form a crimped latex film;
(6) drying and vulcanizing the mould with the curled latex film, and then immersing the mould with the curled latex film after drying and vulcanizing into hot water, wherein the temperature of the hot water is 80 ℃, and the stay time of the mould in the hot water is 20 seconds;
(7) taking out the mold in hot water, soaking the mold in a release agent, taking out, drying, and demolding, wherein the temperature of the release agent is 65 ℃, and the residence time of the mold in the release agent is 12 seconds.
Wherein the latex comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural latex, 10 parts of accelerator, 10 parts of vulcanizing agent, 2 parts of anti-aging agent and 2 parts of defoaming agent;
the coagulant I and the coagulant II comprise calcium salts, wetting agents, shaping agents and water, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the calcium salts is different from that of the coagulant II, the mass percentage concentration of the calcium salts in the coagulant I is 18%, and the mass percentage concentration of the calcium salts in the coagulant II is 13%; the calcium salt is at least one of calcium nitrate, calcium acetate and calcium chloride, the wetting agent is at least one of peregal O solution, penetrant JFC, Tween-20, Tween-40, Tween-60 and Tween-80, and the excipient is at least one of starch, glycerol, peach gum, carboxymethyl cellulose and methyl cellulose;
the release agent is at least one of calcium stearate, potassium stearate and zinc stearate;
the coating is a water-soluble PU1536 coating of Beijing difen Temmit;
the release agent is 1627 type release agent of Beijing difen corporation.
Example 2:

(5) immersing the dried mould with the pre-leached latex film into the coating, wherein the mould stays in the coating for 10 seconds, and then curling the pre-leached latex film to form a curled latex film;
(6) drying and vulcanizing the mold with the curled latex film, and then immersing the mold with the curled latex film after drying and vulcanizing into hot water, wherein the temperature of the hot water is 75 ℃, and the residence time of the mold in the hot water is 16 seconds;
(7) taking out the mold in hot water, soaking the mold in a release agent, taking out, drying, and demolding, wherein the temperature of the release agent is 60 ℃, and the residence time of the mold in the release agent is 10 seconds.
