when the piston plate 22 moves upwards, pressure is generated in the space on the upper side of the piston plate 22 inside the pump cylinder 21, because the conduction direction of the check valve four 28 points to the inside of the ring pipe 13, and the conduction direction of the check valve three 27 points to the space on the upper side of the piston plate 22 inside the pump cylinder 21, air in the space on the upper side of the piston plate 22 inside the pump cylinder 21 is conveyed to the inside of the ring pipe 13 through the air pipe 29 and is conveyed to each air nozzle 12 through the ring pipe 13, and is sprayed to the outer side wall of the filter cylinder 14 by each air nozzle 12, so that paper adhered to the inner side wall of the filter cylinder 14 is blown away from the inside of the filter cylinder 14 by using air flow, thereby realizing back flushing cleaning of the inner side wall of the filter cylinder 14, preventing the inner side wall of the filter cylinder 14 from being blocked by paper, improving the passing rate of the filter cylinder 14, further improving the separation efficiency of the paper, when the piston, since the conduction direction of the check valve four 28 is directed to the inside of the collar pipe 13 and the conduction direction of the check valve three 27 is directed to the space inside the pump cylinder 21 on the upper side of the piston plate 22, the suction force sucks the outside air to the space inside the pump cylinder 21 on the upper side of the piston plate 22 through the check valve three 27, thereby realizing automatic suction so as to clean the inner side wall of the filter cartridge 14 in time.
