Because, this battery compartment structure can be compatible the battery of different shapes, can carry out reliable spacing to the battery again simultaneously, when movable platform used this battery compartment structure, for example unmanned aerial vehicle, can improve unmanned aerial vehicle's flight security, realized again simultaneously that new generation unmanned aerial vehicle can use normal battery among the last generation unmanned aerial vehicle, and then avoid the wasting of resources, improved user experience.
In some embodiments, the inner sidewall 110 of the battery compartment cavity 11 includes a plurality of sidewalls, and the plurality of sidewalls are respectively disposed with the position-limiting members 13, that is, the plurality of position-limiting members 13 are respectively disposed on the plurality of sidewalls. Wherein, these a plurality of lateral walls connect in order and enclose synthetic battery storehouse cavity 11, perhaps, a plurality of lateral walls are adjacent setting in proper order and are enclosed synthetic battery storehouse cavity 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the inner side wall of the battery compartment cavity 11 includes: the battery compartment comprises a first side wall 111, a second side wall 112, a third side wall 113 and a fourth side wall 114, wherein the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112, the third side wall 113 and the fourth side wall 114 enclose to form a battery compartment cavity 11.
Correspondingly, the plurality of limiting members 13 are respectively arranged on the first side wall 111, the second side wall 112, the third side wall 113 and the fourth side wall 114 of the battery compartment cavity 11 to limit the battery, so that the battery is limited from multiple directions.
It should be noted that, when a battery compartment cavity is formed by enclosing, the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall, and the fourth side wall are connected in sequence to enclose the battery compartment cavity; or the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are sequentially and adjacently arranged to form the battery compartment cavity.
In fig. 4, the first sidewall 111, the second sidewall 112, the third sidewall 113, and the fourth sidewall 114 are disposed adjacently in sequence to enclose the battery compartment cavity 11. Specifically, after enclosing the battery compartment cavity 11, the first sidewall 111 is opposite to the second sidewall 112, and the third sidewall 113 is opposite to the fourth sidewall 114.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the plurality of limiting members 13 includes 12 limiting members, which are respectively a limiting member C11, a limiting member C12, a limiting member C21, a limiting member C22, a limiting member C31, a limiting member C32, a limiting member C41, a limiting member C42, a limiting member C51, a limiting member C52, a limiting member C61, and a limiting member C62.
In some embodiments, at least one stopper 13 is disposed on the first sidewall 111. For example, as shown in fig. 4, a limiting member C11, a limiting member C12, a limiting member C21, and a limiting member C22 are disposed on the first sidewall 111.
In some embodiments, at least one stopper 13 is disposed on the second sidewall 112. For example, as shown in fig. 4, a limiting member C61 and a limiting member C62 are disposed on the second sidewall 112.
In some embodiments, at least one stopper 13 is disposed on the third sidewall 113. For example, as shown in fig. 4, a limiting member C32, a limiting member C42 and a limiting member C52 are disposed on the third sidewall 113.
In some embodiments, at least one limiting member 13 is disposed on the fourth sidewall 114. For example, as shown in fig. 4, a limiting member C31, a limiting member C41 and a limiting member C51 are disposed on the fourth side wall 114.
In some embodiments, in order to better limit the battery, the limiting members 13 on the first side wall 111 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the vertical axis of the battery compartment cavity 11, and the limiting members 13 on the second side wall 112 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the vertical axis. Can keep battery stability and atress symmetry when spacing to the battery through the symmetry setting, can improve spacing effect from this.
Note that, in the enclosed battery compartment cavity 11, the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 are opposite, and the vertical axis X is an axis perpendicular to the first side wall 111 and the second side wall 112 of the battery compartment cavity 11.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the position-limiting element C11 and the position-limiting element C12 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the vertical axis Y, and for example, the position-limiting element C61 and the position-limiting element C62 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the vertical axis Y.
In some embodiments, to better retain batteries and to be able to retain batteries of different shapes. The first sidewall 111 is provided with at least one set of limiting members; alternatively, at least one set of limiting members is disposed on the second sidewall 112; further alternatively, the first sidewall 111 is provided with at least one set of limiting members, and the second sidewall 112 is also provided with at least one set of limiting members. Each group of limiting parts comprises two limiting parts, and the two limiting parts in each group of limiting parts are symmetrically arranged relative to the vertical axis Y.
In some embodiments, two sets of position-limiting elements are disposed on the first sidewall 111, and one set of position-limiting elements is disposed on the second sidewall 112. Wherein the first side wall 111 is of an arc-shaped design and the second side wall 112 is of a planar design.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the position-limiting element C11 and the position-limiting element C12 form a set of position-limiting elements disposed on the first sidewall 111; the limiting member C21 and the limiting member C22 form another set of limiting members, which are also disposed on the first sidewall 111; the position-limiting element C61 and the position-limiting element C62 form another position-limiting element set on the second sidewall 112.
In some embodiments, to improve the retention of the battery. The spacing distance between the two stoppers 13 on the first sidewall 111 is greater than the spacing distance between the two stoppers 13 on the second sidewall 112. Through different interval settings, not only can ensure to carry on spacingly at a plurality of positions department of the direction of vertical axis X to the battery, can also carry on spacingly in other directions with the help of the dislocation, for example the horizontal direction, improved the spacing effect to the battery from this.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, a spacing distance d1 between the limiting element C11 and the limiting element C12 disposed on the first sidewall 111 is greater than a spacing distance d6 between the limiting element C61 and the limiting element C62 disposed on the second sidewall 112, and a spacing distance d2 between the limiting element C21 and the limiting element C22 disposed on the first sidewall 111 is greater than a spacing distance d6 between the limiting element C61 and the limiting element C62 disposed on the second sidewall 112.
It should be noted that the position-limiting members C11 and C12 are disposed at positions closer to the middle of the first sidewall 111 than the position-limiting members C21 and C22. It can be understood that the position limiters C11 and C12 are disposed near the middle position of the first sidewall 111, and the position limiters C21 and C22 are disposed near the edge position of the first sidewall 111.
In some embodiments, the battery is better restrained. In the at least two limiting members 13 disposed on the third sidewall 113, there are two limiting members that are symmetrical with respect to the horizontal axis of the battery compartment cavity 11; of the at least two limiting members 13 disposed on the fourth sidewall 114, there are two limiting members that are symmetrical with respect to the horizontal axis of the battery compartment cavity. Can keep battery stability and atress symmetry when spacing to the battery through the symmetry setting, can improve spacing effect from this.
Note that, in the enclosed battery compartment cavity 11, the third side wall 113 and the fourth side wall 114 are opposite, and the horizontal axis is an axis perpendicular to the third side wall 113 and the fourth side wall 114 of the battery compartment cavity 11.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the position-limiting element C31 and the position-limiting element C51 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the horizontal axis X, and for example, the position-limiting element C32 and the position-limiting element C52 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the horizontal axis X.
In some embodiments, the at least two limiting members 13 disposed on the third sidewall 113 exactly correspond to the at least two limiting members 13 disposed on the fourth sidewall 114.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the limiting element C31 is aligned with the limiting element C32, and the limiting element C51 is aligned with the limiting element C52.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, three position-limiting elements, namely a position-limiting element C31, a position-limiting element C41, and a position-limiting element C51, are disposed on the third sidewall 113.
