一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电力计量监测技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置。
背景技术
NB-IOT(Narrow Band Internet of Things),窄带物联网,是物联网领域的一个新兴技术,成为物联网的一个重要分支。可直接部署于GSM网络、UMTS网络或LTE网络。具备有低功耗、广覆盖、低成本、大容量等优势。
通过智能感知计量装置可实现对低压台区智能化升级改造、配电台区设备以及环境等信息全景数字化采集。可做到对实时数据的就地边缘处理计算,对低压故障就地研判、实时告警,实现电能质量实时监测和智能化调控以及实现煤改电、电动充电桩等设备有序用电管控。上述功能的实现依赖于物联网技术的支持,而传统的感知计量设备,往往还没有使用物联网技术。如中国发明专利CN201710909378.7中提到的一种一种基于蓝牙通信的台区监测终端及系统,采用的是蓝牙通信技术,使得工作人员可以远距离操控台区监测终端,但是,蓝牙通信距离较短,数据传输速率低,在短距离通信和控制中还能发挥作用,但是并不能实现对台区内智能感知计量装置的远距离数据传输以及控制。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,该装置提供多个扩展接口,基于I2C总线进行通信,不仅能够连接nbiot模块实现远距离通信,信号覆盖范围广、低成本,而且可扩展性强,I2C总线硬件结构简单,抗干扰强,功耗低。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的前面板上设置有显示屏,所述显示屏连接至壳体内部的PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器包括CPU模块和电源模块,所述CPU模块连接至I2C总线,所述壳体的前面板上还设置有至少三个I2C总线接口,每个I2C总线接口均包括插槽和可单边旋转开启的挡板,所述插槽底部开孔,开孔中安装有若干向上凸出的弹性金属片,所述弹性金属片连接至I2C总线和电源模块,所述插槽内安装有插拔式扩展模块,扩展模块包括nbiot模块,所述扩展模块安装在与插槽形状匹配的盒式外壳中,所述盒式外壳的底部设置有金属触点,所述扩展模块与金属触点电连接,所述金属触点与弹性金属片一一接触。
进一步的,所述扩展模块还包括电磁辐射检测模块和人体感应模块,在台区变压器附近,电磁辐射较强,采用电磁辐射检测模块和人体感应模块相配合,能够检测本装置附近是否有人员停留,依据辐射强度和停留时间,通过显示屏提醒及时离开,避免停留时间过长导致身体不适。
在多次插拔扩展模块后,弹性金属片与金属触点间存在磨损、氧化等情况,为了避免该情况,所述插槽底部还设置有触点保护机构,所述触点保护机构包括安装板,所述弹性金属片安装在安装板的上表面,所述安装板的一端通过转轴可旋转至安装板的上表面与插槽底部平行。
进一步的,所述安装板与转轴连接端的对立端的底部连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的外侧设置有弧形槽,所述弹簧固定在壳体内并贴近弧形槽,依靠弹力使弹性金属片与金属触点结合。
进一步的,所述安装板的上表面还设置有高于弹性金属片的绝缘顶块,所述绝缘顶块设置在弹性金属片外侧,所述盒式外壳的底部开设有顶块槽,盒式外壳完全插入插槽中时,绝缘顶块进入顶块槽中。
为了增强扩展模块的信号强度,所述盒式外壳的外侧设置有天线母头,所述天线母头与扩展模块的天线功能引脚连接。
所述挡板内集成有天线,所述天线连接至天线公头,所述天线公头设置在挡板内侧,所述挡板闭合时,天线公头可插入天线母头中。
作为具体的实施方式,所述插槽的底部开孔中安装有四个并列且互相分隔的弹性金属片,所述I2C总线的SCL、I2C总线的SDA、电源模块的VCC和电源模块的GND各自连接一个弹性金属片。
对应的,所述扩展模块的SCL引脚、SDA引脚、VCC引脚和GND引脚各自连接一个金属触点,所述金属触点与弹性金属片的数量和排列相同。

如图1所示,图1是本实施例1的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置结构示意图,该智能感知计量装置,包括壳体1,所述壳体1的前面板上设置有显示屏2,所述显示屏2连接至壳体1内部的PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器包括CPU模块和电源模块,所述CPU模块连接至I2C总线,所述壳体1的前面板上还设置有三个I2C总线接口,每个I2C总线接口均包括插槽4和可单边旋转开启的挡板3。I2C总线是一种简单、双向二线制同步串行总线,它只需要两根线即可在连接于总线上的器件之间传送信息。智能感知计量装置与被监测设备如电表通过RS485总线通信。
参见图1至图5,所述插槽4内安装有插拔式扩展模块,扩展模块包括nbiot模块,所述扩展模块安装在与插槽4形状匹配的盒式外壳5中,所述盒式外壳5的底部设置有金属触点51,所述扩展模块与金属触点51电连接,所述金属触点51与弹性金属片41一一接触。采用这种结构,既能够保护独立的扩展模块,又能使扩展模块牢固插入插槽4中。
下面结合图1和图2,为了增强扩展模块的信号强度,所述盒式外壳5的外侧设置有天线母头52,所述天线母头52与扩展模块的天线功能引脚连接。天线线材包括馈线和外层的屏蔽线,天线母头52与天线公头32起到连接端子的作用,天线母头52中间连接馈线,外圈连接屏蔽线。

参见图1至图5,考虑到在多次插拔扩展模块后,弹性金属片41与金属触点51间存在磨损、氧化等情况,为了避免该情况,所述插槽4底部还设置有触点保护机构,所述触点保护机构包括安装板6,所述弹性金属片41安装在安装板6的上表面,所述安装板6的一端通过转轴61可旋转至安装板6的上表面与插槽4底部平行,当盒式外壳5完全插入插槽4时,插槽4底面、安装板6的上表面均与盒式外壳5底面接触。
进一步的,所述安装板6与转轴61连接端的对立端的底部连接有弹簧62,所述弹簧62的外侧设置有弧形槽64,所述弹簧62固定在壳体1内并贴近弧形槽64,依靠弹力使弹性金属片41与金属触点51结合。
进一步的,所述安装板6的上表面还设置有高于弹性金属片41的绝缘顶块63,所述绝缘顶块63设置在弹性金属片41外侧,所述盒式外壳5的底部开设有顶块槽53,盒式外壳5完全插入插槽4中时,绝缘顶块63进入顶块槽53中。绝缘顶块63在盒式外壳5插入过程中,先于弹性金属片41与盒式外壳5接触,盒式外壳5将绝缘顶块63下压,带动安装板6绕转轴61向下转动,绝缘顶块63和弹性金属片41的最高点均低于插槽4底面,所以在盒式外壳5插入的过程中,不会磨损弹性金属片41。绝缘顶块63由于弹力,一直具有向上的趋势,而当盒式外壳5完全插入插槽4时,盒式外壳5底部的顶块槽53移动到绝缘顶块63上方,因此绝缘顶块63向上移动,整块安装板6受弹力作用,向上转动,弹性金属片41与金属触点51结合。

通过本实施例的方案,CPU模块和扩展模块间基于I2C总线进行通信,不仅能够连接nbiot模块实现远距离通信,信号覆盖范围广、低成本,而且可扩展性强,I2C总线硬件结构简单,抗干扰强,功耗低;采用电磁辐射检测模块和人体感应模块提醒人员及时离开,可避免受到过多的电磁辐射;挡板3起到一定的防护作用,避免内部器件暴露在外老化,同时集成有天线31,不占空间,还增强了信号强度;挡板3为透明材质,便于检修人员检查插槽4内部是否插入扩展模块。

Claims (10)

1.一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的前面板上设置有显示屏(2),所述显示屏(2)连接至壳体(1)内部的PLC控制器,所述PLC控制器包括CPU模块和电源模块,其特征在于,所述CPU模块连接至I2C总线,所述壳体(1)的前面板上还设置有至少三个I2C总线接口,每个I2C总线接口均包括插槽(4)和可单边旋转开启的挡板(3),所述插槽(4)底部开孔,开孔中安装有若干向上凸出的弹性金属片(41),所述弹性金属片(41)连接至I2C总线和电源模块,所述插槽(4)内安装有插拔式扩展模块,扩展模块包括nbiot模块,所述扩展模块安装在与插槽(4)形状匹配的盒式外壳(5)中,所述盒式外壳(5)的底部设置有金属触点(51),所述扩展模块与金属触点(51)电连接,所述金属触点(51)与弹性金属片(41)一一接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述扩展模块还包括电磁辐射检测模块和人体感应模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述插槽(4)底部还设置有触点保护机构,所述触点保护机构包括安装板(6),所述弹性金属片(41)安装在安装板(6)的上表面,所述安装板(6)的一端通过转轴(61)可旋转至安装板(6)的上表面与插槽(4)底部平行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(6)与转轴(61)连接端的对立端的底部连接有弹簧(62),所述弹簧(62)的外侧设置有弧形槽(64),所述弹簧(62)固定在壳体(1)内并贴近弧形槽(64)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(6)的上表面还设置有高于弹性金属片(41)的绝缘顶块(63),所述绝缘顶块(63)设置在弹性金属片(41)外侧,所述盒式外壳(5)的底部开设有顶块槽(53),盒式外壳(5)完全插入插槽(4)中时,绝缘顶块(63)进入顶块槽(53)中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述盒式外壳(5)的外侧设置有天线母头(52),所述天线母头(52)与扩展模块的天线功能引脚连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述挡板(3)内集成有天线(31),所述天线(31)连接至天线公头(32),所述天线公头(32)设置在挡板(3)内侧,所述挡板(3)闭合时,天线公头(32)可插入天线母头(52)中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述插槽(4)的底部开孔中安装有四个并列且互相分隔的弹性金属片(41),所述I2C总线的SCL、I2C总线的SDA、电源模块的VCC和电源模块的GND各自连接一个弹性金属片(41)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述扩展模块的SCL引脚、SDA引脚、VCC引脚和GND引脚各自连接一个金属触点(51),所述金属触点(51)与弹性金属片(41)的数量和排列相同。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的智能感知计量装置,其特征在于,所述挡板(3)为透明材质。
