If some types of alternating current contactors are not operated soon after the distribution box is put into operation, the closing coil of the contactor is burnt out, and the alternating current contactors cannot operate.
In this embodiment, the failure caused by improper selection of the electrical appliance in the distribution box is as follows: because the selection of the capacity of the alternating current contactor is not proper during manufacturing, the alternating current contactors with the same capacity are installed on different outgoing line loops, the unbalanced condition of three-phase loads is not considered, and the current grade of part of outgoing line contactors cannot be improved by one current grade selection on the basis of normal model selection.
In this embodiment, adopt protection circuit to prevent the external circuit trouble of block terminal power supply from taking place. An intelligent phase-lack protector with a small volume is selected, such as a DA88CM-II motor phase-lack protection module (upper marine product) can be selected to be arranged in the distribution box to prevent the motor from being burnt out due to low-voltage phase-lack operation.
In this embodiment, the wiring mode of the low-voltage capacitor bank of the original distribution box is improved, and the installation position of the low-voltage capacitor bank is changed from the pile head on the alternating current contactor to be connected between the low-voltage incoming line of the distribution box and the meter. The metering device is prevented from metering inaccurately when a capacitor circuit has a phase failure or the capacitor is damaged in operation. In addition, the selected type of the capacitor is BSMJ series product so as to ensure the reliable quality and safe operation of the element.
In the embodiment, if a distribution rack on the column is additionally arranged, when a shell of the distribution box is manufactured, a stainless steel plate with the thickness of 2mm can be selected, and the size of the distribution box is proportionally enlarged (on the basis of JP 4-100/3W used in agricultural improvement projects, the size of the original box in the width direction is enlarged by about 100mm, namely, the original 680mm is changed into 780mm, and the improved distribution box has the overall size of 1300mm multiplied by 780mm multiplied by 500mm), so that the electrical safety distance between outgoing lines of each branch circuit and between the outgoing lines and the shell of the box is increased, the operation maintenance and the replacement of a fuse element are facilitated, and meanwhile, heat dissipation can be realized.
In this embodiment, an energy-saving ac contactor (similar to CJ20 SI) is selected, and the coil voltage of the ac contactor is connected to the corresponding terminals of the selected current-operated protector, so as to perform correct load matching. When the alternating current contactor is selected, a product with the insulation grade of A and above is selected, and the rated current of the main circuit contact is ensured to be larger than or equal to the load current of a controlled line. The rated voltage of the electromagnetic coil of the contactor is 380V or 220V;
in this embodiment, the business turn over line of block terminal selects for use the low tension cable, and the selection of cable should accord with technical requirement. For example, VV22-35 x 4 cables are used for incoming lines of distribution boxes of 30kVA and 50kVA transformers, and VLV22-35 x 4 cables with the same specification are used for outgoing lines of branches; the incoming lines of distribution boxes of 80kVA and 100kVA transformers respectively use VV 22-50X 4 and VV 22-70X 4 cables, the outgoing lines of the branches respectively use VLV 22-50X 4 and VLV 22-70X 4 cables, and the cables are connected with the inner terminal of the distribution box through bolts after being in pressure joint with a copper-aluminum wiring nose.

Claims (10)

1. An outdoor switch box operation platform, comprising:
the operating table comprises an operating table body, wherein a first accommodating cavity is formed in one side of the operating table body, and a second accommodating cavity is formed in the upper surface of the operating table body; the upper surface of the operating table body is used for placing a switch box;
the stair is positioned in the first accommodating cavity and is rotationally connected with the operating platform body through a rotating shaft so as to overturn the stair to the outside of the operating platform body;
the protective guard is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and is in sliding connection with the second accommodating cavity; and
the connecting part is positioned in the second accommodating cavity, one end of the connecting part is connected with the rotating shaft of the stair, and the other end of the connecting part is abutted against the bottom of the protective guard; the connecting part and the stairs rotate synchronously and are used for ejecting the protective guard out of the upper surface of the operating platform body when the stairs are overturned to the outside of the operating platform body.

An outdoor switch box operating platform according to claim 1, wherein the second receiving cavity is a U-shaped cavity, and the guard rail is a U-shaped structure; the U-shaped opening of the guard rail and the opening of the first containing cavity are both positioned on the same side of the operating platform body.
3. An outdoor switchgear cabinet operating platform according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the guard rail is provided with an abutting plate, and the abutting plate is connected with the guard rail and abuts against the connecting part.
4. The operating platform of claim 1, wherein the operating platform body is provided with a supporting part, and the supporting part is positioned at the opening of the first accommodating cavity; the supporting part is used for being abutted to the turned stairs so as to support the turned stairs.
5. An outdoor switchbox operating platform according to claim 4, characterized in that the support part is provided with fixing structures between the stairs, and both ends of the fixing structures are respectively connected with the support part and the stairs to fix the overturned stairs on the support part.
6. An outdoor switchgear panel operating platform according to claim 5, wherein the support is one or more of a snap fit, a pin joint and a bolt joint with the staircase.
7. An outdoor switchbox operating platform according to claim 4, characterized in that the support part is provided with a third receiving chamber, in which a closing member is provided for closing the opening of the first receiving chamber after the staircase has been turned over into the first receiving chamber.
8. An outdoor switch cabinet operating platform according to claim 7, characterized in that said closing assembly comprises a folding portion and a baffle plate on both sides of said folding portion, said baffle plate being connected to said support portion; the folded part is located in the third accommodating cavity after being folded.
9. An outdoor switch box operating platform according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the guard rail is provided with a sealing part, and the sealing part is connected with the guard rail; the lower surface of the sealing portion is used for contacting with the upper surface of the console body to seal the second accommodating cavity.
10. An outdoor switchgear panel operating platform according to claim 9, wherein said sealing portion is provided with a slope for guiding rainwater to reduce rainwater entering into said second receiving chamber.
