As shown in fig. 6, the warning indication control unit adopts three HF46F/5-HS1 relays to control the switching of the red, green and yellow lamps, and since the HF46F/5-HS1 relays have 5A electric shock switching capability, a width of not more than 7.2mm, power consumption of only 200mW, high-density installation, 10KV surge voltage resistance between the coil and the electric shock, and can meet the requirement of VDE0631 for enhanced insulation, and the product is environment-friendly (meets RoHS), so that the warning indication control unit has the advantages of high sensitivity, low power consumption, high insulation level, high anti-interference capability and the like. As shown in fig. 7, the serial port communication unit adopts an RS485 communication protocol, and is specifically realized by adopting a MAX485 transceiver design, the communication baud rate can reach 2.5M, when the P3.0 port (MCU _ RE) of the microcontroller outputs a high level, the MAX485 is used as an output driver, and when the P3.0 port (MCU _ RE) of the microcontroller outputs a low level, the MAX485 is used as a signal receiver.

As an optional implementation manner of the preferred embodiment, the data acquisition module adopts a radio frequency IC card, the main control module includes a radio frequency card reader, the radio frequency IC card is wirelessly connected with the radio frequency card reader, and the main control module establishes an identification connection with the main control module through the radio frequency card reader and reads stored data information from the radio frequency IC card. The radio frequency card reader is connected with the microcontroller and is controlled by the microcontroller.
