Background

The traditional electric equipment scans delivery order data and captures the data from a headquarter storage system, and displays detailed information of the delivery order on a scanner in real time, but once a headquarter network interruption occurs, the scanner cannot capture the order data from an ERP system in real time, so that time cost waste of delivery personnel waiting for network recovery is generated; or, when the headquarter ERP system is abnormal, and meanwhile, if maintenance and repair cannot be performed in time, the scanner cannot capture order data from the headquarter ERP system, which also causes time and cost waste of a shipper waiting for system repair. Moreover, data in the headquarter ERP system may be lost, which affects shipping efficiency and user experience.
In this embodiment, the headquarter storage system is configured to store delivery plan information and synchronize the delivery plan information to the local storage system in real time, the local storage system is configured to acquire the delivery plan information from the headquarter storage system, and the scanner is configured to scan a delivery item and acquire item information; the method comprises the steps of obtaining delivery plan information from a local storage system, obtaining scanning records according to goods information and the delivery plan information, achieving delivery from a local MES system when the headquarter ERP system is abnormal or the network is abnormal, avoiding time cost waste of delivery personnel, backing up data in the headquarter ERP system, avoiding data loss when the headquarter ERP system is abnormal, and improving delivery efficiency and user experience.
Fig. 2 is a functional block diagram of a delivery system according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the delivery system includes:
an ERP system 21, an MES system 22, and a scanner 23;

By automatically establishing communication connection, the scanning records are directly and synchronously transmitted to the ERP system 21 when the communication connection is normal, manual uploading to the ERP system 21 is not needed, the accuracy of data can be ensured, and the working efficiency is improved.

During shipment, the scanner synchronizes the collected information to the MES system in real time. And after the headquarter network and the ERP system are recovered, the MES system automatically uploads the data to the headquarter ERP system.
In the embodiment, by establishing the MES system, the shipping data is captured from the MES system during the shipping instead of capturing the shipping data of the headquarter ERP system on line, and the abnormal condition of the headquarter network or the ERP system is dealt with; the scanner automatically and synchronously uploads the collected data to the MES system, when the headquarter network and the ERP system are recovered to be normal, offline scanning data in the MES system are automatically uploaded to the ERP system, the problem that when the headquarter network and the ERP system are abnormal, the time for a shipper to wait for system repair is wasted, the shipping efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a shipping method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the shipping method includes:
