Technical Field
The present application relates to a collaboration platform, and more particularly, to a collaboration system, a collaboration method, a storage medium, and a computer device.
Background
At present, with the continuous development of technology, paperless office work and place-free office work are more and more popular. Paperless office work has been implemented step by step, whereas paperless office work requires a collaboration platform to work together members to share in real time. For enterprises, the office without places can reduce the self operation cost.
However, existing collaboration platforms cannot share one member's work content to another member's work interface in real-time. More importantly, the existing collaboration platform has a number of problems.
For example, when several members of a team develop a project together, the work content of each member may not be completely independent. In other words, the work content of one work member may overlap with the work content of another member. If online, such problems can be solved by on-line communication. However, in the collaboration platform, the members cannot communicate on the surface, so that remote communication is required, and during remote communication, the members cannot see the working interface of the other side, so that the members need to communicate through a remote collaboration tool. Therefore, the member needs to switch back and forth between at least two interfaces, so that great inconvenience is brought to the member, and the working efficiency is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the application. The preferred embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the application defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the application.
It will be understood that the terms "a" and "an" should be interpreted as referring to "at least one" or "one or more," i.e., in one embodiment, the number of elements may be one, while in another embodiment, the number of elements may be plural, and the term "a" should not be interpreted as limiting the number.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cooperative system according to a preferred embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below, wherein the cooperative system includes a collecting unit 100, a managing unit 200, and an output unit 300.
In the present application, the collection unit 100, the management unit 200, and the output unit 300 are communicably connected to each other. The collection unit 100 includes a collection unit 100 for collecting all information data input based on the collaborative system, such as: documents, mind maps, etc.
The management unit 200 comprises an analysis module 2001, wherein the analysis module 2001 is arranged to be communicatively connected to the acquisition unit 100 for correlating the input information data according to a predetermined correlation criterion. In particular, in one embodiment, the association reference may be implemented as the same project name or user name under the same business name. In this way, a plurality of user-entered data operating at different inputs can be correlated to the same correlation criterion.
For example, when there are a plurality of users who perform the same item on-line at the same time, the analysis module 2001 may automatically associate them. The management unit 200 further comprises a modification module 2002. The modification module 2002 is arranged to be communicatively connected to the analysis module 2001 and is capable of obtaining data entered by all users under the same association criterion from the analysis module 2001 and automatically forming a modification policy for determining whether the data entered by the users under the same association criterion need to be modified according to a preset modification criterion. The modification criterion is implemented as a degree of coincidence of the user-entered data, wherein the degree of coincidence of the user-entered data is estimated by a degree of coincidence detection system. The coincidence detecting system can further obtain the coincidence of the data by calculating the coincidence of the information such as pictures, characters, documents and the like input by the user.
The output unit 300 is capable of executing the modification strategy to correspondingly output the modified result to output the output result to all users associated with the association reference through a display device (e.g., a display).
The output unit 300 includes an executing module 3001, a splitting module 3002 and an output module 3003, wherein the executing module 3001 is configured to execute the modification policy formed by the modifying module 2002 to form a display signal. The splitting module 3002 is configured to replicate the display signal formed by the executing module 3001. The output module 3003 is configured to split the display signal according to the number of the users associated with the association criterion, thereby enabling a plurality of the users to obtain the same result at the same time.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when a plurality of users input based on the collaborative system, the acquisition unit 100 can acquire content (e.g., software code, architecture logic) input by each of the users. In addition, the input port of each user is predefined, for example, the reference of definition may be the name of an item (the production of some software).
The analysis module 2001 is arranged to automatically correlate users under the same item name. This means that the current item is handled by these users.
After the user who processes the current project writes or uploads the corresponding project data correspondingly, the modification module 2002 can automatically form a modification policy for determining whether the data input by the user under the same association standard needs to be modified according to the preset modification standard. Such as in the current example, multiple users are associated with the same item.
The modification module 2002 can automatically determine the coincidence of information written by all users (such as software part function module codes and part function architecture logic) according to information written by all users (such as software part function module codes and part function architecture logic) which is associated with 'the production of certain software', for example, three users respectively write codes of three different function modules, and then the modification module 2002 automatically forms a strategy for combining the codes of the three different function modules written by the three users respectively. In this way, all user displays associated with "production of a certain piece of software" will each be a complete software system. In this way, each member of the team associated with "production of a piece of software" can see the entire team's software development process. In this way, the cost of each member of the team to communicate can be reduced.
Preferably, the collaborative system further comprises a feedback unit 400. The management unit 200 further comprises a confirmation prompting module 2003, the confirmation prompting module 2003 being communicatively connected to the modification module 2002, wherein the confirmation prompting module 2003 is capable of forming a prompting message according to the modification strategy. The confirmation prompt module 2003 is also communicatively coupled to the execution module 3001 to enable the execution module 3001 to execute the prompt.
The splitting module 3002 can then automatically split the execution result into multiple pieces. Specifically, the number of splits by the split module 3002 is implemented as the number of users associated with the association benchmark.
The output module 3003 is configured to automatically feed back the prompt to the user associated with the association reference.
The feedback unit 400 is arranged to be communicatively connected to the modification module 2002 and the feedback unit 400 to enable, after the alert signal is formed, the formation of a confirmation signal in response to a feedback action of the user and whether the modification is determined.
The modification module 2002 determines whether to form the modification policy based on the acknowledgement signal. It will be appreciated that each user may confirm whether modification is required upon receipt of the alert message.
It should be noted that the management unit 200 includes a judging module 2004 and a recommending module 2005, wherein the judging module 2004 is communicatively connected to the collecting unit 100, and the judging module 2004 is configured to automatically obtain the data collected by the collecting unit 100 and judge the defined association of each user input port according to a judging standard.
In particular, the determination criteria of the determination module 2004 may be implemented as custom industries, custom functions, etc., as the application is not limited in this regard.
The recommendation module 2005 is configured to form at least one recommendation policy according to the determination result formed by the determination module 2004 and a preset recommendation criterion. The recommendation criteria is implemented as the acceptance of the previously entered data currently entered by the user. And the receiving degree of the past data input by the user can be determined by the number of times the past data input by the user is downloaded or the number of times the past data is referenced.
The recommending module 2005 is configured to recommend the data input by the user having the highest acceptance and the highest relevance to the current user, so that the current user can reference the data input by other users, and thereby obtain elicitations from the data input by other users. The output unit 300 is capable of outputting the recommended policy.
