integrating the photographed images and generating the image information;
the guide hole detection device transmits the image information to the computing terminal through the data transmission module;
the computing terminal performs noise reduction processing on the image through the image processing module, specifically detects, counts and deletes each noise point to obtain processed second image information;
the image processing module carries out binarization processing on the image information to obtain processed third image information;
the image processing module carries out corrosion expansion processing on the second image information to obtain processed fourth image information;
the analysis module analyzes the fourth image information, and detects each pixel point in the fourth image information according to the resolution ratio of the camera and a preset pixel value, wherein the specific first type is as follows: and detecting the gray value of each pixel point in the fourth image information, comparing the gray value with a preset gray threshold value, judging that foreign matters exist if pixel points larger than the preset gray threshold value exist, and counting the size of the foreign matters. The preset threshold is stored in the preset threshold storage module, the judgment module outputs a calling instruction to the control module, and the control module calls the preset threshold stored in the preset threshold storage module and transmits the preset threshold to the judgment module for comparison; the preset threshold value is that the length interval is 0.1 mm-0.15 mm, or the width is 0.1 mm-0.15 mm, or the area interval is 0.012mm~0.02252mm; in the first parameter information, when any parameter of the foreign matter, that is, the length, the width or the area, is within the interval range of the preset threshold value, the foreign matter is determined to be within an unallowable range. And then judging the guide hole to be detected as an unqualified guide hole, wherein the calculation module can specifically position the guide hole on the spinneret plate according to the positioning information of the guide hole to be detected, mark the guide hole on the virtual image in the calculation module, and record the detection result in the calculation module. If the calculation module detects that the unqualified guide hole proportion on the spinneret plate exceedsAnd when the concentration is 5%, the spinneret plate is determined to be an unqualified spinneret plate and replacement prompt is given.

And if the calculation module detects that the proportion of the unqualified guide holes on the spinneret plate exceeds 5%, the spinneret plate is determined to be an unqualified spinneret plate, and replacement prompt is carried out.

the guide hole detection device is arranged above or below the spinneret plate placing plane and is used for shooting image information of the detected guide hole on the spinneret plate and transmitting the image information to the computing terminal;
and the computing terminal is used for analyzing and detecting the image information and generating a detection result.

shooting image information of the detected guide hole on the spinneret plate;
analyzing the image information, detecting whether foreign matters exist in the detected guide hole, and if so, generating first parameter information of the foreign matters;
and comparing the first parameter information with a preset threshold value, and judging whether the foreign matter is in an allowable range.

The method for detecting foreign matter in a guide hole according to claim 6, wherein after the image information of the guide hole to be detected on the spinneret plate is photographed; analyzing the image information, detecting whether foreign matters exist in the detected guide holes, and if so, before generating first parameter information of the foreign matters, the method further comprises the following steps: optimizing the image information; the optimization processing of the image information specifically comprises the following steps:
performing noise reduction processing on the image to obtain processed second image information;
carrying out binarization processing on the image information to obtain processed third image information;
and carrying out corrosion expansion processing on the second image information to obtain processed fourth image information.
8. The method for detecting foreign matter in a guide hole according to claim 6, wherein the step-by-step photographing is performed to photograph the image information of the guide hole detected on the spinneret plate, and the method comprises the steps of:
placing a camera at a position opposite to the guide hole and away from the guide hole by a first distance, and starting to shoot an image of the detected guide hole on the spinneret plate;
gradually increasing the distance between the camera and the guide hole, and keeping uninterrupted shooting of the image of the detected guide hole on the spinneret plate;
when the distance between the camera and the guide hole is a second distance, stopping shooting the image of the detected guide hole on the spinneret plate;
the photographed images are integrated, and image information is generated.
