The preparation method of the primer is not particularly limited, and the components are uniformly mixed. In the primer formula, the selection and matching of the resin emulsion and the epoxy silane are particularly critical for improving the performance of the wall cloth.
In the invention, the thickness of the primer layer is preferably 0.05-0.1 mm. Because the final effect that needs to present the texture of art lacquer layer, the viscosity of so thick liquids is big, if art lacquer thick liquids and substrate layer direct contact, the moist effect of art lacquer thick liquids on the substrate layer is relatively poor, through the priming paint layer, can effectually realize substrate layer and the adhering to of art thick liquids. After the priming paint is coated, the self-made art slurry is coated, because the priming paint contains epoxy silane, acrylic resin in the self-made art slurry contains carboxyl, the carboxyl in the resin reacts with epoxy group in the epoxy silane, hydrolyzable silane oxygen group is introduced, and then Si-O-Si crosslinking is formed through hydrolysis and condensation of silicon alkoxy, so that excellent adhesion effect is realized.
In some embodiments of the invention, the reinforcing layer 2 is a checkered scrim layer; the square gauze layer is bonded with the base material layer 1 through an adhesive layer. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an art painted wall cloth according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein 1 is a substrate layer, 22 is a square gauze layer, 23 is an adhesive layer, 3 is an art paint layer, 4 is a pattern layer, 5 is a texture layer, and 6 is a waterproof protective layer. The grid gauze layer is arranged, so that the thickness of the wallpaper can be increased, the bending and folding resistance of the wallpaper can be improved, the contact area between the artistic sizing agent for forming the artistic paint layer and a semi-finished wallpaper product can be effectively increased, the fastness of the artistic paint layer is increased, and the artistic paint layer is not easy to fall off.
In the present invention, the specification of the square gauze layer is preferably: the fineness of the warp yarn is 16-40 inches, the density of the warp yarn is 15-30 pieces/inch, the fineness of the weft yarn is 6-20 pieces, and the density of the weft yarn is 10-20 pieces/inch. The smaller the number of the yarns is, the thicker the corresponding yarns are, the larger the density of the warps and the density of the wefts are, the smaller the corresponding grids are, and the grid gauze layer is controlled under the specifications to enable the artistic paint layer to achieve a good adhesion effect.
In the invention, the square gauze layer and the base material layer 1 are bonded through the adhesive layer. The adhesive type of the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, and the adhesive layer is an adhesive between conventional composite layers in the field, and specifically can be a polyurethane adhesive.
The artistic paint layer 3 is compounded on the surface of the reinforced layer 2, and the wallpaper/wall cloth achieves the decorative effect of the artistic paint by arranging the artistic paint layer.
In the invention, the art paint layer 3 is formed by art slurry comprising the following components in parts by mass:

the aqueous acrylic emulsion is used in an amount of 15 to 50 parts, and in some embodiments of the present invention, 15 parts, 18 parts, or 20 parts.
The water is used in an amount of 6 to 9 parts, and in some embodiments of the invention, 6, 7, or 9 parts.
The fineness of the nano mica powder is preferably 5000-10000 meshes. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 3-10 parts of nano mica powder; in some embodiments of the present invention, the nano mica powder is used in an amount of 3 parts, 4 parts or 5 parts.
The fineness of the nano titanium dioxide is preferably 4000-8000 meshes. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 1-10 parts of nano titanium dioxide; in some embodiments of the invention, the amount of the nano titanium dioxide is 1 part, 1.5 parts, or 2 parts.
The fineness of the calcium carbonate is preferably 800-1200 meshes. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 12-18 parts of calcium carbonate; in some embodiments of the invention, the calcium carbonate is used in an amount of 12 parts, 15 parts, or 18 parts.
The nano mica powder, the nano titanium dioxide and the calcium carbonate are used as the filler together, and can be matched with other components in the slurry, so that the adhesiveness of the artistic paint layer is improved, and the flexing resistance of the wall cloth is not influenced; in addition, the nano mica powder can provide cool touch feeling for the artistic paint layer; the nanometer titanium dioxide can provide a certain antibacterial effect, a large amount of superoxide anions and hydroxyl free radicals are generated under the illumination condition, and the products can promote the decomposition of microbial esters and the variation of proteins, so that the antibacterial effect is realized.
The chopped fiber yarns are preferably one or more of polyester fiber yarns, viscose fiber yarns and spandex fiber yarns. The chopped fiber yarns are added into the sizing agent, so that the mechanical property of the art paint layer can be enhanced, when cracks appear on the art paint layer due to external force, the art paint layer is pulled tightly under the action of the chopped fiber yarns, and fine lines are not easy to expand and expose. Based on 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion, the chopped fiber filaments are 0.2-0.5 part; in some embodiments of the present invention, the chopped strand is used in an amount of 0.2 parts, 0.4 parts, or 0.5 parts.
The methoxysilane is preferably one or more of gamma- (methacryloyloxy) methyltriethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane and gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. Methoxy silane is introduced to be used as an adhesion promoter, so that the adhesion between fibers and slurry and the adhesion between the slurry and gauze can be enhanced. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 0.5-1 part of methoxysilane; in some embodiments of the invention, the methoxysilane is used in an amount of 0.5 parts, 0.8 parts, or 1 part.
The film-forming auxiliary agent is preferably one or more of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, ethylene glycol butyl ether, benzyl alcohol, dodecyl alcohol ester and hexanediol butyl ether acetate. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 0.5-0.7 part of the film-forming assistant; in some embodiments of the invention, the coalescent is used in an amount of 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, or 0.7 parts.
The nonionic surfactant is preferably alkylphenol ethoxylates and/or higher fatty alcohol ethoxylates. The nonionic surfactant can achieve good dispersion, emulsification and solubilization effects of the slurry. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 0.5-1.5 parts of the nonionic surfactant; in some embodiments of the invention, the nonionic surfactant is used in an amount of 0.5 parts, 1 part, or 1.5 parts.
The dispersant is preferably one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, methyl amyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, fatty acid polyglycol ester and methoxy ester propyl ester. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 0.2-0.5 part of a dispersing agent; in some embodiments of the invention, the dispersant is used in an amount of 0.2 parts, 0.3 parts, or 0.5 parts.
The gloss enhancer preferably comprises one or more of mica sheet, aluminum paste and glitter powder. In the present invention, the source of the gloss enhancer is not particularly limited, and may be any commercially available product. Taking 15-50 parts of the water-based acrylic emulsion as a reference, and taking 0-1 part of the gloss enhancer; in some embodiments of the present invention, the gloss enhancer is used in an amount of 0 parts, 0.5 parts, or 1 part.
The preparation method of the art slurry is not particularly limited, and the components are uniformly mixed. The invention enables the wallpaper/wall cloth to have the decorative effect of the artistic paint surface of the wallpaper by arranging the artistic paint layer, and meanwhile, the artistic paint layer has better flexibility and can be bent into a coil. In the invention, the thickness of the art paint layer 3 is preferably 0.5-3 mm.
The pattern layer 4 is formed by applying a pattern to the surface of the artistic paint layer 3 by roll coating or rubbing. In the present invention, the thickness of the pattern layer 4 is preferably 0.5 to 1 mm.
The texture layer 5 is compounded on the surface of the pattern layer 4, and patterns can be formed on the surface of the pattern layer 4 by scraping, pressing or contacting with fluffy objects, so that the texture layer is formed. Wherein, the fluffy articles can be sponge, cotton, thread balls and other articles. In the invention, the thickness of the texture layer 5 is preferably 0.5-5 mm.
The waterproof protective layer 6 is compounded on the surface of the texture layer 5 and can be prepared by painting waterproof paint. The invention has no special limitation on the type of waterproof paint, and the waterproof paint is the conventional waterproof paint in the field. In the invention, the thickness of the waterproof protective layer is preferably 0.1-0.3 mm.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the art paint wall cloth in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:
s1, compounding a reinforcing layer on one surface of the base material layer;
s2, coating the art slurry on the reinforcing layer to form an art paint layer;
s3, rolling or rubbing a pattern on the artistic paint layer to form a pattern layer;
s4, making patterns on the pattern layer to form a texture layer;
and S5, compounding a waterproof protective layer on the surface of the texture layer to obtain the art paint wall cloth.
The types, sizes and the like of the substrate layer, the artistic paint layer, the pattern layer, the texture layer and the waterproof protective layer are consistent with those in the technical scheme, and are not repeated one by one.
Regarding step S1:
the first mode of compounding the reinforcing layer on the base material layer specifically is as follows: and (3) coating a primer on one surface of the substrate layer, and drying to form the reinforcing layer. Wherein the coating amount of the primer is preferably 100-200 g/m2. The drying temperature is preferably 80-100 ℃, and the drying time is preferably 1-3 min.
The second mode of compounding the reinforcing layer on the base material layer specifically is as follows: and after an adhesive layer is coated on one surface of the base material layer, the square gauze is pressed on the adhesive layer and dried to form the reinforcing layer. Wherein the coating amount of the adhesive is preferably 50-150 g/m2. The pressure for pressing the check gauze is preferably 0.8-1.2 MPa. The drying temperature is preferably 80-100 ℃, and the drying time is preferably 1-3 min.
Regarding step S2: the manner of coating the artistic slurry is preferably knife coating or spray coating. The coating amount of the art slurry is preferably 300-1000 g/m2
Regarding step S3: the manner of rolling or rubbing the pattern on the artistic paint layer is not particularly limited and may be performed according to the conventional operation in the art.
Regarding step S4: the texture layer is preferably manufactured by the following method: the pattern layer 4 is scratched or pressed on the surface thereof or brought into contact with the bulky article to form a pattern, thereby forming a texture layer. Wherein, the fluffy articles can be sponge, cotton, thread balls and other articles.
Regarding step S5: the mode of compounding the waterproof protective layer is preferably as follows: and rolling or spraying waterproof paint on the texture layer, and drying to form the waterproof protective layer. The invention has no special limitation on the type of waterproof paint, and the waterproof paint is the conventional waterproof paint in the field. The drying temperature is preferably 100-150 ℃, and the drying time is preferably 1-3 min.
In the invention, after the artistic painted wall cloth is prepared by the steps, the artistic painted wall cloth is cut, and the artistic painted wall cloth is bent outwards to be packaged into a roll for standby.
The art paint wall cloth provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in actual use, the decorative effect of the art paint can be realized only by the wallpaper construction mode without complex operation and excessive waiting time; when wallpaper/cloth is replaced, the wallpaper/cloth can be replaced according to the wallpaper dismounting method, the art paint does not need to be scraped off for construction again, and dust in the replacement process does not need to be endured. Relatively speaking, the art paint wallpaper/cloth is convenient to install, convenient to replace and high in practicability.
2. The art paint wallpaper provided by the invention has excellent scratch resistance, adhesion and bending resistance.
3. The artistic paint wallpaper provided by the invention has good pattern stability, namely good reproducibility, can realize batch production, and has lower cost.
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims. In the following examples, the zeolite powder particle size in the primer was as described above. The particle sizes of the nano mica powder, the nano titanium dioxide and the calcium carbonate in the art slurry are as described above. The room temperature is specifically 25 ℃. The base material layer in the wallpaper is a non-woven fabric layer. A waterproof paint for forming a waterproof protective layer when preparing wall cloth was AG-E082 available from AGC corporation.

The procedure of example 9 was followed, except that the reinforcing layer was not provided and the base material was directly coated with an art paint layer.
Example 13: performance testing
The wallpapers of examples 7-12 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for scratch resistance, adhesion, and flex resistance, respectively.
Scratch resistance: testing is carried out according to GB/T6739-2006;
adhesion force: the test is carried out according to GB/T9286-1998, and the rest test processes are carried out according to the standard except for different thicknesses;
bending resistance: taking a part without crease marks, discoloration or other damages in a sample, inwards bending a coating layer of the sample, placing 500g of an article at a bending position, taking out the sample after 5min, and detecting the damage condition by visual inspection and a magnifying glass under the light of not less than 600 lx; and taking another sample, bending the coating surface of the sample outwards, placing the sample at a bending position by using 500g of articles, taking out the sample after 5min, and detecting the damage condition of the coating by visual inspection and using a magnifying glass under the light of not less than 600 lx.
The test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the test results in Table 1, the artistic wall cloth provided by the invention has good scratch resistance, adhesive force and flexing resistance. The comparison with the effect of the comparative example 1 proves that the scratch resistance, the adhesion and the bending resistance of the wall cloth can be effectively improved by adopting the art paint disclosed by the invention. Compared with the effects of comparative examples 2-3, the reinforcing layer is set, so that the adhesiveness of the wall cloth can be effectively improved.
