Description

Packing carton buttress divides buttress group buttress device, goods tray separation treatment facility and automatic loading equipment
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of packing, in particular to packing carton buttress divides buttress group buttress device, goods tray separation treatment facility and automatic loading equipment.
Background
In the related art known by the inventor, the suction cups are used for stacking the stacks in a single box or after the stacks are unstacked in a whole layer, and a rolling door is also used for placing the stacks in a whole layer. The packaging box stacking mode has low adaptability, if the roller shutter door mode needs to firstly stack the whole stack into a single layer and then push the single layer into the roller shutter, if the sucker single box or the whole layer stack is stacked, the problems of stability and adaptability exist.
In the related art known by the inventor, when the goods are separated from the tray, the whole stack is rotated by 180 degrees after the goods are forked by a forklift, and the packaging box is positioned below the tray and the tray is positioned above the tray, so that the tray can be directly extracted. Each pile of goods needs to be rotated by 180 degrees, the action time is long, and partial products are not suitable for being inverted by 180 degrees. In the process of rotating the goods to the tray, the situation that the packing box stacks are loose exists, and the stability is not high.
In the related art known by the inventor, the automatic loading equipment is mostly suitable for loading bagged materials and is not suitable for loading boxed materials. Part of the schemes suitable for loading the boxed materials mostly adopt a mode of carrying a tray, or adopt a robot single-box or multi-row loading mode, the efficiency is low, and the occupied space of the tray is large.

The driving cylinder is in driving connection with the scissor fork structure to drive the supporting platform to lift. When the tray T needs to be received, the supporting platform rises to jack up the tray stack on the supporting platform, the tray stack is supported by the supporting mechanism, and then the supporting platform falls, so that a vacancy is formed between the tray stack and the supporting platform. The single horizontal tray conveyor 440 may convey the trays T thereon into the empty space, and stack the stack of trays carried by the carrier mechanism on the trays T on the empty space. And by analogy, the stacking of the trays can be realized.
The support platform may itself be provided with a conveying function, for example the support platform may be a roller conveyor platform or a scraper chain conveyor. When the stacking number of the trays T reaches a preset amount, a required tray stack is formed, and the supporting platform can convey the tray stack to the downstream. In this embodiment, the support platform conveys the stack of trays to a full stack horizontal tray conveyor 460. The full stack horizontal pallet conveyor 460 may be, for example, a roller conveyor
The operation of the cargo pallet separation processing apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described in detail below. The main action process comprises the steps of overturning and separating the whole stack, pulling and separating the tray, rotating the tray by 90 degrees and stacking the tray.
The whole stack of the packing box stack G with the tray is overturned and separated. The entire stack of cartons G is transferred to the first stack conveyor 320 by the external docking device, and the entire stack of cartons G is conveyed by the first stack conveyor 320 to be close to the first stack-carrying portion 3111 of the turning frame 311. The stack G is tilted 90 degrees along with the roll-over stand and falls on the second group stack conveyor 330 supported by the second stack carrier 3112. The second group conveyor 330 drives the tilted whole stack of packing boxes G to move at a small distance, so that the whole stack of packing boxes G and the trays T thereof are separated from the second box stack bearing part 3112 by a certain distance, and the tilting and separating actions of the whole stack of packing boxes G from the trays T are completed.
The tray is pulled away. The tray transfer mechanism 420 moves close to the erected tray T, and the dragging piece 424 of the tray transfer mechanism 420 operates in cooperation with the erected tray T. Under the driving of the tray transfer mechanism 420, the tray T moves to the single erected tray conveyor 410 along the single erected tray conveyor 410, the tray T is pulled out from the whole stack of packaging box stacks G, and then the tray T is transferred to the tray carrier 431 of the tray overturning mechanism 430 by the single erected tray conveyor 410.
The tray is rotated 90 degrees. The tray carrier 431 of the tray turning mechanism 430 rotates 90 degrees around the rotating shaft under the action of the tray turning driving mechanism 432, and drives the tray T to turn from the vertical state to the horizontal state. The tray T turned into the horizontal state is placed on the single horizontal tray conveyor 440.
The trays are stacked. The tray stacking mechanism 450 is actuated to form a vacant space between the support platform and the stacked trays, the single horizontal tray conveyor 440 conveys the trays T into the vacant space of the tray stacking mechanism 450, and the tray stacking mechanism 450 completes the stacking work of the horizontal trays T. The stack of stacked trays is transferred to a full stack horizontal tray conveyor 460, either forked off by a forklift or directly conveyed to a docked external conveyor line.
The cargo pallet separation processing apparatus of the present embodiment has at least one of the following advantages: after the packaging box stack G with the tray is tipped, the packaging box stack G is pulled away from the tray T, so that the flexibility is high and the flexibility is high. The second group of stack conveyors 330 can move the whole stack of packaging box stacks G at a small distance after the packaging box stacks G with trays are tipped, so that the tray pulling resistance is reduced, and the pulling action of the trays T can be flexibly and quickly realized; meanwhile, the whole stack can be moved to be reversely close to the second stack bearing part after the tray is pulled away, so that the problem of stack scattering caused by directly turning up the packaging box stack G is solved. The drawn trays T are vertically conveyed to the downstream and then are further processed, so that the occupied space is small, and the equipment utilization rate is high. The tray turning mechanism 430 and the tray stacking mechanism 450 are provided to automatically stack and collect the extracted trays T.
