The working process of the invention is as follows: after the cultural relics are placed in the bag box, the bag box is locked, oxygen extraction and synchronous nitrogen flushing are started, the air pressure in the bag box is detected and kept unchanged, the oxidation process of the cultural relics placed in the bag box is slowed down by the filled nitrogen, the pressure of the extracted oxygen is balanced by the in-out nitrogen, and the temperature, the humidity and the oxygen content in the box body 23 are adjusted by using the second chamber 25 according to the temperature and the humidity of the cultural relic preservation environment, so that the temperature, the pressure and the oxygen content in the bag box are most suitable for the requirements of the microenvironment for preservation of the cultural relics; the cloud service platform and the user terminal record and check various parameters in the capsule in real time, and the control panel is controlled by the cloud service platform to adjust the parameters after the parameters exceed the standard and are reported to the cloud service platform or the control panel performs local adjustment.
