Those skilled in the art will understand that the principles of the present application may be implemented in any suitably arranged system. Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Further, a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like reference symbols in the various drawings indicate like elements.
The present application is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples.
The present application provides a packaging device for a borderless liquid crystal display device, which is suitable for the borderless liquid crystal display device 30 shown in fig. 1. The details are as follows.
Referring to fig. 3 or 4, the packaging apparatus 100 includes an outer frame 10 and a position limiting assembly 20. The outer frame 10 has a containing cavity therein, and the limiting component 20 is placed in the containing cavity.
Specifically, the outer frame 10 has a bottom support plate 11 and an outer frame wall 12 extending outward from the outer periphery of the bottom support plate 11 in the vertical direction, and the bottom support plate 11 and the outer frame wall 12 form the accommodating cavity. The position limiting assembly 20 includes a first supporting member 21 and a second supporting member 22. The first support member 21 includes a support plate 211 and a support wall 212. Further, the support plate 211 is substantially perpendicular to the support wall 212. The second support member 22 is a truncated cone structure having an upper bottom surface, a lower bottom surface, and at least one side surface 221 connecting the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface. In one embodiment, the lower bottom surface is attached to the support plate 211 of the first support member 21. Since the side of the truncated cone structure is always an inclined plane, the side 221 of the second support member 22 in the spacing assembly 20 is always an inclined plane. Further, the side 221 of the first support member 21 is smooth to avoid scratching the product.
In an embodiment, preferably, the outer circumference of the first supporting member 21 is attached to the inner surface of the outer frame 10, so as to better fix the first supporting member 21.
In the borderless liquid crystal display device 30 shown in fig. 1, four sides of the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31 are connected to the circuit board 33 through the flip-chip film component 32, wherein the flip-chip film component 32 and the circuit board 33 are suspended on the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31, and the problem of damage such as breaking or breaking of the circuit board 33 is easily caused during transportation. Therefore, when the borderless liquid crystal display device of the present application is applied, the packaging device 100 can better limit the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31, and meanwhile, the flip chip film component 32 and the circuit board 33 naturally sag due to self gravity, the circuit board 33 is disposed on the side surface 221 of the second supporting component 22, and the side surface 221 effectively avoids the damage of the product in the transportation process. Further, the inclination of the side 221 of the second support member 22 may be determined according to the size of the flip-chip film member 32 and the circuit board 33, so as to prevent the circuit board 33 from hanging under its own weight to tear or tear the flip-chip film member 32.
The inclination angle of the side 221 of the second supporting member 22 can be determined according to the size of the product (e.g., panel, display device) to be packaged in practical application.
When the second support member 22 is of a truncated cone configuration with one side, the side is an annular side. Preferably, in another embodiment, the second supporting member 22 may be a truncated cone structure with four sides, so that the product to be tested (e.g. the borderless lcd device 30) is more suitable, as shown in fig. 3.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the upper bottom surface of the second supporting member 22 is a rough plane, which increases the self-friction force of the upper bottom surface of the second supporting member 22, so as to better limit and prevent the liquid crystal display panel 31 from being damaged during transportation. In addition, in the packaging device 100, the supporting wall 212 is higher than the upper bottom surface of the second supporting member 22 to reserve a space for placing a target product, such as a liquid crystal display panel or a liquid crystal display device.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 3 or fig. 4, the position limiting assembly 20 further includes a third supporting member 23, and the third supporting member 23 is disposed on an upper bottom surface of the second supporting member 22. The third supporting part 23 is an anti-slip gasket, and is used for improving the friction performance of a product placed on the third supporting part 23 and realizing a limiting effect. Further, for example, the material of the third supporting member 23 may be pearl wool. At this time, the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31 is disposed above the third support member 23, and the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31 is limited by the anti-slip function of the third support member 23, so as to prevent the borderless liquid crystal display panel 31 from being greatly displaced during transportation. Preferably, the third support part 23 is sized to fit the upper bottom surface of the second support part 22. In addition, at this time, in the packaging device 100, the supporting wall 212 is higher than the third supporting member 23 to reserve a space for placing a target product, such as a liquid crystal display panel or a liquid crystal display device.
In this embodiment, the packaging apparatus 100 may include a plurality of position-limiting assemblies 20, and the position-limiting assemblies 20 are stacked, as shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3. The number of the plurality of position-limiting assemblies 20 may be determined according to the height of the outer frame 10 and the height of each position-limiting assembly 20. The first supporting part 21 has good stiffness, so that a plurality of limiting assemblies 20 can be stacked conveniently.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3 or fig. 4, the packaging apparatus 100 further includes a filling member 40. The filling member 40 is placed in the receiving cavity away from the bottom support plate 11 to cover the stop assembly 20. The filling member 40 can fill the top space of the outer frame 10, and can be in zero-clearance fit with the limiting assembly 20, so that the shaking of the product during transportation can be further reduced. Further, the filling member 40 is sized to fit into the receiving cavity and to position the position-limiting assembly 20. For example, the filling member 40 is made of pearl wool.
To sum up, the packing plant for frameless liquid crystal display device of this application can effectively spacing frameless liquid crystal display device, satisfies frameless liquid crystal display device's transportation requirement, the product damage that significantly reduces, for example, prevent that broken piece, COF part are creased.
The foregoing describes in detail a packaging device for a borderless liquid crystal display device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and a specific example is applied to illustrate the principle and implementation manner of the present application, and the description of the foregoing embodiment is only used to help understanding the technical solution and the core idea of the present application; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
