preparing a printing paper cylinder, printing a pattern on one side of base paper by using a printer, performing PP (polypropylene) film coating on one side of the printed pattern by using a film coating machine, die-cutting the printing paper into fan-shaped printing paper by using a die-cutting machine, synchronously die-cutting an easy-to-tear line 611 on the printing paper, heating the edge to be superposed of the printing paper by using an ultrasonic heater, performing roll forming on the printing paper by using a roll forming station of a paper cup machine to obtain the printing paper cylinder, curling the bottom of the printing paper cylinder by using the paper cup machine, heating the position, which is used for adhering the double ring buckles 62, on the printing paper cylinder by using the ultrasonic heater, melting the PP film coating outside the printing paper cylinder, and adhering the double ring buckles 62 at the melting positions of the PP film coating outside the printing paper cylinder;
sleeving a printing paper cylinder, sleeving the printing paper cylinder on a primary forming container, heating the printing paper cylinder and the primary forming container together from the bottom of the outer side of the printing paper cylinder to melt the PP laminating layer 3 at the bottom of the outer layer of the container wall 1, re-solidifying after adhering the printing paper cylinder, and bonding the primary forming container and the printing paper cylinder;
step five: and (4) curling, namely curling the top of the container wall 1 at a curling station of a paper cup machine to obtain the PP laminated paper container.
