Description

PP (polypropylene) coated paper container capable of being used for microwave and processing technology thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of paper containers, in particular to a PP (polypropylene) laminated paper container capable of being used for microwaves and a processing technology thereof.
Background
Paper containers such as paper cups and paper bowls are very common holding tools in people's lives, and are used for holding water, beverages and various edible liquids or foods particularly in food packaging. However, the heat insulation and heat resistance of the current common single-layer paper container have certain difference with the use requirements of people, which brings inconvenience to the daily use of people.
The application number is 201621179515.3's chinese utility model patent discloses a high heat-seal nature high strength paper container, including cup and bottom of cup, the cup is connected with the bottom of cup, by outer rete, insulating layer, barrier layer and interior rete of having set gradually in to outward, outer rete bonds by fan-shaped paper both ends and constitutes, the insulating layer comprises many equidistance arriss, and the centre of arris is hollow, the barrier layer is the layer of aluminizing, interior rete bonds by a complete fan-shaped ivory board both ends and constitutes, fan-shaped ivory board inboard is provided with the PE and drenches the rete.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the PE coating layer arranged on the inner side of the fan-shaped ivory board has a low melting point, and the PE coating layer will melt when heated by a microwave oven, which causes the stiffness and barrier property of the paper container to decrease, and has a defect that microwave heating is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to facilitate the microwave heating of the paper container, the application provides a PP drenches membrane paper container for microwave and processing technology thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a PP drenches membrane paper container for microwave, adopts following technical scheme:
the application provides a but PP drenches membrane paper container for microwave adopts following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a but PP drenches membrane paper container for microwave, includes at the bottom of container wall and the container, connect at the bottom of the container wall downside, container wall upper end forms the container opening, all be provided with PP on the inner wall at the bottom of container wall and the container and drench the rete, the container wall is formed by the scraps of paper bonding, just all pass through between container wall and the bottom of container wall and the container PP drenches the rete and bonds, the internal connection department at the bottom of container wall and the container still is provided with the PP enhancement layer, container wall top end opening part is provided with first turn-up.
By adopting the technical scheme, the designed PP laminating layer reduces the possibility that the laminating layer of the paper container is melted and damaged in the microwave heating process by utilizing the characteristic that the melting point of the PP laminating layer is higher than the temperature required by food heating, namely, the PP laminating layer can still keep better isolation and strength in the microwave heating process; the container wall and the adhesion between the container wall and the container bottom are all adhered through the PP film coating layer, so that the adhesion performance can be still kept under the high-temperature condition of microwave heating, and the paper container can still keep stable structure under the microwave heating environment; the structure of the bonding part at the bottom of the container wall and the container is reinforced by the PP reinforcing layer, so that the defect that the bonding part at the bottom of the container wall and the container is easy to leak is overcome, and the whole paper container has good isolation performance. The designed PP film coating layer and the PP reinforcing layer reduce the infiltration of moisture in food to the container wall and the container bottom, so that the paper container can keep stiffness and isolation performance even in a microwave heating high-temperature environment, the paper container is convenient to be heated by microwaves, and the practicability of the paper container is improved; the first curling edge is designed to strengthen the structural strength of the opening of the container, so that the paper container after microwave heating is moved by applying force to the first curling edge, the possibility of deformation of the paper container when the force is applied to the paper container is reduced, and the paper container is conveniently heated by microwaves.
Optionally, one end of the container wall close to the container bottom is provided with a thickened wall, and the thickened wall is thicker than the container wall.
By adopting the technical scheme, the strength of the bottom of the paper container is enhanced by the designed thickened wall, so that the heated paper container can be supported from the bottom when moving, and does not need to be in contact with the container wall with higher temperature; in addition, force can be applied to the first curling edge and the thickened wall simultaneously to hold the paper container for a long time, so that the paper container can be conveniently taken and placed during microwave heating and can be conveniently used after heating is finished.
Optionally, a printing layer is arranged on the outer side of the container wall, a PP laminating layer is also arranged on the outer wall of the printing layer, and a second turned edge is arranged at the bottom of the printing layer.
By adopting the technical scheme, the printing layer is blocked by the PP film coating layer, so that the movement loss of dye molecules on the printing layer after microwave heating is limited, the contact between a user and the dye molecules is reduced, the use safety of the paper container is improved, and gloss oil on the printing layer can be replaced, so that the gloss oil does not need to be sprayed for brightening after the printing of the printing layer is finished, and the processing is convenient; meanwhile, the PP laminating layer can also perform waterproof protection on the printing layer so as to keep the stiffness of the paper container and reduce the influence and limitation of the external environment on the use of the paper container; and the second bead is designed to further strengthen the bottom of the paper container.
Optionally, the distance from the second bead to the bottom end of the receptacle wall is less than the distance from the bottom of the receptacle to the bottom end of the receptacle wall.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme for the second turn-up suffers the preparatory measure of erosion and destruction as container wall bottom, in case the container wall bottom receives external moisture and soaks, softens, and the second turn-up can undertake the supporting role to the paper container, is further soaked required time at the bottom of the extension container, promotes the practicality of paper container.
Optionally, be provided with the closing cap subassembly on the printing layer outer wall, the closing cap subassembly is detained including tear strip and dicyclo, the tear strip sets up on printing the layer, and can certainly tear strip one end tears with the printing layer and leaves, the dicyclo is detained and is pasted and establish on printing the layer, just the free end after the tear strip is torn can be walked around the container opening and pass the dicyclo is detained and is fixed.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the paper container containing food is heated by the microwave oven, in order to reduce the dirt in the microwave oven caused by liquid splashing, the paper container is generally covered with the top cover, the top cover is temporarily fixed, the tearing strip is torn during fixing, the scattering strip escapes from the top cover covered on the opening of the container, the free end of the tearing strip penetrates through the double-ring buckle, the tension degree of the tearing strip is adjusted, the top cover is fixed, and the paper container is placed into the microwave oven for heating; the closing cap subassembly of design, simple structure can simply fix the top cap, and fixed top cap can block liquid and splash, also can avoid expanding because of sealing the inside and outside great top cap that arouses of pressure difference of tight paper container in the heating process, and the practicality is strong.
In a second aspect, the application provides a processing technology of a PP laminated paper container for microwave, which adopts the following technical scheme:
