The embodiment discloses waterproof bag, including system bag paper, bag body 1, heat seal district 2, bag end 3, paste limit 4, system bag paper is folded and is pasted to paste limit 4 and form bag body 1 through first crease 10, and bag body 1 is folded through second crease 20 and is formed bag end 3, and system bag paper's surface one side sets up heat seal district 2, and bonds sealed heat seal district 2 through the bonding body, and heat seal district 2 is located bag end 3. The bag making paper can be waterproof paper or coated paper, and the waterproof effect of the waterproof bag is enhanced by the material on the premise of structural sealing. The waterproof paper is high-wet-strength waterproof paper, the coating paper is coating paper with a waterproof function, at least one layer of waterproof and heat-sealing material is arranged on the surface of the coating paper through a coating process, and the waterproof and heat-sealing material is an acrylic acid monomer system and polyolefin system material, so that the use requirements can be met. The main principle of forming the coated paper is that micromolecular materials are polymerized under the condition of coating and drying of a coating machine, and the coating paper has certain performances of water resistance, oil resistance, heat sealing and the like, but is extremely easy to break up in the process of recovering paper, does not have the paper-plastic separation link which is the most difficult to recover coated paper, belongs to easily-recovered materials, and is beneficial to environmental protection.
According to some embodiments of the application, optionally, the bag body 1 comprises a bag front 5 and a bag side 6, the bag side 6 is divided into two parts by a spacing mark 50, bag making paper is turned outwards by the spacing mark 50 to form the bag side 6, local outer surfaces of the bag bottom 3 are mutually bonded by an adhesive body, and the structural strength and stability are enhanced by flexibly setting the adhesive body at corresponding positions.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the bag body 1 is provided with a third fold 30, and the bag bottom 3 is turned up along the third fold and is attached to the outer surface of the bag body 1. In practical applications, the bag bottom 3 can be used only by unfolding along the third fold 30.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the outer surface of the bag bottom 3 is optionally provided with second reinforcing areas 200, the second reinforcing areas 200 being bonded to each other by means of an adhesive body. The structure of the bag bottom 3 is reinforced by arranging the adhesive body in the second reinforcing area 200 on the original basis, so that the stability and the firmness of the waterproof bag bottom 3 can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the outer surface or the inner surface of the bag body 1 is adhered with the lifting handle 300 by an adhesive body, and the lifting handle 300 is a square handle or a round handle. The most basic waterproof bag is not provided with any structure for lifting, and when the waterproof bag is used, the waterproof bag is carried by lifting the top end of the waterproof bag. On this basis, any structure for lifting can be arranged at the top end of the waterproof bag, and in practical application, a lifting handle 300 is usually arranged or a lifting opening is directly arranged at the top end of the bag body 1. The lifting structure can be a paper flat handle and a lifting piece formed by adding a reinforcing paper sheet, namely a square handle. The lifting structure can also be a rope handle formed by twisting paper and a lifting piece formed by adding a reinforcing paper sheet, namely a round handle.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, a lifting opening is provided through the top end of the bag body 1.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the adhesive is optionally a water-proof adhesive, a hot melt adhesive, or a coating having a heat sealing function. The main component of the functional coating is metal salt of acrylic acid ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, the coating is dry and comfortable at normal temperature, has no adhesive effect, has adhesive effect under certain heat sealing conditions, and can be formed by heat sealing with hot melt adhesive or hot pressing with the functional coating under heat sealing conditions. In practical application, the heat sealing condition is specifically that the temperature is 110-160 ℃, the pressure is 300-700KPa, and the time is more than 1S. The thickness of the hot melt adhesive or the functional coating is flexibly selected according to the requirement.
When the hot melt adhesive is used for bonding the bag, a common means is to add a knife coating link in the bag making link, and the knife coating link is to knife coating the hot melt adhesive once by a heat seal knife gun.
Basic waterproof bag referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 shows an extension based on a basic waterproof bag, that is, a schematic view of a waterproof bag structure provided with a lifting handle 300. Fig. 3 to 8 are various schematic views and developed views of the first waterproof bag type after the bag-making paper passes through the concave bag side 6 of the partition mark 50. Fig. 9 to 13 are various schematic and developed views of the second waterproof bag type after the bag-making paper is turned over the bag side 66 outward by the partition mark 50.
First, the structure of the prepared waterproof bag bottom 3 is shown in fig. 6 and 7, and it can be seen from fig. 7 that the bag bottom 3 has been turned up along the third fold 30 and attached to the bag body 1, and the bag bottom 3 has a heat-seal area 2, and the heat-seal area 2 is the area where the bag bottom 3 is sealed by the adhesive body. It can be seen that the areas of the first reinforcing section 100 may not be bonded by the bond, which may be sufficient for the containment of lighter objects. However, in practical applications, in order to improve the strength of the structure of the bottom 3, the area of the first reinforcing area 100 is further bonded with the adhesive to improve the stability of the bottom 3.
The second waterproof bag type is that the structure of the prepared waterproof bag bottom 3 is shown in fig. 9-12, and it can be seen from fig. 12 that the bag bottom 3 has been turned up along the third fold 30 and attached to the bag body 1, and that the bag making paper passes through the interval mark 50 to turn up the coated area of the heat-sealed area 2 after the bag side 6. As can be seen, there are more ears on both sides than the first waterproof pouch type, and the final paper pouch, after the second reinforcing section 200 is bonded by the adhesive, has a section of heat-seal section 2 folded together. Whereas the heat-sealed areas 2 of the first waterproof bag type are all visible through the location of the bag bottom 3. Of course, in addition to the second reinforcing section 200, an adhesive bonding may be provided, and the back surface of the folded heat seal section 2 may be provided with an adhesive bonding.

Claims (10)

1. The waterproof bag is characterized by comprising bag making paper, a bag body, a heat sealing area, a bag bottom and a bonding edge, wherein the bag making paper is folded through a first fold mark and is bonded with the bonding edge to form the bag body, the bag body is folded through a second fold mark to form the bag bottom, the heat sealing area is arranged on one side of the surface of the bag making paper, the heat sealing area is bonded and sealed through a heat sealing bonding body, the heat sealing area is positioned on the bag bottom, and the bonding body is hot melt adhesive or paint with a heat sealing function.
2. The waterproof bag of claim 1, wherein the bag body comprises a bag front face and a bag side face, the bag side face is divided into two parts by a spacing mark, and the bag making paper is recessed into the bag side face by the spacing mark.
3. The waterproof bag of claim 1, wherein the bag body comprises a bag front face and a bag side face, the bag side face is divided into two parts by a partition mark, and the bag making paper turns the bag side face outwards by the partition mark.
4. The waterproof bag of claim 2 wherein the bag body outer surface is provided with first reinforcing areas, the first reinforcing areas being bonded to each other by an adhesive.
5. A waterproof bag according to claim 3 wherein the outer surface of the bottom of the bag is provided with second reinforcing areas which are bonded to each other by means of an adhesive.
6. The waterproof bag according to claim 4, wherein the side end of the heat-seal area is provided with a fourth crease, and the side of the outer surface of the heat-seal area is adhered to the outer surface of the bottom of the bag along the fourth crease by an adhesive body.
7. The waterproof bag of any one of claims 1-6, wherein a third fold is provided in the bag body, and the bottom of the bag is turned up along the third fold and conforms to the outer surface of the bag body.
8. The waterproof bag according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the adhesive is any one of a hot melt adhesive, a paint having a heat sealing function, and a waterproof adhesive.
9. The waterproof bag according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a lifting handle is provided on the bag body, and the lifting handle is a square handle or a round handle.
10. The waterproof bag of claim 1, wherein the bag-making paper is any one of coated paper, and wet strength paper.
