Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of an article packaging method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the application scenario of fig. 1, first, the computing device 101 may obtain a set of item information 102 to be packaged. The item information in the item information set 102 includes item types. Then, the computing device 101 may select at least one item information, which includes an item category corresponding to the preset item package type, from the item information set 102 as a classified item information group based on each preset item package type in the preset item package type set 103, resulting in a classified item information group set 104. Finally, the computing device 101 may control the associated packaging device 105 to perform a packaging operation on each article corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set 104 based on the preset article packaging type corresponding to each classified article information group.
The computing device 101 may be hardware or software. It should be understood that the number of computing devices in FIG. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of computing devices, as implementation needs dictate.
With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of some embodiments of an article packaging method according to the present disclosure is shown. The article packaging method comprises the following steps:
step 201, an item information set to be packaged is obtained.
In some embodiments, an executing body of the item packaging method (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) may acquire the item information set to be packaged from the terminal device through a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. Wherein the item information in the item information set includes an item type. Here, the item category may refer to a type of an item to be packaged. It should be noted that the wireless connection means may include, but is not limited to, a 3G/4G/5G connection, a WiFi connection, a bluetooth connection, a WiMAX connection, a Zigbee connection, a uwb (ultra wideband) connection, and other wireless connection means now known or developed in the future.
As an example, the item information set may be:
{ "article name": apple 'item classification': fruits';
{ "article name": "orange", "class of goods": fruits';
{ "article name": 'Banana', 'goods class': fruits';
{ "article name": "Cola", "goods category": "wines and waters";
{ "article name": "beer", "goods category": "wines" and water ".
Step 202, based on each preset article packaging type in a preset article packaging type set, selecting at least one article information set, which includes the article type corresponding to the preset article packaging type, from the article information set to serve as a classified article information set, so as to obtain a classified article information set.
In some embodiments, first, the execution body may store article package types of the respective characterization article categories in advance to form a preset article package type set. Then, at least one item information with the same item type as the item type represented by the preset item packaging type can be selected from the item information set to serve as a classified item information group, and a classified item information group set is obtained.
As an example, the preset item package type set may be:
{ "article packaging type": fruit packaging "};
{ "article packaging type": wine and water packaging "};
{ "article packaging type": seafood packaging "};
{ "article packaging type": solid particulate packaging "};
{ "article packaging type": vegetable packaging "}.
The execution body may select, as the classified item information group "{ [" item name': apple 'item classification': fruits'; [ "article name": "orange", "class of goods": fruits'; [ "article name": 'Banana', 'goods class': fruits }'. At least one item information including an item category "wines" corresponding to the above-mentioned preset item package type "wines" may be selected from the item information set exemplified in step 201 as the classified item information group "{ [" item name': "Cola", "goods category": "drinks and water"; [ "article name": "beer", "goods category": 'drinks' ] }.
Obtaining a classified article information group set:
{ [ "article name": apple 'item classification': fruits'; [ "article name": "orange", "class of goods": fruits'; [ "article name": 'Banana', 'goods class': fruits }';
{ [ "article name": "Cola", "goods category": "drinks and water"; [ "article name": "beer", "goods category": 'drinks' ] }.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, based on each preset article package type in a preset article package type set, the execution main body may select at least one article information, which includes an article category corresponding to the preset article package type, from the article information set as a classified article information group by:
first, a preset article packaging type code information and article type code information set is generated based on the preset article packaging type and the article type included in each article information in the article information set.
In practice, the above-mentioned first step may comprise the following sub-steps:
the first substep, carry on the semantic code to the above-mentioned preset article packing type, in order to produce the packing type code information of the preset article. Wherein, the preset article packaging type coding information comprises: a package type alphabetical code and a package type numeric code. Here, the semantic code may be semantic code stored for a short time or byte code.
And a second substep of semantically encoding the item type included in each item information in the item information set to generate item type encoded information, so as to obtain an item type encoded information set. Wherein the item type code information in the item type code information set includes: an item class alphabetic code and an item class numeric code. Here, the semantic code may be semantic code stored for a short time or byte code.
In practice, if the length of each article type letter code included in the article type code information in the package type letter code and the article type code information set is not consistent, the packing type letter code or the article type letter code with a lower length is subjected to bit complementing treatment by taking the longer length of the package type letter code and the article type letter code as a reference. Here, the padding process may be padding of spaces in the alphabet code. And if the lengths of the packaging type digital codes and the article type digital codes included in the article type code information set are not consistent, performing bit complementing processing on the packaging type digital codes or the article type digital codes with lower lengths by taking the longer length of the packaging type digital codes and the article type digital codes as a reference. Here, the bit padding process may be zero padding in digital encoding.
As an example, the preset item package type code information "fruit type package" may include package type letter codes and package type number codes of "aeeEfG" and "10001". For article information "[" article name ": "Cola", "goods category": "drinks and water"; [ "article name": "beer", "goods category": the article category ' drinks ' included in the ' drinks ' is semantically coded to generate article category coding information ' article category alphabetical coding ' wefrt ' and article category numerical coding ' 10110 '.
And secondly, generating the coding similarity between the preset article packaging type coding information and each article type coding information in the article type coding information set to obtain a coding similarity set.
In practice, the second step may generate the encoding similarity between the preset item packaging type encoding information and the item type encoding information through the following formula:

And thirdly, selecting the coding similarity meeting the preset conditions from the coding similarity set as a target similarity to obtain a target similarity set. Here, the preset condition may be: the encoding similarity is larger than a preset threshold value. Here, the setting of the preset threshold is not limited.
And fourthly, determining the article information in the article information set corresponding to each target similarity in the target similarity set as classified article information to obtain a classified article information group.
The formula and its related content in step 202 serve as an inventive point of the present disclosure, thereby solving the technical problem mentioned in the background art — when uniform packaging is adopted, the same type of articles cannot be packaged, which results in higher loss of other articles when some special articles are cracked (bottled beverage is cracked). Factors that contribute to higher wear of other items tend to be as follows: when the uniform packaging is adopted, the same type of articles cannot be packaged, so that when some special articles are broken (bottled beverage is broken), the loss of other articles is high. If the above factors are solved, it is possible to achieve a reduction in the loss of other articles when a part of a particular article is ruptured (rupture of bottled beverage). In order to achieve the effect, firstly, the preset article packaging type is semantically coded to generate the preset article packaging type coding information. Then, semantic coding is carried out on the article type included by each article information in the article information set so as to generate article type coding information. Thereby facilitating the determination of the relationship between the item category and the item packaging type. Then, determining the similarity between the item type letter code and the packaging type letter code by using a formula; and determining a similarity between the item category digital code and the package type digital code. Therefore, by determining the similarity between the two codes, the articles to be packaged can be subdivided, and the articles of the same type can be packaged conveniently. Therefore, when part of special articles are cracked (bottled beverage is cracked), other articles are not lost.
Step 203, controlling the associated packaging equipment to perform a packaging operation on each article corresponding to the classified article information group based on the preset article packaging type corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set.
In some embodiments, based on each classified article information group in the classified article information group set, the execution main body may control a packaging device, which is in communication connection with the execution main body and is preset to a preset article packaging type corresponding to the classified article information group, to perform a packaging operation on each article corresponding to the classified article information group. For example, the execution main body may select a previously-equipped packing robot for packing a preset article packing type of "wines", for the above-mentioned sorted article information group "[" article name ": "Cola", "goods category": "drinks and water"; [ "article name": "beer", "goods category": the various items "cola, beer" corresponding to "drinks" were subjected to a packaging operation.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: by the article packaging method of some embodiments of the present disclosure, consumption of time cost is reduced, and waste of packaging resources is reduced; and the same type of article can be packaged, so that the loss of other articles caused by the breakage of part of special articles is reduced. Specifically, the reasons for the waste of packaging resources and the high loss of other articles are: when one-by-one packaging is adopted, a large amount of time cost is consumed, and a large amount of packaging resources are wasted; when the uniform packaging is adopted, the same type of articles cannot be packaged, so that when some special articles are broken (bottled beverage is broken), the loss of other articles is high. Based on this, the article packaging method of some embodiments of the present disclosure first obtains an article information set to be packaged. Therefore, the classification of the article to be packaged can be known, and data support is provided for subsequent classification and packaging. Then, based on each preset article packaging type in a preset article packaging type set, at least one article information set, which includes article types corresponding to the preset article packaging types, is selected from the article information set to serve as a classified article information set, and a classified article information set is obtained. Therefore, the articles to be packaged can be classified, and subsequent packaging treatment is facilitated. And finally, controlling the associated packaging equipment to perform packaging operation on each article corresponding to the classified article information group based on the preset article packaging type corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set. Thereby, the packaging operation of the sorted articles is completed. And the articles are classified and packaged, so that the articles are prevented from being packaged one by one, the consumption of time cost is reduced, and the waste of packaging resources is reduced. Meanwhile, the articles of the same type are packaged together, so that the loss of other articles caused by the breakage of part of special articles is avoided.
With further reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of further embodiments of a method of packaging an article according to the present disclosure is shown. The article packaging method comprises the following steps:
step 301, an item information set to be packaged is obtained.
Step 302, based on each preset article packaging type in a preset article packaging type set, selecting at least one article information set, which includes the article type corresponding to the preset article packaging type, from the article information set to serve as a classified article information set, so as to obtain a classified article information set.
Step 303, controlling the associated packaging device to perform a packaging operation on each article corresponding to the classified article information group based on the preset article packaging type corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of steps 301 and 303 can refer to steps 201 and 203 in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
And 304, controlling the target placing device to perform placing operation on each packaged article corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set.
In some embodiments, an execution body (e.g., the computing device 101 shown in fig. 1) of the article packaging method may control a placing device communicatively connected to the execution body to perform a placing operation on each packaged article corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set. Here, the presentation device may include, but is not limited to: warehouse logistics robot, intelligent transfer robot AGV, ARB conveyer belt, intelligent letter sorting robot.
In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the executing body may control the target placing device to perform a placing operation on each packaged article corresponding to each classified article information group in the classified article information group set by:
the first step is that for each classified article information group in the classified article information group set, the placement position information of each packaged article corresponding to the classified article information group in a preset place is determined. The classified article information in the classified article information group includes a classified article volume value.
In practice, the above-mentioned first step may comprise the following sub-steps:
the first substep, obtain the space volume value of the above-mentioned preset place. The execution main body may acquire the spatial volume value of the preset location from the terminal device in a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. As an example, the spatial volume value of the preset place may be "1 cubic meter". The length, width and height can be 1 meter respectively.
And a second substep, determining the ratio of the volume value of the classified article included in each classified article information in the classified article information group to the space volume value of the preset place as a volume ratio value, and obtaining a volume ratio value set. For example, the volume value of the classified article may be 0.2 cubic meter, the spatial volume value of the preset place may be 1 cubic meter, and the obtained volume ratio value is 20%.
And a third substep of determining the placement position information of each packaged article in the preset place corresponding to the classified article information set according to each volume ratio value in the volume ratio value set.
In practice, the third substep described above may comprise the following steps:
the first step, sequencing each volume ratio value in the volume ratio value set to obtain a volume ratio value sequence. Here, the sorting may be performed from small to large in terms of the volume fraction value.
And secondly, determining the placement position information of each packaged article corresponding to the classified article information group in the preset place according to the volume ratio sequence.
As an example, the spatial volume value of the preset place may be 1, and the classified article information group may be:
{ ' article name ': apple ', ' volume value ': 0.1 };
{ ' article name ': banana ', ' volume value ': 0.05 };
{ ' article name ': Kiwi fruit ', ' volume value ': 0.3 };
{ ' article name ': pineapple ', ' volume value ': 0.2 };
{ ' article name ': grape ', ' volume value ': 0.35 }.
The set of volume fraction values may be: { "volume at ratio': 10% }; { "volume at ratio': 5% }; { "volume ratio': 30% }; { "volume at ratio': 20% }; { "volume fraction: 35% }.
After sequencing the volume fraction value set, the obtained volume fraction value sequence is: { "volume at ratio': 5% }; { "volume at ratio': 10% }; { "volume at ratio': 20% }; { "volume ratio': 30% }; { "volume fraction: 35% }.
Therefore, each article represented by the volume ratio value sequence can be placed in sequence.
The related content in step 304 serves as an inventive point of the present disclosure, thereby solving a second technical problem mentioned in the background art that "the goods to be transported cannot be reasonably placed, resulting in a low space utilization rate of the vehicle, and thus causing the vehicle to be repeatedly scheduled to meet the goods transportation demand, resulting in unreasonable transportation of the transportation vehicle, and consuming more transportation resources". The factors that cause higher losses of transportation resources tend to be as follows: the goods which are not to be transported are placed reasonably, so that the space utilization rate of the vehicle is low, repeated scheduling of the vehicle is performed to meet the goods transportation requirement, and unreasonable transportation of the transport vehicle is caused. If the above factors are solved, the effect of reducing the loss of the transportation resources can be achieved. In order to achieve this effect, the present disclosure may determine, for each classified article information group in the classified article information group set, placement position information of each article in a preset place corresponding to the classified article information group. The volume ratio of the articles corresponding to each classified article information in the classified article information group in the preset place is considered, so that the finally obtained placing position information of the articles can consider the space volume of the preset place. For example, according to the situation that the space volume of the preset place is large, the articles corresponding to the classified article information group with the large classified article volume are placed, and the waste of space resources is reduced. Therefore, the space utilization rate of the transport vehicle is improved. Therefore, repeated dispatching of vehicles for meeting the goods transportation requirements is avoided, and the loss of transportation resources is reduced.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the flow 300 of the method of packaging items in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 improves the space utilization of the transportation vehicle compared to the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 2. Therefore, repeated dispatching of vehicles for meeting the goods transportation requirements is avoided, and the loss of transportation resources is reduced.
