Abstract

The conventional way of mounting the heaters of rail vehicles is to mount the band heaters inside the interior side wall panels. The mounting plate, the heating element and the housing are three independent elements, which are convenient to disassemble and overhaul each other. The housing is provided with a plurality of through holes for cold air inlet and warm air supply. The upper end of the housing is fixed with the mounting structures arranged at intervals, so that the mounting structures do not separate the space between the housing and the side wall from the space between the internal side wall plate and the side wall but are communicated; the warm air can pass through the housing and the space between the side walls moves upwards and enters the space between the built-in side wall plate and the side walls. The housing protects the heating element.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 230 is a curved structure protruding toward the space inside the vehicle body, and the upper end of the cover 230 is flush with the interior side wall panel 300;
the angle of the upper half of the cover with respect to the interior side wall panel 300 is 135 degrees or more to reduce the cover from being stepped on.
The cover shell with the structure can protect the heating element and prevent passengers from trampling the cover shell.
In the implementation, the upper half part of the housing is uniformly distributed with a plurality of through holes, and the housing is uniformly distributed with a plurality of through holes towards the horizontal direction.
The through holes on the cover shell are distributed on the upper half part of the cover shell and in the direction of the cover shell facing to the horizontal direction; the through hole is positioned at the upper half part of the housing and can be used as a position for cold air intake and warm air supply; therefore, the warm air can supply air from the heat dissipation holes of the lower frame of the window and the through holes of the upper half part of the housing and supply air from the upper direction and the lower direction, which is more beneficial to the air flow; the cover shell is used for cold air to enter towards the horizontal through hole.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1, a seat profile is provided on the inner side of the side wall for fixing a seat of the rail vehicle;
the seat profile is reused as the housing mounting structure; the upper end of the cover 230 is fixed with the seat profile by bolts, so that the upper end of the cover is fixed with the inner side of the side wall; the lower end of the interior side wall panel 300 is secured to the seat profile.
The necessary structure of the inside of the side wall is a seat profile, which is reused as a mounting structure for the seat, as a mounting structure for the housing, and as a mounting structure for the lower end of the built-in side wall panel.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body has a mounting beam 130 above the floor; the lower end of the cover 230 is fixed to the mounting beam 130 by insertion.
The mounting beam is an essential structure of the vehicle body, the lower end of the housing is directly inserted and fixed on the mounting beam, the mounting is convenient, the lower end of the housing is not provided with a mounting structure independently, the structure of the mounting beam is reused, and the influence on cleaning work is reduced.

Claims (10)
1. A rail vehicle, comprising:
the side wall is provided with a window, and the lower frame of the window is provided with a through heat dissipation hole;
the heater is fixed on the inner side of the side wall and is lower than the position of the window;
an interior side wall panel secured between an upper edge of the heater and a lower frame of the window; a heat-conducting cavity is formed between the side wall, the built-in side wall plate and the lower frame of the window;

2. The rail vehicle of claim 1, wherein the louvers are vertically upward louvers; or the heat dissipation hole is a heat dissipation hole obliquely facing the inner space of the vehicle body.
3. The rail vehicle of claim 2, wherein the heater is mounted on the side wall near a floor of the vehicle body and is disposed along a length of the side wall; the rail vehicle further includes:
the transverse partition plates are arranged between the lower frames of the two adjacent windows and between the lower frames of the two outermost windows and the end parts of the side walls;
the side wall, built-in side wall board, horizontal partition panel with form between the lower frame of window the heat conduction cavity.
4. The rail vehicle of claim 3, wherein the heater comprises:
the inner plate surface of the mounting plate is fixed with the inner side surface of the side wall;
a heating element secured over an outer plate surface of the mounting plate;
the heating element comprises a housing, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the housing, the upper end of the housing is fixed with a housing mounting structure which is arranged at intervals and is convexly arranged on the inner side of the side wall, so that the space between the housing and the side wall is communicated with the space between the built-in side wall plate and the space between the side walls, the lower end of the housing is fixed with the floor of the vehicle body, and the heating element is covered by the housing.
5. The rail vehicle of claim 4, wherein the shroud is a curved structure that bulges into the space within the body, the upper end of the shroud being flush with the interior side wall panel.
6. The rail vehicle of claim 5, wherein the angle of the cover shell upper half relative to the interior side wall panel is 135 degrees or greater.
