Example one
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the rail vehicle illustrated in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a rail vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
the side wall 110 of the vehicle body 100 is provided with a window, and a lower frame of the window is provided with a through heat dissipation hole 111;
the heater 200 is fixed on the inner side of the side wall 110 and is lower than the window;
an interior side wall panel 300, the interior side wall panel 300 being secured between an upper edge of the heater 200 and a lower rim of the window; wherein, a heat conducting cavity is formed between the side wall 110, the built-in side wall panel 300 and the lower frame of the window;
the inner cavity of the heater 200 is communicated with the heat conducting cavity, so that the warm air generated by the heater 200 is supplied from the heat radiating holes 111 through the heat conducting cavity.
According to the rail vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, the heat dissipation holes are formed in the lower frame of the window of the side wall of the vehicle body, namely the position of hot air outlet is arranged at the position of the lower frame of the window; in order to realize the effect that warm air can be exhausted from the heat dissipation holes, the heater is correspondingly arranged, the heater is directly fixed on the inner side of the side wall and is lower than the position of the window, the built-in side wall plate is arranged between the upper edge of the heater and the lower frame of the window, and therefore, a heat conduction cavity surrounded by the side wall, the built-in side wall plate and the lower frame of the window is formed at the upper position of the heater; under the condition that the inner cavity of the heater is communicated with the heat conduction cavity, the hot air generated by the heater moves upwards along the built-in side wall plate and the side wall until the hot air is exhausted from the heat dissipation holes of the lower frame of the window, so that the air supply of the hot air is realized; namely, the warm air generated by the heater is supplied from the heat dissipation holes through the heat conduction cavity. The rail vehicle's of this application embodiment cold wind air inlet is in the high position at heater place, and the warm braw air supply is in the lower frame department of window, and the position of cold wind air inlet is lower, and the position of warm braw air supply is higher, is favorable to the air to flow, and the temperature in the even rail vehicle improves passenger's comfort level.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heat dissipation holes 111 are vertically upward heat dissipation holes; or the heat dissipation hole is a heat dissipation hole obliquely facing the inner space of the vehicle body.
The warm air rises, and the heat dissipation holes are vertical upward heat dissipation holes at the moment or inclined towards the heat dissipation holes in the inner space of the vehicle body, so that the warm air can enter the rail vehicle.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the heater 200 is installed at a position of the side wall 110 close to the floor of the vehicle body, and the heater 200 is arranged along the length of the side wall; the rail vehicle further includes:
the transverse partition plates are arranged between the lower frames of the two adjacent windows and between the lower frames of the two outermost windows and the end parts of the side walls;
the side wall 110, the built-in side wall panel 300, the transverse partition panel and the lower frame of the window form the heat-conducting cavity.
The heater is arranged at the position, close to the floor of the vehicle body, of the side wall, namely the position where the heater is arranged is positioned at the lower part of the rail vehicle, so that the space at the lower part of the side wall is fully utilized; in addition, the heater is along the length setting of side wall, like this, the heating length of heater is longer, is favorable to the improvement of the inside temperature of rail vehicle, and rail vehicle's inside wholeness is higher. The existence of horizontal partition panel restricts the warm braw below the lower frame of window, avoids the warm braw to get into the part that lies in between side wall and the built-in side wall board more than the lower frame of window, improves the availability factor of warm braw.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heater comprises:
the mounting plate 210, the inner plate surface of the mounting plate 210 is fixed with the inner side of the side wall 110;
a heating element 220 fixed on an outer plate surface of the mounting plate 210;
the heating element comprises a cover casing 230, wherein a plurality of through holes 231 are formed in the cover casing, the upper end of the cover casing 230 is fixed with a cover casing mounting structure which is convexly arranged on the inner side of the side wall and is arranged at intervals, so that the space between the cover casing 230 and the side wall 110 is communicated with the space between the built-in side wall plate 300 and the side wall 110, the lower end of the cover casing 230 is fixed with the floor of the vehicle body, and the heating element 220 is covered by the cover casing 230.
The mounting plate, the heating element and the housing are three independent elements, which are convenient to disassemble and overhaul each other. The housing is provided with a plurality of through holes for cold air inlet and warm air supply. The upper end of the housing is fixed with the mounting structures arranged at intervals, so that the mounting structures do not separate the space between the housing and the side wall from the space between the internal side wall plate and the side wall but are communicated; the warm air can pass through the housing and the space between the side walls moves upwards and enters the space between the built-in side wall plate and the side walls. The housing protects the heating element.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 230 is a curved structure protruding toward the space inside the vehicle body, and the upper end of the cover 230 is flush with the interior side wall panel 300;
the angle of the upper half of the cover with respect to the interior side wall panel 300 is 135 degrees or more to reduce the cover from being stepped on.
The cover shell with the structure can protect the heating element and prevent passengers from trampling the cover shell.
In the implementation, the upper half part of the housing is uniformly distributed with a plurality of through holes, and the housing is uniformly distributed with a plurality of through holes towards the horizontal direction.
The through holes on the cover shell are distributed on the upper half part of the cover shell and in the direction of the cover shell facing to the horizontal direction; the through hole is positioned at the upper half part of the housing and can be used as a position for cold air intake and warm air supply; therefore, the warm air can supply air from the heat dissipation holes of the lower frame of the window and the through holes of the upper half part of the housing and supply air from the upper direction and the lower direction, which is more beneficial to the air flow; the cover shell is used for cold air to enter towards the horizontal through hole.

the seat profile is reused as the housing mounting structure; the upper end of the cover 230 is fixed with the seat profile by bolts, so that the upper end of the cover is fixed with the inner side of the side wall; the lower end of the interior side wall panel 300 is secured to the seat profile.
The necessary structure of the inside of the side wall is a seat profile, which is reused as a mounting structure for the seat, as a mounting structure for the housing, and as a mounting structure for the lower end of the built-in side wall panel.
In practice, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle body has a mounting beam 130 above the floor; the lower end of the cover 230 is fixed to the mounting beam 130 by insertion.
The mounting beam is an essential structure of the vehicle body, the lower end of the housing is directly inserted and fixed on the mounting beam, the mounting is convenient, the lower end of the housing is not provided with a mounting structure independently, the structure of the mounting beam is reused, and the influence on cleaning work is reduced.
In practice, the enclosure is of stainless steel material.
