Abstract

Technical Field

Background
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing an installation process of a control box of a conventional warmer, wherein the control box of the warmer is fixed on a rear case 12 of the warmer by a buckle and a screw. The hot air rises when the heater body of the warmer heats, and the heat can only be insulated by the steel plate of the rear shell when flowing through the control box. The insulation layer in this embodiment includes an insulation board 2, please refer to fig. 3. Referring to fig. 2, the protection housing 1 includes a first area 4 and a second area 5 connected to the mounting plate, the first area 4 is located at the bottom of the protection housing 1, the second area 5 is located at the top of the protection housing 1, a first air inlet 6 of the first air flow channel 3 is formed in the first area 4, and a first air outlet 7 of the first air flow channel 3 is formed in the second area 5.
The arrangement of the first air inlet 6 and the first air outlet 7 is not limited by the drawings, and for example, the first air outlet 7 and the first air inlet 6 may be arranged at the same level, or may be arranged at any other position of the protective casing 1 as long as an air flow passage can be formed between the first air inlet 6 and the first air outlet 7.
Since the air temperature has a tendency to rise upwards after rising, the first air inlet 6 is arranged on the first area 4 at the bottom of the protective housing 1, and the first air outlet 7 is arranged on the second area 5 at the top of the protective housing 1, so that air circulation can be facilitated. Specifically, cold air enters the first air flow channel 3 through the first air inlet 6, the temperature of the cooled air rises after cooling the protective housing 1 and the mounting plate, and the obtained high-temperature air flows out through the first air outlet 7.
And, all be provided with the grid in first air inlet 6 and first gas outlet 7 department to can prevent not only that rubbish from entering into and causing the jam to it in the first air current channel 3, can also guarantee pleasing to the eye. In addition, the material of the protective case 1 is preferably, but not necessarily, plastic.
In order to further improve the heat dissipation effect of the control box, the protection casing 1 of the present embodiment is formed with a second air inlet 8 and a second air outlet 9; a second air flow passage 10 is formed inside the protective housing 1 between the second air inlet 8 and the second air outlet 9. The second airflow channel can fully take away the heat in the control box by utilizing the heat convection effect, so that the temperature in the control box is reduced, and the service life of a control piece in the control box is prolonged. The direction of the air flow in the second air flow channel 10 is further shown by the arrow in fig. 8.
Also, to facilitate the circulation of the hot gas, it is preferable that the second air outlet 9 is located above the second air inlet 8.
Referring to fig. 3, the second air inlet 8 is disposed at the bottom of the heat insulation board 2, and the air flow enters the protection housing 1 through the second air inlet 8 on the heat insulation board 2, so that the interior of the protection housing 1 is always effectively cooled. Of course, the position of the second air inlet 8 on the heat insulating plate 2, and the positional relationship between the second air inlet 8 and the second air outlet 9 are not limited by the drawings.
Referring to fig. 4, the second air inlet 8 communicates with the first air flow passage 3, in which case only the first air inlet 6 is visible from the exterior of the protective case 1, and the second air inlet 8 is not visible, so that the aesthetic performance of the control box can be ensured.
Of course, the second air inlet 8 does not necessarily have to communicate with the first air flow channel 3. For example, the first air flow channel 3 and the second air flow channel 10 may also be completely independent of each other. In this case, simplification of the structure of the control box can be facilitated.
As can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, a grille is provided at the second air outlet 9. Also, in order to prevent clogging of the second air flow passage 10, a grill-like structure is provided at the second air inlet 8.
The number of the air inlets and the air outlets on the protective housing 1 is not limited by the drawings. For example, a third air inlet and a third air outlet may be further provided on the protective case 1 so that a third air flow passage is formed between the third air inlet and the third air outlet. By designing the positions of the third air inlet and the third air outlet, the flow direction of the air flow in the third air flow channel can be designed, and then the air flow can exchange heat effectively with the control element in the protective shell 1.
With further reference to fig. 4 and 5, the insulating layer is stepped, and the edge of the protective housing extends toward and is connected to the mounting plate. The regions in fig. 4 and 5 extending toward the mounting plate and connected thereto correspond to the first region 4 and the second region 5 mentioned above.
Of course, the structures of the heat insulating layer and the protective casing 1 are not limited by the drawings, so long as the heat insulating layer and the protective casing 1 are ensured to have double physical heat insulating effects on the control box.
In this embodiment, the heater may be any heat generating product, such as a warmer.
Referring to fig. 6, the control box for the heater of the present embodiment is mounted at the upper right corner of the heater body, and the mounting plate, i.e., a portion of the rear case 12 of the heater body. Of course, the mounting of the control box of fig. 6 does not constitute a limitation on the heater, and the control box may be mounted at any other suitable location on the heater body.
Further, this embodiment provides a room heater, and the room heater body includes the mounting panel, the control box is including fixing protection casing on the mounting panel and be located the control in the protection casing, the protection casing is close to one side of mounting panel is the insulating layer, the insulating layer with be formed with first air current passageway between the mounting panel.
The control box may adopt all the structures or modifications of the above-mentioned "control box for heater", and will not be described herein.
And, the heater body can be understood as the main part of the heater product remaining except for the control box.

8. A control box for a heater according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the heater is a warmer.

The warmer comprises a warmer body and a control box, wherein the warmer body comprises a mounting plate, and the control box comprises a protective shell fixed on the mounting plate and a control piece positioned in the protective shell, and is characterized in that a heat insulation layer is arranged on one side, close to the mounting plate, of the protective shell, and a first airflow channel is formed between the heat insulation layer and the mounting plate; the protection shell comprises a first area and a second area which are connected with the mounting plate, the first area is positioned at the bottom of the protection shell, the second area is positioned at the top of the protection shell, a first air inlet of the first air flow channel is formed in the first area, and a first air outlet of the first air flow channel is formed in the second area; a second air flow passage is formed inside the protective case.
