The invention discloses a reference-switchable carrier which comprises a base and at least one clamping unit, wherein each clamping unit comprises a first clamping device and a second clamping device, the first clamping device comprises a first clamping plate, the second clamping device comprises a second clamping plate, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are movably arranged along the X-axis direction, the first clamping device further comprises a first external force mechanism for locking the first clamping plate at a first reference position and driving the unlocked first clamping plate to clamp a product along the X-axis direction, and the second clamping device further comprises a second external force mechanism for locking the second clamping plate at a second reference position and driving the unlocked second clamping plate to clamp the product along the X-axis direction. The switchable reference carrier disclosed by the invention realizes the reference switching function by arranging the first external force mechanism and the second external force mechanism, and compensates the product tolerance.

Technical Field

Background
The carrier is mainly used for bearing and positioning the products so as to facilitate further processing or detection of the products on the carrier. Most of the existing carriers are unilateral reference carriers, namely, one or two sides of a product are set as reference sides, the rest sides of the product are set as clamping sides, when the product is positioned, the product reference sides are positioned at reference positions, and the product clamping sides are clamped. When a product is machined or detected, some products need to be machined or detected on the product clamping side edge, if the size of the product per se has a certain tolerance, the actual position and the theoretical position of the product clamping side edge will be different, and the machining equipment and the detection equipment machine or detect the theoretical position of the product clamping side edge, so that the machining position of the product clamping side edge and the actual position of the product clamping side edge are deviated. the first clamping plate 221 and the second clamping plate 231 are movably arranged along the X-axis direction, the first clamping device 220 further includes a first external force mechanism for locking the first clamping plate 221 at the first reference position and driving the unlocked first clamping plate 221 to clamp the product along the X-axis direction, and the second clamping device 230 further includes a second external force mechanism for locking the second clamping plate 231 at the second reference position and driving the unlocked second clamping plate 231 to clamp the product along the X-axis direction;

In the preferred embodiment, the first external force mechanism includes a first magnet 222 for locking the first clamping plate 221 at the first reference position and a first spring assembly for driving the unlocked first clamping plate 221 to adaptively clamp the first side of the product 210 along the X-axis direction, and the second external force mechanism includes a second magnet 231 for locking the second clamping plate 231 at the second reference position and a second spring assembly for driving the unlocked second clamping plate 231 to adaptively clamp the second side of the product 210 along the X-axis direction.
