3. The intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement framework, according to claim 2, is characterized in that the length of the positioning plate (5-2) is greater than the length of the first conveyor belt (4-1) and the second conveyor belt (4-2).

The intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement framework, according to claim 1, is characterized in that the steel reinforcement positioning device (6) comprises a rotating plate (6-2) and a rotating shaft (6-1) which are connected, the rotating shaft (6-1) penetrates through the positioning plates (5-2) which are arranged oppositely, and the rotating shaft (6-1) is connected with a rotating motor.
5. The intelligent processing system for the steel reinforcement framework of the box girder according to claim 4, wherein one side of the rotating plate (6-2) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (6-1).
6. The intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement framework of claim 1, characterized in that the steel reinforcement supporting device (7) comprises a cylinder (7-1) and a supporting plate (7-2) which are connected, and the supporting plate (7-2) and the mobile platform (2) are not interfered with each other.
7. The intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement frameworks according to claim 6, wherein the supporting plate (7-2) is composed of a plurality of folding plates (7-3), and hinges (7-4) are connected between the adjacent folding plates (7-3).
8. The processing method of the intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement framework comprises the intelligent processing system for the box girder steel reinforcement framework as claimed in claims 1 to 7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step A: erecting an intelligent processing system of a box girder steel reinforcement framework;
and B: arranging a first positioning latch (4-3) and a second positioning latch (4-4) on the conveyor belt group (4) at a certain interval according to a drawing;
and C: the stirrup is hoisted by stretching of the taking manipulator (2-2), and is vertically placed on the conveyor belt group (4) according to a drawing set interval, so that the stirrup is positioned between the first positioning latch (4-3) and the second positioning latch (4-4) which are matched with each other;
step D: the two ends of the stirrup are clamped by moving a positioning plate (5-2) of the stirrup positioning device (5), and the stirrup is clamped by the first positioning latch (4-3) and the second positioning latch (4-4) by moving the conveyor belt;
step E: the reinforcing steel bar supporting device (7) is stretched, the turnover plate (7-3) is opened to form a supporting plate (7-2), the upper-layer longitudinal reinforcing steel bars are placed in the stirrups, the supporting plate (7-2) supports the upper-layer longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, and the reinforcing steel bar positioning device (6) is turned over to align all the upper-layer longitudinal reinforcing steel bars;
step F: welding the upper-layer longitudinal steel bars with the stirrups through a welding manipulator (2-1);
step G: turning over the steel bar positioning device (6), contracting the steel bar supporting device (7), and placing the lower-layer longitudinal steel bars at the bottoms of the stirrups;
step H: welding the lower-layer longitudinal steel bars with the stirrups through a welding manipulator (2-1);
step I: and binding the longitudinal steel bars and the stirrups to complete welding and binding of the box girder steel reinforcement framework.
9. The processing method of the intelligent processing system for the steel reinforcement framework of the box girder according to claim 8, wherein the distance between the adjacent first positioning latch teeth (4-3) is consistent with the distance between the adjacent stirrups, and similarly, the distance between the adjacent second positioning latch teeth (4-4) is consistent with the distance between the adjacent stirrups.
10. The processing method of the intelligent processing system for the steel reinforcement framework of the box girder according to claim 8, wherein the lengths of the first positioning latch (4-3) and the second positioning latch (4-4) are not less than the height of a stirrup.
