the steel to be repaired is transversely repaired along the upper surface of the steel to be repaired through the two transverse rollers 24, and the two transverse rollers 24 are transversely repaired from the middle of the steel to be repaired to two sides in a mutually-far mode, so that the repairing effect is improved;
step three, specifically, when the primarily repaired steel is moved onto the second roller conveyor 7, each second bevel gear 19 is driven to rotate by the second double-shaft motor 31, each third bevel gear 33 drives each corresponding fourth bevel gear 34 and each corresponding second screw 27 to rotate, each second screw 27 synchronously drives the second lifting plate 26 to move upwards, each third polish rod 29 is arranged to enable the second lifting plate 26 to move in a limiting manner, and the two second lifting plates 26 drive the horizontal correction assembly 8 to move downwards until the steel on the second roller conveyor 7 is close to the horizontal correction assembly 8 to stop;
driving each second lifting plate 26 to lift through a second double-shaft motor 31, and driving the horizontal correction assembly 8 to move downwards through each second lifting plate 26 until the working end of the horizontal correction assembly 8 is in contact with the steel to be repaired;
step four, specifically, the working end of the second lifting assembly 9 drives the lifting flat plate 35 and the buffer flat plate 36 to move downwards until each horizontal roller 41 is in contact with the steel to be repaired, each buffer column 38, each buffer spring 39 and each abutting block 37 are arranged to play a role in buffering, the steel to be repaired is moved through the second roller conveyor 7, the steel to be repaired is corrected and repaired in the horizontal direction through all the horizontal rollers 41, and the repaired steel is moved to the blanking support 1 to be blanked;
after preliminarily repairing the steel through the transverse bidirectional correction assembly 5, secondarily repairing the steel repaired by the transverse bidirectional correction assembly 5 in the horizontal direction, so that the repair is more uniform, and the repair precision is improved.

the transverse bidirectional correction assembly (5) is arranged right above the first roller conveyor (3) and is used for repairing steel placed on the first roller conveyor (3) to be repaired in a transverse mode;
the horizontal correction repair mechanism includes:
a second base (6);
the second roller conveyor (7) is horizontally arranged right above the second base (6) and is used for conveying the steel materials repaired by the transverse correction and repair mechanism to move;
the horizontal correction assembly (8) is arranged right above the second roller conveyor in a lifting mode and used for repairing the steel conveyed by the second roller conveyor (7) in a horizontal mode;
the second lifting component (9) is arranged on the second base (6), and the working end of the second lifting component is connected with two sides in the horizontal correction component (8) and used for driving the horizontal correction component (8) to move up and down;
the transverse correcting and repairing mechanism, the horizontal correcting and repairing mechanism and the blanking support (1) are arranged and distributed along the linear direction.

a first side hollow frame (10) which is provided with a pair and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the top of the first base (2);
the number of the first lifting plates (11) is the same as that of the first side part hollow racks (10), the first lifting plates are arranged inside each first side part hollow rack (10) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each first lifting plate (11) is horizontally arranged, and one side of each first lifting plate (11) is connected with the side part of the first roller conveyor (3);
the number of the first screw rods (12) is the same as that of the first side hollow frames (10), the first screw rods (12) are arranged in the middle of the interior of each first side hollow frame (10) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each first screw rod (12) is vertically arranged, two ends of each first screw rod (12) are in shaft connection with the upper end and the lower end of the interior of each corresponding first side hollow frame (10), and each first lifting plate (11) is provided with a first screw rod sliding sleeve (13) in threaded connection with each corresponding first screw rod (12);
first polished rod (14) are equipped with four, and two liang of distributions are in the inside both sides of two first side portion sky framves (10), and every first polished rod (14) all are vertical setting in the inside of every corresponding first side portion sky frame (10), all are equipped with on every first lifter plate (11) and supply first guide pin bushing (15) that every corresponding first polished rod (14) passed.

the number of the second screw rods (27) is the same as that of the second side hollow frames (25), the second screw rods (27) are arranged in the middle of the interior of each first side hollow frame (10) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each second screw rod (27) is vertically arranged, two ends of each second screw rod (27) are in shaft connection with the upper end and the lower end of the interior of each corresponding second side hollow frame (25), and each second lifting plate (26) is provided with a second screw rod sliding sleeve (28) in threaded connection with each corresponding second screw rod (27);
and the number of the third polish rods (29) is four, the third polish rods are distributed on two inner sides of the hollow frames (25) in the two second side parts in a pairwise manner, each third polish rod (29) is vertically arranged in the corresponding second side part hollow frame (25), and each second lifting plate (26) is provided with a third guide sleeve (30) for each corresponding second polish rod (21) to pass through.
